This is a great hotel located in the perfect spot for seeing Florence without being in the belly of the beast.
The staff there is great, the rooms are cool and clean, and the breakfast is all you need to get a good start to your day.

We stayed for 3 nights in early July 2024. Everything about this hotel is excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean and quiet. Like an oasis after a busy day of site seeing. Enjoyed the breakfast very much.

Just got home from a 10-day trip to Italy where we stayed at 4 different accomodations and by far, Hotel Rapallo was the group favorite. Not only were the rooms temperature controlled and clean, they had amazing amenities (super thoughtful) and breakfast (real breakfast) included. The staff were all super friendly, helpful, and kind. It was truly an amazing stay, I wish we stayed there for the entirety of our trip.
I took home my hotel-provided "Hotel Rapallo" slippers and I will treasure them forever.

Had a great 4D3N stay in this hotel, Rio and his team were exceptional in taking care of us and ensuring that we were in good hands. Rooms were clean and the hotel was posh and quiet. Rio and his team greeted us with smiles each time and we felt very comfortable. Breakfast spread was also good:) Thank you so much for the great stay! Would recommend this hotel to solo/couple travelers like us!

Do support this boutique hotel - when staying here, we could really feel the effort the staff put in for every detail. Price was great for what is offered. Location is just far enough away from the noise but close enough for an easy walk to most tourist attractions. Nothing but good things about this hotel. Thank you!

Breakfast was decent, and you could feel the heart and soul put into it - choice of eggs your way cooked to order, hot beverages every morning. We had breakfast all 4 mornings there and was really happy with the breakfast.
Room was spacious with a large walk-in closet. Oh and the shower head pressure was amazing.

Hotel Rapallo had been such a pleasant surprise! Ever since we arrived we directly received the feel of being home and welcome. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful without an exception. The cleanliness reaches such high levels which made us feel co comfortable here. Alex, Lorenzo and another gentleman whose name we unfortunately don’t remember made our stay memorable and gave us some fantastic tips around the city. The hotel is situated in a quiet neighborhood and yet a short walking distance from the main sights.
This is the best hotel you will find in this price category in Florence! We will definitely want to come back again :)

Very nice pettit hotel, the staff was the nicest and friendliest. The breakfast was exquisite! I would definitively recommend.

The Hotel Rapallo exceeded our expectations! We spent 4 nights here, and couldn't have been more pleased. The rooms are immaculent, and well appropriated. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast and afternoon happy hour were wonderful. We have traveled all over the world, and can honestly say this is one of the cleanest and well maintained hotels we have ever seen. We would recommend the Hotel Rapallo to our friends with absolutely 0 reservations. A wonderful experience!
