Hotel has a lot of potential and the location is very convenient to the central train station and a few good restaurants. The rooms are not clean and actually have mold there. We had to move rooms twice and even in their nicest room, we had issues. The gentleman behind the desk in the evenings is very unpleasant. I fell and hurt myself because the air conditioner in our room dripped a big puddle of water and he didn’t even care. Tried to report issues and no response. There are many others hotels nearby that I would try out next time.

We were well looked after by Igor and the team at Hotel Bernina. The room was spotless and just what we needed. Igor the manager was very warm and helped us navigate around Milan. We had a lovely breakfast and most importantly it was super close to Milan centrally which made for an easy commute with suitcases. 30mins walk to Duomo or the metro is 1 min away and an easy trip. Highly recommend. Thank you

Thank you. They are the best. Super cosy hotel in a convenient location. The Mister in the entrance is very helpful and nice. I had lost an item in the train station and he was readily available to support.

Near the metro and within walking distance of Centrale Station. Free luggage storage provided on the condition of having the same hotel booking after my overnight trip to Florence. Pleasantly surprised to receive a room upgrade.

Location is excellent because you can even walk to the centre if you want. I did it, and it's really not far. Reception staff 5* but the room given was right by elevator noisy and thin walls. Hearing everyone come up and down. The condition of the bathroom was nothing like the pictures. But I still liked the room it was big enough. Noise and the elevator didn't bother me so much. However, what left a really sour taste is the horrendously rude lady at breakfast. Who gave me a dirty look when I asked her for another espresso, literally ignoring me and chatting in her mother tongue like she's not there working. Her behaviour is absolutely appalling. I've never had such poor treatment in a hotel. Paying over £100 per night it's unacceptable. Especially after paying a lot. Price not worth it cos of her. Otherwise, I was happy. Lots of nice shops and restaurants. Easy to reach the airport too. Everyone in Milan was so nice except for the horrible lady at breakfast.

Staying here was an unforgettable experience. Having breakfast on the rooftop while overlooking the beautiful cityscape of Florence felt like such a luxury. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

I highly recommend upgrading your room—I’ve never felt so luxurious in my life. The room had high ceilings and was furnished with elegant, historic pieces that truly moved me. It felt like stepping into a different era, in the best way possible.

Needless to say the location is excellent. The room is not huge but very adequate for my needs. Bathroom is spotlessly clean, and all the amenities are functional. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Overall an excellent and enjoyable place to stay.

Stayed here 5 days. 2 days in Milan and 3 days for day trips, location is a big plus since is near the train station.

Staff are very friendly and competent. They all speak english very well.

Room was very clean. A bit small and it was quite hot ( glad it had air conditioning ). Bathroom was also immaculate.

Breakfast is also top notch, big variety of pastries and breads.

Overall very satisfying experience!!
