We stayed at the Royal Continental Napoli for five nights and had an excellent experience. The hotel was very clean, and all the staff—reception, housekeeping, and restaurant teams—were extremely polite, professional, and attentive.The view of the Bay of Naples from the hotel was stunning, and the breakfast service was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options.Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we truly enjoyed our time at the hotel. Thank you to the entire team for making our experience so memorable!

I recently stayed at the Royal Continental Hotel in Naples, and my overall experience was positive. The location is superb, offering a spectacular view of the waterfront, and the breakfast was very nice.
However, the rooms felt a bit outdated, with a crooked TV. On the morning of my stay, the hot water wasn’t working, so I had to take a cold shower. Thankfully, when I mentioned it to the front desk, they kindly removed the €40 garage charge from my bill, which was a nice gesture.
Despite these small issues, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel’s location and views really stand out. With a few updates to the rooms, this could be a top notch hotel.

Kind of an underwhelming experience. Much better looking hotels in the area for the same price range, chose location blindly. The perfect comparison is a communist hotel in romania renovated a decade ago. You get what you need, service was very nice. Breakfast was ok but we've had much much better at four star hotels. Nothing inherently wrong but won't be staying there again.

Centrally located, excellent view from room balcony. Spacious rooms with beautiful scented toiletries. Only 1 flaw was the TV had no service until we requested it and there was only 1 channel in English that after 1 movie the service was lost 🙄 😑. Continental Breakfast was good.

I joined the Taiwan Sunday Travel group and stayed at your hotel on October 24th. We checked out early the next morning. Due to my rush, I left a white sleeveless lace embroidered pure cotton dress in the room. I noticed the loss it on October 26 and asked the tour leader to contact your staff. I also left a request on the official website to find it for me. Since this item has commemorative significance, I really hope to find it, but the hotel did not respond at all, which was very disappointing.

Lovely hotel with amazing views of the Mediterranean and the Castle. We had a balcony room for 3 of us and it was perfectly sized, huge bathroom, and sitting on the balcony watching the sunrise and sunset was magical.
-free breakfast was incredible!
-rooftop pool is salt water and requires a reservation, we never had an issue reserving and loved the retro style
-The pool requires swim caps, no exceptions. Everyone is wearing them, just put it on and enjoy the pool!
-room service food was great, same menu as the lobby bar
- on-site parking was easy, not expensive, and the attendants were helpful
Definitely recommend staying here in Naples.
One and ONLY complaint is noise. The floors are all hard, so upstairs neighbors are easily heard. Buskers play music on the walk outside until quite late, you can hear them but it didn’t bother us.

We had a wonderful few days here. Hotel is stylish and comfortable, though slightly dated. Staff were 100% helpful and helped us have a smooth visit. Pool is very nice, though a little small by modern standards. It’s free to use but you have to reserve a time in person on the day or for the next day. If you’re going out you can also call them to book. The location is extremely beautiful for an evening stroll. Only downside is very slow wi-fi.

Excellent Hotel on the waterfront with views of Ovo Castle, Capri Island and Mount Vesuvius. Large Air Conditioned rooms with comfy bed, powerful hot shower and spacious. The Breakfast was amazing with everything you could think of to eat and fabulous staff. I totally recommend this place when visiting Naples.

Our room was mostly clean and neat accept of the balcony which had some cigaret buds and the shower had a little bit of mold. BUT! We can’t complain since we got a free upgrade and our room was cleaned and made daily! We had some troubles with the toilet on our third day but that was resolved with in 30 minutes! The breakfast was amazing everyday with an amazing view! The pool was a bit on the expensive side with €4,50 a person.
