Hotel Rapallo in Florence

This is an absolutely wonderful hotel. I cannot say enough good things about our stay there a few weeks ago. The staff were so helpful and graciously answered all our questions. Breakfast and tea time were so fresh and delicious. And our room was comfortable, immaculate and quiet
We were sad to leave and look forward to retuning soon!

The people that work in the hotel are so kind and helpful. The hotel is centrally located and within a 10-20 minute walk of most attractions. The hotel offers a full breakfast with fruit, juice, pastries, coffee, eggs, bacon, sandwich meats plus made to order omelets, plus more.
The room make up service is neat and crisp. There is a small refrigerator stocked with water which is complementary.

Our room was small but comfortable. Staff waere pleasant. I do have one problem... I left a bag of women's tops in the night stand., I have sent unanswered emails. Please respond .

This was our second to last hotel of our 2 week trip in Italy and it saved our lives! The room was unbelievably clean and comfortable. The AC blasted so nicely which was a necessity given the 95 degree weather and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. It really revived us to finish our trip strong! The staff was always extremely pleasant and we loved the afternoon tea time with snacks.
The ONLY complaint was that the shower would go back and forth between ice cold and scalding every 30 seconds no matter the time of day or setting you turned it to.
Other than that everything was absolutely perfect and we would highly recommend!

Our first time in Florence and staying here made our experience even better. It wasn’t too far from the city center, our room was exceptionally clean, comfortable and beautiful. We had a problem and they were very swift to fixing it. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was delicious, the coffee was amazing, we loved everything about this hotel. Very nice place to stay while in Florence. Thank you!

We stayed at the hotel Rapallo from the 8th - 13th June 2025. We could not fault the professionalism of the staff, the hospitality and the atmosphere, all were exceptional. Nothing was too much for the staff. The quality of the rooms and cleanliness, outstanding. Breakfast was 10/10. I would highly recommend this hotel, great location and a memorable stay. A few minor recommendations, the WiFi speed could be faster and the bar open later than 10pm would be good.

My husband and I just recently stayed here for 3 nights while visiting Florence. We were so impressed with the welcome greeting we received upon arrival. The front desk staff assisted with unloading our luggage for your taxi and welcomed both of us with a hand shake. We were excited to have been able to check into our hotel room early (almost 4 hours earlier than their standard check in time). The lobby area and our room were spacious and clean. Breakfast was a nice assortment of pastries, fruit, cereal as well as some made to order items. My only complaint about the hotel was they seemed to have a problem with gnats. I noticed a number of small gnats flying around in the dinning room and made eating certain items less desirable. We noticed a lot of gnats on the fruit, so we just stayed away from that. The hotel is ideally located about a 5-10 minute taxi from the train station. You can walk to/from hotel/train station but not desirable with bulky luggage because of the narrow sideways. The main town and il Duomo is about a 10-15 minute walk. Overall a good experience and a worthwhile stay if you want to be close enough to town but just outside the mass of tourists.

We had a great stay at Hotel Rapallo. The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. The daily breakfast was wonderful with a variety of things to eat. The location was good, not far from the main train station, making early day trips easier. We walked to all the sites and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is charming. It is situated in a convenient neighborhood of Florence. All the staff members where very friendly. The rooms are perfectly sized and clean, the breakfast is great.
I have nothing bad to say about this place.
