For hot drinking water they don't have electric cattle in room, neither they will provide on request . Breakfast good Near to railway station 20 min away and central Florence it's 25 min away from bus. Room lighting is not good , neither it's spacious. Many Asian restaurant nearby Bus stand almost 700 meter away

The suites were two-storied and spacious. The continental breakfast was ample and delicious, and the staff at the hotel were accommodating and helpful. The location is convenient for public transit. This hotel is a great value for the price. We were not expecting much, and left very impressed. It was a great experience.

Room was acceptable but not very clean- the was some kind of sticky patch on the table and the wall was greasy(?). Bed was fairly comfortable and the area is quiet. Check in and out was painless. A reasonable stay for the price we paid considering the other options available. Don't bother with breakfast. Paid for three days of it and went once. Easily the worst I have had in a hotel.

I booked a triple room with my friend. The double bed was big, and the single bed was a little small but still enough for sleeping. There is also a small kitchen in the room where you can cook. The bathroom has good lighting, which is very suitable for makeup needs. It is within walking distance to downtown Florence, and there are many bus options

Just outside the old town, a very comfortable hotel with a beautiful small garden. From the 5th floor rooftop you can enjoy the dome and tower of Santa Maria del Fiore. The rooms are fully equipped, the hotel is decorated in a modern and artistic style, and the service is attentive and friendly.

Apartment is near to Tram station which is just 3 stops to the Central station. It is quiet place. Staff is friendly. Since it is not hotel, they don’t clean it regularly. If we need anything like toilet paper or body wash etc, need to get from reception. It is given in room details that they provide stove but stove is not there. When we ask, they say we need to pay extra money.

Large room with very useful kitchenette. Good location but still a bit of a walk to the centre of town. Local restaurants were close and tasty. Beds were large but incredibly hard. No air conditioning due to a local law but couldn't open the window either due to mosquitos.

This place is fantastic. The deluxe room is HUGE. Two bathrooms, kitchen, living room and sitting area with ten foot ceilings and hardwood floors. These beautifully appointed apartments are located perfectly for getting around Florence, between Ponte Vecchio & Ponte Santa Trinita. We felt it was in an ideal location, close to cafes and bars for night life with activity. I felt safe and close to everything I had planned during my visit. I would stay there again. The room itself was clean and had beautiful views of the city with from multiple windows.

The Garden Hotel, with each room surrounding a courtyard garden, is spacious and two-story. The entrance is a charming alley-like passageway. This was the most satisfying hotel on our Italian trip. Even if breakfast wasn't included, it was still a delight to prepare some and enjoy it in the garden.

In the summer, the rooms are hot. You cannot cool the room while you're out because the key has to be in the room for the AC to work. Even when we did have the AC on, it never really cooled down. We spent one night in this villa on our tour of Italy. The room was bright and clean. Better-insulated windows would certainly be a good solution to block out the outside noise. The shower cubicle was too small for me at 1.80m, I could hardly move in it and certainly couldn't bend over. The staff were very friendly.

Nice place, easy to get to if you come from the train station. Comfortable room and good service, but it is better for peple who wanna stay for a longer time and a good place for people who have kids. Checkout is rather early so 1 day stays are less recomanded. To get to centrum you can walk for 10-15 min and take the tram for about 20 min.

It’s a bit away from city centre but very nice rooms with kitchen. There is a nice outdoor swimming pool and the heating system will be installed soon. Good public transportation to Florence. Very nice people. Please make sure to book the table for dinner to avoid disappointment since there is no other restaurant nearby in the walking distance.

The hotel is small but beautiful, the service staff is warm and thoughtful, the room is very large, with a living room and bedroom, and the breakfast food is cold, which may not be suitable for Chinese stomachs. Warm reminder, if you drive, the hotel entrance is at the entrance of the parking lot, please pay attention to the road signs.
