Highly recommend. Great location if you have a car to visit in the area. Pool is incredible. Breakfast buffet fabulous. Great service. We did not use bikes and seems like a great option to go into Forte Dei Marmi.
The cherry on the cake was the staff finding my partner’s Invisalign (which she’d forgotten) and organising a whole shipping back to London. Absolute legends 👌🏼

As Arab guests, we were treated with no respect at all.
The first room had a broken air conditioner (no cooling). They asked us to wait for hours, but nothing improved.
Then they moved us to another room (#123), same problem — hot and no cooling!
We complained many times, but no solution and very poor service.
Very disappointing stay. I do not recommend this hotel.
