It is one of best hotel . So clean ,quite great location .Ms.Alisandra was so friendly and helpful to give us great Restaurants suggestions .Definitely. My choice when I come back again

Nice hotel, great service, good breakfast, nice rooms, short distance to the city...BUT: be careful when you want to come by car, because this hotel is located in the inner circle of Florence!! There are restrictions for cars to enter this zone and even if the reception will tell you that you can enter the area and your licence plate will be registered a camera will take a picture of your car and in our case after 6 months we got a fee from the local police with a fine of 95.-€!! So when you cannot speak the language you are not aware of all the signs written in Italian language!! I will never stay in the inner circle of Florence, this was an absolute bad experience. The one star is for the hotel and the accommodation, also for the friendliness of the personal. If there would be a parking place outside the restricted area this could help to avoid annoyance.

What an amazing stay !

Great location and very good staff. Walking distance to all the best sites. The room was good size and the windows opened onto the street which was nice in the evening. AC would not stay on which became an issue at night but that would not stop me from staying here again. They can park your car at a garage for 26€ per day.

Room Mate Luca is centrally placed with easy access to most of Florence's major sites. The rooms I had was comfortable if a bit on the small side. Breakfast was fine but I didn't like that I had to make do with low quality coffee and juice while others were served freshly squeezed juice and proper coffee. The reception was friendly and competent.

I did not enjoy my stay here at all. The wifi advertised is slower than a crawl for reading a simple news article. The TV has not worked keeping in tune with the wifi. If you do choose to stay regardless of this review I would suggest going elsewhere for everything but coffee which was actually quite good.

Excellent hotel, clean, beautifully decorated and great location. Thank you to Aman, the breakfast manager who made this a 5 star experience with his care and attention, felt very much at home and a great start to every day!

Best hotel bed ever. Nice hotel with its own unique style. Only downside is that parking your car has to be done with a different company which charges you 26 euro's a day for keeping your car.

Brought our infant son to Florence and stayed at this lovely hotel. They were very accommodating, providing a crib and any information we needed. The breakfast was wonderful and the service was friendly and helpful. Aman made us awesome cappuccinos in the morning and entertained our son. We stayed in a triple room that was very spacious, clean and welcoming. Would highly recommend!
