Hotel Jane

We loved this hotel.

The staff were so helpful and friendly. Easy to take a bus to the station upon departing and they had tickets for sale at the hotel and have us a paper map so we knew the names of all the attractions.

So convenient to see all attractions but also easy to go the back streets to find the lol eateries and grocery stores.

Great clean bathroom, cleane towels daily. Room in general big enough with a mini bar. It lost one star because we had a family with 2 children opposite us and the walls are paper thin. The children (2) screamed and cried all night, and all the next morning the second night we stayed. Maybe the hotel needs to move little kids somewhere else if they can. Away from those who want to sleep in, travelling quietly.

Great reception area, we had a pleasure meeting Valeria !! We made an error while booking a room and she has done everything to help us out!! Definitely will be back here again!! Thank you so much Valeria for helping us and making our stay in Florence wonderful ❤️❤️❤️❤️also ps great breakfast has all the essentials !!! 🤗

This hotel should have more stars than just 3! Apart from the incredibly friendly staff who made our stay much more enjoyable, the rooms were newly furnished and incredibly clean. The water pressure was excellent.

The breakfast is a steal for 5 euros each, as you get so much and it tastes amazing!

The location is insane as well - just 5 minutes and you’re in the old city, a 10 minute walk and you’re staring at the Duomo.

Could not recommend highly enough!

Our family of 4 had a great experience at this hotel. Friendly and courteous staff. Room was clean.
Breakfast was really good and for just 5 Euros.
Walkable distance to the Duomo. Lots of good restraints close by. Highly recommend this place!

I very much enjoyed my stay at Hotel Jane in Florence, Italy.
I highly recommend this property, with the understanding that the price is overly priced, staying in a very small room.
The rooms are very clean, there is a good breakfast buffet and the staff are excellent. In my experience, the staff were both personable and professional, highlighting, Valeria, Saida, and all the rest, which I didn't catch their names - their warmth and hospitality were very much appreciated.

This is a nice budget hotel, located in a friendly neighborhood with a lot of cafes and eateries close by. It's not in the main city center but florence is a small city and can be easily explored on foot. The rooms were decent. We were pleasantly surprised by the hospitality though. We thought of skipping the breakfast on both the days we stayed there, since we had a few early morning activities planned. The receptionist (a sweet lady I forget her name) offered to pack us breakfast for the road. At 6 in the morning a whole meal pack awaited us, which contained sandwiches ,eggs, juice,biscuits and cookies. It was a thoughtful gesture. I highly recommend this place.

We stayed for 2 nights. The room was clean and there was enough space for our stuff. The receptionists were all super friendly and very helpful. The location is absolutely perfect. It is a 25min walk to Santa Maria del Fiore. There is a supermarket close by and a couple of restaurants too. The breakfast was good and had everything you need. Really the only downside was that the door and the windows were not very soundproof. So you may wann bring your earplugs.
For the car we went with an open air parking space that costs around 15€ per 24 hours but the receptionist knew a bunch of garages close by. Just ask them.

Very nice cozy hotel. I was a bit worried at the beginning since I normally try to stay in hotel chains that I am familiar with, but as soon as I arrived in the reception it was clear my worries were unfounded. The receptionist who checked us in, Jasmine (red hair), was amazingly friendly, courteous and just so extraordinarily helpful, gave us all the information we could have needed, was able to arrange the room for us even though we were very early and also provided some great suggestions on local tours and general advice on how to save money, always with a smile and great demeanor.

Whoever is arranging the employee of the month competition needs to put Jasmine at the top.

Now on to the room itself. It was on the 4th floor and luckily theres an elevator. Room looked great, so very spacious, very big modern TV, fridge stocked with soft drinks and water, beautifully decorated, there were all the elements needed to make coffee and even several very nicely designed cups were available in a common desk.

The room has also a small balcony and a modern bathroom, and all of this was super clean. Even an air conditioner was available.

Only 20 to 25 min walk to the Duomo.

I cannot recommend this enough.
