Hotel Ferretti

Well what can I say? First, the room booking says it comes with AC. The room has three broken Mitsubishi split units, and none of them blow cold air. Visited during summer and it’s so hot that I’m in my room trying (unsuccessfully) to sleep, but I can’t so I’m writing this review. My kids are sweating and trying to cool off but can’t sleep - everyone’s sleeping sans clothes to try and make it. I messaged the contact via WhatsApp, and got no response. There is no front desk or in-person person to talk to about these issues. There is an additional fan in the room, which is broken. Oh it looks like it should work… but the head is totally disconnected from the base. The shower backs up so much you’re washing in a puddle. The WiFi signal is so bad I’m just using cellular. The location is good - but there are better places closer.

Loving Florence - will be checking out tomorrow and finding an actually suitable location to sleep.

This hotel is our worst experience. It is hardly ever I write a bad review but this needs to be dealt with and said. This hotel is nothing like the photos. We spoke to multiple other people who were staying at the hotel and having the same issues as us. There was ZERO hot water for the 2 days we were there and no one to contact. We attempted to contact them through Expedia and WhatsApp as they requested, but there was no response or even a follow up. The shower would not drain. The toilet flush handle was broken. There were bugs (mosquitoes) smeared with other people’s blood on the walls. Shoe prints and cracks all over the walls and ceilings. It was advertised as a room that was cleaned daily but there was no service provided. When we had to reached out to Expedia to even get into contact with the hotel. The hotel still did not respond. There is no one at the front desk at any hours except for when we checked in. This place ruined a good portion of our trip. I would highly suggest you find someplace else.

There is no plug board at the head of the bed, no quilt, only a very thin blanket, and the facilities are simple

I dont advise to reserve any room at this hotel. There is no lift. Besides, there is no Hot wáter to have a shower. It was Frozen. There is no receptionist neirher at the arrival nor at the check out, so I phoned the hotel and a woman told me to leave the money at the room without receiving any récipe. Besides, the room was very dirty. Furthermore, the price of the room is very expensive. In conclusión, this hotel is the worst I have stayed in my life. What a pity to have suffered from all these disadvantages of this "hotel" in spite of being at a beautiful place like Florencia.
