I've stayed in that hotel for 1 night some weeks ago. When I entered the room I couldn't believe in what I saw: the hotel room was like apartment of my grandma that was renovated in eighties... Bathroom was very old with strange water flushing system in the toilet. To flush the water you need to firmly press handle... I wasn't aware that when I book a hotel the room could be from some 40 years ago... Not cozy at all. Also the room facilities made my feel I stay in my grandma room - 30 years ago that would be OK.
When I was checking out I was in hurry to catch a train. In early morning I greeted the receptionist and rushed to the train station. When I was leaving (I was already in the doorway) I suddenly hear the receptionist screaming at me loudly. It was a tell man with short black hair and a dark complexion. I was amazed I got yelled at and came back to the reception (I should have left as screaming at the guest i something I never experienced from a receptionist. Eventually, it turned out they forgot to charge me some 6 EUR for a city tax. I paid immediately, but the man wasn't able to answer my question why I wasn't asked to pay that before. His English seemed to be OK, but for some reason he didn't want to answer my question. It the end I successfully made it for the train, but the situation was highly unprofessional and outrageous. I travel the world and if there is a city tax to be payed, I'm informed about it at the arrival.

Very friendly staff, extra cleaned and very close to various means of transportation but if you like good food there are quite a few of very nice restorans in the vicinity ...will definitely stay at this hotel again 👌

I had an excellent experience in this hotel - I received a free upgrade to a very nice room in the next door building and the manager Manoj went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable.
It's highly convenient to Milano Centrale and there are a number of nice cafes around the area.

Beautiful hotel!
Loved the fact that it was close to the station and subway, the guys at the reception were so sweet and always with a smile in their faces! The room was big enough for two people, super clean and liked the fact that it had a mini fridge.
Overall a great experience 👍🏻

We chose the hotel for its convenient location near Milano Central, only 5 minutes walking and also well-connected by metro and trams for easy access to tourist spots, airports and other cities like Como, Lugano and Locarno and it exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, cleaned daily and had excellent air conditioning, crucial during the hot weather. the hotel overall was quite nice and modern with a welcoming and helpful staff. The area was lively with bars and restaurants but as well quiet for a restful sleep. Despite being near the train station, the area felt safe, Highly recommended.

i had an issue with the booking and i asked for a date change with 10 minutes of making the booking. The manager pretended that he is calling the higher management and trying to help me. In the end they refused and I ended up paying €200 for a room. They said that the room has AC but it only had the fan. AC was disabled.
Its so unfortunate to experience such behavior during a vacation with my wife.

The service was very unprofessional, and i feel very unfortunate to experience such unprofessional behavior from a hotel where we paid almost €200 for a room.
Around midnight, we got a call from the reception, and we woke up to answer the call, which ended up being a prank. My husband confronted the reception, and they laughed and said sorry.

It was a wonderful stay and we got a special room. The staff is friendly and explains everything you need to know about Milan. It was a comfortable stay. If you have a car, they will provide you with paid parking .Recommended
