Horrible experience! I give one star because I can’t give zero! The host is the most rude person ever, your check in will be done through a camera and a speaker as if you were in big brother. The room is not like in the pictures, at least not the one we got. There is a 24/7 vending machine downstairs + constructions going on, so expect little to no sleep. I expressed my discomfort and she cancelled my booking once I checked out so I was unable to give a review on booking.com
Moral of the story, when you read the reviews they are not entirely there as she cancels the stay after check out so she has a better rating, and keeps your money of course!

Dreadful experience. The room was loud and does not even provide any form of air conditioning or let alone a fan! The lady who I had to message was rude, inconsiderate and showed no empathy towards me.
I would not recommend this hotel for anyone who wishes to visit Florence.

A hotel at the heart of Firenze. Clean bed and room. The best places of the city are a few minutes to walk from the hotel. You get your breakfast in your room serviced. 5 and Moore Stars for owner, too :)) A very nice and polite lady

Beautiful hostel, the stuff was nice and very helpful. Everything was clean, the location is great next to many tasty restaurants. And despite being in the city center the street where it is located is relatively quiet.

Spent a week at this accommodation! Very nice and clean rooms,cute little kitchen for breakfast and meals through the day .It also has a great position ,being placed next to piazza della Signoria I could easily explore the city! I highly recommend it!

Positives: location is about as central as you can get, Also the price is perfect for the budget conscious traveller. The place is kept clean too. The guy who met us to show us the apartment was very friendly and helpful.
Negatives: the beds are not very comfortable. The bathroom is shared. The noise at night from the street woke me up several times during the night. Same with other guests talking or going to the bathroom, sound travels throughout the accommodation easily.

Great location, but it comes with sacrifices...
situated in the heart of all attractions. Unfortunately the accommodation experience is brutal. Concrete walls with absolutely no ventilation. There is no air conditioning, so summer months will be boiling and humid. There are windows, however no screen protection- pigeons and bugs can invade with ease. the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. We noticed the entire place smells like sewage. As for breakfast, you get a glass bottle of tap water, two crackers with packaged jam, and a packaged croissant. On a positive note, you are 3-5min walk from Ponte Vecchio.
If you’re on an extreme budget, this is a great place, if you have a few extra bucks, find a spot that offers the basic essentials for tourists visiting a foreign city.
