During our recent visit to Florence, we had the pleasure of staying at Palazzo Firenze, and it was absolutely perfect. The staff provided exceptional service and had great knowledge of the area. Our room was spotless and incredibly comfortable. The hotel's location was ideal for sightseeing and dining. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay and would definitely return.

Unfortunately there was a plumbing issue and they had to move me to another hotel. It was disappointing but the staff I exchanged emails with were very helpful with the rebooking

Very noce and chic hotel very close to Santa Croce and walking distance to all attractions in central Florence. A gem. Great break fast and friendly staff. Would definitely come back.

Amazing experience here. Hosted a wedding and the collaboration we had here with the staff was just beyond our expectations. Staff very friendly and helpful. Pool lovely on a hot day. Breakfast excellent and view breathtaking but Romatica rooms a little tired, marked walls, loose toilet seat. Housekeeping inconsistent although bedding and towels spotless sometimes you get tea/coffee/milk and mini bar topped up other days not. Private events run at hotel but no warning to guests so haven't felt able to use the balcony terrace...

Food was nice, but a bit less than we had expected from a place like this. Location is excellent with a great garden and very quiet also. The bill was above average, so that makes you reconsider the quality of the food as well. I would say 3.5 stars.

From the minute I walked in the door I knew this was going to be an exceptional stay! The hotel has been beautifully renovated and is spotlessly clean. Best hotel experience in Italy!! Wow, what a beautiful place in a beautiful location. The staff was kind and the room was big and so comfortable. I think that the design of this amazing hotel says a lot. Go there! The price is a bit high - but what you pay is what you get. This place emphasis value for money.

Place is really nice. Old styled but with high tech amenities. The room was comfortable and cosy. The palm buddy is an awesome touch. Free calls, room service and tour guide. Food is great along with the service. As you step out the door you are treated by high fashion shops.

Close to the train station and most of the major attractions are within a comfortable walking distance. The place does need some urgent repairs. The lift operates but is out of kilter and one bit f the stairs handrails came off in my hand. The staff knew about it but weren't particularly enthused to do anything. The hotel was pretty old and the room was pretty small. The room was okay clean and there we're no issues of any sort of bugs/bedbugs. Breakfast and wifi were included. The location was excellent though. Only a 7 minute walk to the Doumo and about a 12 minute walk to the bridge.

Hotel in great location, good service, but the room is found in a rather scruffy... The lights that were not working that much, the plugs that came away from the wall, the TV with a few channels to tune in... Room to improve, absolutely!! For the rest everything ok!

We had a wonderful stay at the Donati luxury suites. It was centrally located and we could walk anywhere as we were in the centre. The hotel staff was extremely helpful especially Francesco and Emily. The service was impeccable. We will definitely be back to stay at the treasure again. It made our stay in Florence really memorable.

Absolutely perfect hotel, ideal location. Francesco at the front desk is absolutely willing to go out of his way to make sure that your visit is perfect. We were so impressed by how well kept the property is. The hotel exceeded our expectations. Cannot wait to return!

We were so pleasantly surprised to find this gem of a hotel. At first the tiny entrance and front desk will disappoint however once we reached our room we were breathless. Incredible view of the Duomo and so tastefully decorated. We have massive junior suite that comfortably sleeps 4 persons with two separate bathrooms. Highly recommend this hotel if you want to enjoy Florence to the fullest.

A real gem in the middle of Florence. We stayed in the Giotto suite which had beautiful views of the Duomo from both the living room and bedroom. The unit has a second bathroom with a shower which was wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful. We scheduled drivers to the hotel and to the train station for our trip and both drivers were great. I would definitely stay again.
