Very well located, you can walk throughout Florence easily, very good service and everything very clean.

Generally speaking, the location is very convenient. It takes 5 minutes to walk to Piazza Santa Croce. There is a kitchen in the room that can also boil water. Breakfast starts at 8 o'clock. It seems that there is a difference with the time marked on the platform. I have no time to eat when I catch the train the next morning. The place is 1Km walkable distance from the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, Piazza del Duomo. We booked an apartment of 3 bedrooms. It had 2 Bathrooms and accessible from all the 3 rooms. It had kitchen equipment for the cooking. One of the rooms had mosquitoes. It was the only negative. Other than that, the service and place was quite good. After reading the reviews for this hotel I was extremely apprehensive about our upcoming stay , however was pleasantly surprised upon our arrival. We stayed in the Palazzo dei Ciompi for 5 nights and had a great experience. First we checked in which was relatively simple and given keys to the room. The room was clean and spacious, with a small kitchen area that included 4 hobs, a microwave, dishwasher...

For hot drinking water they don't have electric cattle in room, neither they will provide on request . Breakfast good Near to railway station 20 min away and central Florence it's 25 min away from bus. Room lighting is not good , neither it's spacious. Many Asian restaurant nearby Bus stand almost 700 meter away

The suites were two-storied and spacious. The continental breakfast was ample and delicious, and the staff at the hotel were accommodating and helpful. The location is convenient for public transit. This hotel is a great value for the price. We were not expecting much, and left very impressed. It was a great experience.

Room was acceptable but not very clean- the was some kind of sticky patch on the table and the wall was greasy(?). Bed was fairly comfortable and the area is quiet. Check in and out was painless. A reasonable stay for the price we paid considering the other options available. Don't bother with breakfast. Paid for three days of it and went once. Easily the worst I have had in a hotel.

Hotel a little bit away from the tourist places,the good thing is that there are bus urban near. The room very trankila and well enough. Come back safe

Large room with very useful kitchenette. Good location but still a bit of a walk to the centre of town. Local restaurants were close and tasty. Beds were large but incredibly hard. No air conditioning due to a local law but couldn't open the window either due to mosquitos.

Place is cute but out of the city center. The tram station is only a block away though and it’s only €1.50 or €2 each way and they come pretty frequently. If you’re young, this is probably better for you than older folks. We spent some €€ to taxi back and forth to get to places faster. Rooms are clean and spacious.

The decor is a cool retro chic. A throwback to the 1960s or 70s. However, the mattresses feel like a throwback to the Stone age. Not surprisingly in Florence, off street parking here is nearly non-existent.

Starting with the good. Nice apartment, big room, kitchen and bathroom. They gave us water and sweets. They also provided unlimited soap/shampoo on request. We could also use the kitchen without cost, but if we wanted a stove top there was a one time fee. Now to the negative. They had turned off the air conditioning for the season and the room was hot. Room was spacious and nice. Walls were scuffed and a bit dirty. However, it was a great location with a tram stop across the street and great restaurants only a block away.

The residence is situated in the area of Piazza Leopoldo . The centre of Florence is reachable on foot or by bus a short distance from the residence. The staff was friendly and always available.

A pleasant surprise! We found an excellent offer for the weekend on the website of the hotel and we booked at the last moment without great expectations, in the end proved to be an excellent experience, we will definitely be back!

The location superb. Not in the center but is very quiet and has access to interesting places in a few minutes. The staf correct and very attentive. The apartment spacious and very clean. Highly recommended

My room was simple and the kitchen lacked many basic amenities and appliances. The hot water was broken when I arrived but the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Convenient location.

nice, quiet and clean with a kitchenette. to get to the center you have to be some sports, if you fast you put in 20 min.

This hotel is amazing. Ideally located for on foot or bus exploration. Opposite a bus stop that the 23, 23a, 23b and c4 routes stop at linked to the station and florence Airport, as well as the Duomo, ponte vecchio, and santa croce. It is clean, well located and nicely appointed. Bus stop across the street along the Arno. 10 minute walk along the river to the Arno.

This was such a wonderful place to stay! The staff made you feel so welcome and part of the family and the rooms are beautiful and spacious! There is terrace on the roof where you can enjoy the city and Duomo. There is a nice coffee area on the first floor. The staff also helped is arrange transportation to the airport. I cannot say enough how wonderful this place is!

Granduomo was a perfect stay for 4 nights in Florence. The location cannot be better, it is within walking distance even to the other side of the river. Everything about the room was very clean, and the staff was very helpful especially when we were waiting on lost luggage from the airport!

We have had a wonderful time staying here. It is so close to everything and, at the same time, quiet and hidden from all of the commotion outside. The staff is very friendly and very accommodating. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious, with good plumbing and a full kitchen/ dining room. I cannot say enough nice things about this hotel.

It has been an amazing stay in an amazing apartment, with an awesome view on Cupola Brunelleschi! Reception was very friendly and they give us the room before the check in time. Apartment in beautiful and full of comforts. Less satisfied by the bathroom, maybe too small. Fully satisfied, i will return there for sure!

The 3 stars are for the excellent location in the heart of Florence, easily accessible to the train station as well as all the principal plazas. If you don't much care about the pigeon-hole room but your only interest is in seeing and enjoying Florence then this is the place to stay. The apartments are in a good location, close to Piazza del Duomo and at walkable distance from other tourist locations or the train station. Residence La Medicea is a very nice accomodation in the centre of Florence. The rooms are quite big and very clean with free WiFi. The staff was very helpful. The hotel has a terrace with a very nice view of the Cappelle Medicee

Good place, close to the Duomo, Michaelangelo’s David statute. Office is close by and they are helpful in allowing to store luggage. Can easily walk from the S M Novella station. Enjoyed our stay in Florence. Do not miss out to walk to the top of Duomo to get a great view of the city.

Great location. The cathedral was a blocl away and there were many good restaurants nearby. The place was very nice, the bathrooms were very modern and the place was very spacious (each room is different though). They were very nice to provide us wity a few pastries to snack on. Very good place to stay with small kids. Basically it is a residence in the apartment building, which includes different cozy rooms on 2 floors. All rooms are beautifully designed with all amenities. Great location, jus one block from Duomo.

Very handy location in Florence. Close to major attractions in town. Reasonably priced. Room is a little small for the four of us, but we aren't really on it that much. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Staff are very pleasant too.

I loved my stay at Antica Torre. The hotel was in a great location, adjacent to the very high-end luxury shopping and central enough to easily walk everywhere but not walk out onto a swarm of tourists. The service was notably elevated to match that luxury vibe - the staff was so warm and helpful. I had a 4:30 am cab to the airport and they even prepared me a breakfast box! I was just there for one...

Right on the Arno with views of the Duomo, and really everything else in Florence. Rooftop bar is a must! You can watch a spectacular sunset while watching the boats on the Arno and listening to the bells from the churches. Breakfast is one of the best anywhere. Definitely would be the only choice for future visits to Firenza.

We had an amazing stay in the beautifully decorated romantic suite which had great views of the Arno river. Breakfast was delicious and the views from the multiple terraces were breathtaking. The location couldn’t be more perfect, being 10mins from the train station and within walking distance of all the major attractions of Florence.

Nice apartments close to Florence Train station. Rome clean. A tad on the old side now. Also 25 euros extra if you want to use the kitchen facilities which feels a bit excessive as that's why you booked an apartment not a hotel. Overall good though

Excellent space, great hospitality. Near to the train station, the attractions, and the metro to airport. Notice that the front desk will be closed during night, so remember the password and bring the key with you if you gonna be back late. Five star experience, but the smelly hot water kettle deduct 1 from it. Anyways, good experience.

A board, ask for a room at the back if you're sensitive to noise during the night because on the site, it can be noisy. However, the view will not be necessarily not as beautiful...

Convenient to nearly everywhere on foot except the Firenze SMN station. Staff is nice and humor. Room is tidy and clean and the view of piazza signoria is awesome!
