Amazing staff

A lovely place to stay in Florence and I miss there already. I was celebrating my birthday and the hotel stuff was so kind. great location, amazing breakfast. the pool and bar at the roof was closed but maybe it’s temporary because of the weather. anyway it was open for taking pictures. the view is stunning.

This property is simply gorgeous. The location across from The Arno in the front to the views of Santa Croce and The Duomo in the rear is magical.
The rooms are luxurious, the beds are comfortable, the service is top notch.
I would not hesitate another visit to this splendid property.

We did not eat on site, other than breakfast in bed one morning (which was lovely). So I cannot comment on the dining. The rooftop was undergoing renovations during our visit, it was not the least bit disruptive or unpleasant.

Excellent hotel and friendly staff. Concierge was very helpful! The only disappointment was that the roof top patio was closed for maintenance while we were there and that was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. There was no warning before we came that it would be closed. Otherwise our stay was a very pleasant one!

25th Anniversary in Florence
Exceeded expectations for a special stay for our 25th wedding anniversary. Beautiful hotel. Clean and well kept. Staff were very friendly, helpful, and available. Highly recommend.

Liked everything but the arrival parking to check in, only have 3 spots and not enough help to park cars to let more people check in, street is busy at night and frustrating because you can't park and you feel someone will hit your car because your doubled parked. Fix that and the place would be awesome!

It was in October 2024. Me and my girlfriend traveled to Florence and stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel staff were very cordial. We were very satisfied with the room that we got. The window is facing the Arno river which was the outside view. It's a walking distance to landmarks, food places and stores. It's in a safe area. For future travels, we would like to come back.

Where do I even begin with this jewel. I spent my 50th birthday here and let’s just say, they go above and beyond. Starting with the always kind and always smiling Lucca welcoming you outside, he treats you as though you’re a long lost friend finding your way back home. He was so sweet, kind and helpful, guiding me to exactly where I needed to go. After checking in, he met me with my bags and brought me to my room. I reserved a single room because I was traveling solo to visit my son while he was studying abroad, and she was so perfect. The room was tiny but mighty, and I had everything I needed and more. The hotel is absolutely impeccable and it was such a pleasure to be able to make it my home base for the few days in Florence. I went to the rooftop bar where I had some champagne and checked out the magnificent view, highly recommend this if you’re looking for a place in getting your game plan together. I was lucky enough to get a day of sunshine and spent a good amount of time on the rooftop. I added the breakfast buffet to my stay and it was a 5 star experience across the board. Each day, while I sat having my coffee and breakfast, looking at the beautiful Arno River, I got ready for my adventures. The hotel bar is great to start with cocktail hour. My actual birthday, I was in my day dreams and I heard someone start singing me happy birthday. I froze, then melted because I was so overwhelmed with this beautiful gesture. Xavier I believe is his name who sang to me and I will never forget how special he made me feel. Again, it’s like you’re part of the family, coming home for a visit. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The pride they take in this establishment speaks volumes, the care they take with their customers, and the overall feeling you have when you stay there is immeasurable. I can’t wait to go back. Thank you to those who made my stay extra special.

The service is great, the attitude is also very good, the hotel facilities are complete, plush disposable slippers, disposable toiletries are all available, and the location is very good, it is very convenient to go anywhere. If I come to Florence next time, I will still choose this hotel~

The location was excellent for getting to all my tours. The staff were super helpful and they even gave us a welcome card. When we needed taxis they called reminded us about pickpocketing when we left to take the train. It was my first time in Florence and I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Can’t speak on the restaurant it was closed the entire time of our stay. We did eat at the bar which was great.However the rooftop pool is gorgeous.
