What a lovely hotel and very friendly. It is nicely designed and has an upmarket feel just off the main shopping street. Mary (I think her name was that) on reception was truly delightful. She was friendly, professional and kind. These are qualities you don't always get with hotel reception staff. It makes a big difference to your stay, especially in a small hotel. The room was fine & comfy but the 5* go to the girl on reception. She needs promoting! Thanks for a nice stay.

They are cheating they don’t give the rooms that showed on the booking they write on the system 403 but they give me 502
1- the hotel not clean
2- the hotel has 5th floor but last floor no lift many stairs
3- they know that because of this they take money extra fir garanti because your actions
4- the staff no not helping do not go there

Had a great stay at Demidoff Hotel. Always welcoming staff, very helpfull and always in a good mood.
They location is just perfect. Close to central station, and even better 50 meters from Lima metro station.
Clean and nice hotel. Perfect english.
And at last, i forgot my AirPods in the room. They was very helpfull with wrapping them perfectly so i could have them picked up by a courier to bring them for me.
Would most likely book a room there again!

Can you believe there are cockroaches in the bed? The dirtiest hotel, Milan has poor security and the hotel hygiene is disgusting. The tax refund also deducts money from those Italian fans. . This experience is great, don't go if you don't have anything else

After a nightmare morning, I was warmly welcomed at the hotel by a very helpful and friendly receptionist, who recommended a nearby sandwich store (which was tasty) while I waited for check in to open up. Room itself was basic, but clean. Only quibble was A/C didnt work too well.
Fine location with a 15 minute walk to Milan Centrale and about 25 minutes to the Duomo plaza. Plenty of eateries and shopping nearby.

Last minute booking, I was greatly surprised with the location, near the rainbow district. The hotels lobby is very eclectic, very pretty. The staff welcoming... there is one small elevator, I was located in the 4th floor. The bed is low, cozy. The bathroom is nice. Mini fridge that works. But one thing ...no ac because isn't season. I already booked it so I was told to keep the window open. Strange for a Floridian. The street is full of brand stores, busy. The rainbow district is really close and a metro station. Supermarkets open late just behind. But the street is loud. Ac would have been nice.

Together with my friend we were looking to extend out stay in Milano, as the hotel where we were initially staying was full we decided to look for an alternative to spend an extra night.
Being just couple of minutes away we decided to try Demidoff hotel.
We searched on BookingDotcom to check the rates however knowing that the hotel has to pay fees, we thought we'll approach them first to see if they're happy to match the rates (online we've been offered 2x DBL rooms for 100€ each). We've been greeted by a lady wearing pink pyjamas (it takes a lot to surprise me and it's not like I expected a uniform ;) ). When I asked if they would match the online rate offered by a 3rd party, she denied saying that they don't offer rooms at this rate. Not only this - I've been told that if I would proceed with making online reservation, she won't be able to accommodate us and will send us to another hotel (!). Within 5minutes she changed the offered rates on BookingDotcom
The price offered by her was about 14€ more per room, so we decided to stay anyway. It just seemed like really cheap trick to make an extra buck (online rates for a day after where even cheaper).
Rooms were specious but could do with a deep clean (cobwebs in the corners).
Also it's worth mentioning that the lift only goes up to the 4th floor - so if you have lots of luggage, make sure that you don't get a room on the 5th.
It's a shame as this hotel really got potential - night staff were super friendly, design is really cool and chic. But all it takes is one greedy pijama lady to drag it down 👎

The hotel has good potential but I was assigned a different room than the one in the reservation as they say that they don't work with TRIP.com.
Too bad the rating could have been better.

This is Fake hotel. Do not give them your card at the check in before seeing the room. This is a day room advertised as hotel. They will charge and never refund even if you only see the room for 10 sec. They probably claimed that this is fake review. I posted it all over my social. This is a terrible hotel with terrible management and they are fraud!!! Be aware. Everything you see on their social is AI

The hall is very beautiful but it's a shame the rooms are not yet renovated, although they are very clean but not very comfortable
