Staff very polite and helpful
When I was checking out I was in hurry to catch a train. In early morning I greeted the receptionist and rushed to the train station. When I was leaving (I was already in the doorway) I suddenly hear the receptionist screaming at me loudly. It was a tell man with short black hair and a dark complexion. I was amazed I got yelled at and came back to the reception (I should have left as screaming at the guest i something I never experienced from a receptionist. Eventually, it turned out they forgot to charge me some 6 EUR for a city tax. I paid immediately, but the man wasn't able to answer my question why I wasn't asked to pay that before. His English seemed to be OK, but for some reason he didn't want to answer my question. It the end I successfully made it for the train, but the situation was highly unprofessional and outrageous. I travel the world and if there is a city tax to be payed, I'm informed about it at the arrival.
Didn't have any hot water. This was throughout the day and we weren't able to have a good shower.
Receptionist had an attitude when we asked them to fix the issue. Was extremely rude and ignored our further calls.
Plenty of mosquitos in the hotel too and they certainly bite.
Can't understand how this hotel was rated so well, especially with a high price. Don't make our mistake and AVOID this hotel at all costs.
