The location is very good, the transportation is convenient, and the living functions nearby are also very convenient, whether it is shopping, dining or going to scenic spots. The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities. It is very comfortable to live in. It is also very quiet at night and I slept well. The overall environment is relaxing, the service staff is friendly, and the check-in process is smooth and reassuring. Overall, the cost-effectiveness is very high. It is a very satisfactory accommodation experience. It is worth recommending. I will stay again next time!

So the bed was a little bit uncomfortable because I booked a single. I wanted to switch to a double and pay the extra €8 up charge but they didn't have any rooms available the two times that I wanted to switch. The single bed baby slightly uncomfortable and made my body sore. I think if I had a double I would have been perfectly fine but as things stand I kind of have a back ache. Breakfast was tasty staff was very polite and professional location was ideal. I won't book a single there again but I thought this room was lovely the amenities were lovely The service was lovely and I had a great time. I would without question stay there again but not in a single bed. The room was very small but well situated and I was happy with the staff the breakfast and everything else except for the bed which was uncomfortable to me. The one problem I will say with that room is that the lights are dim they were perhaps trying to economize and I bought a hundred watt light bulb and stuck it in the light socket because it was just too dark for me to see him for me to read and for me to function. They took it out and replaced it with a very low wattage bulb I think it's to try to save money to be honest. So buy light bulb 75 Watts and when you leave the room and they clean it take it out and put their crappy light bulb in. Also there's only a few television stations in English and they were all news. No movies. I still would stay there again I like the theme of the hotel I like the ambience and I like the staff.

I really enjoyed this hotel. nicely located near the city center. They had a complimentary minibar in the lobby, which was a nice touch. The breakfast was great and available until noon. Will be coming back again.

VERY CONVENIENTLY LOCATED.. Every important landmarks are mostly within 15 minutes max radius of the hotel.

And I can't stress this enough about the Helpfullness & Amazing Service of the staffs..
Very responsive, very friendly , very2 eager to help.. a big shout out to DAVID at the reception & AMAN from the kitchen.

The hotel is just been renovated earlier this year so everything is still looking fresh & clean.

We love to come back to Florence & we will be back at Room Mate Luca when we do..

Absolutely lovely. Loved our 4 night stay in Room Mate Luca. Location was great, service was impeccable, *everyone* was very friendly and helpful. Room was as advertised, clean and comfortable and the view was great. AC worked perfectly. Breakfast was good, too.

Really can't say anything bad about this hotel. Will definitely come back.
