Great location in the Nagavali neighborhood. Less than 10 minutes from the metro and near a few tram lines. Cool neighborhood in general.

Good breakfast selection with pastries, yogurts, fruits and some hot food (maybe eggs and a meat). Didn’t eat the hot food.

We stayed in two types of rooms due to availability. The first room was a better class and overlooked the water. Great size for two people. The second room on the courtyard, while cute by the courtyard, was small for two people (had a desk and chair in the room that took up space). The smaller room did have some discoloration from humidity in the shower (they said it wasn’t mold but iffy on that) but the staff said they’d address it once we left.

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Didn’t eat at the restaurant but it was always packed each night.

They offer you robes and slippers and two pillows per person (or bed had 4).

Clean hotel, personnel very helpful, but it is on the canal and at nights, there is so much noise from the tourists and the bars

This is right on the canal at the center of Navigli nightlife. The local restaurants and bars are very noisy even during the week until about 12:00 midnight. Wednesdays they pick up trash and recycling, starting with glass (the noisiest) at 6:30. If your priority is sleep, don't take a canal view room. The breakfast was excellent, everything anyone would want. Even the fresh fruit, although not cut up, was perfectly ripe. Service was excellent, friendly. The bed was comfortable, nice sheets, the shower was excellent, the decoration was a bit lacking (grey painted desk and night stands, glaring lights). I found the room too warm at night and couldn't find a way to adjust that with the thermostat but I never asked the front desk, I just opened the window (until 6:30). There was no secondary lock on the door so I placed some heavy shoes such that they would make a noise if the door was opened.

We had a wonderful stay here— the hotel is charming and in a great location! During our stay I accidentally left a necklace of great sentimental importance to us— we called after we left frantic and worried. The team at the hotel was amazing and helped ensure we could get it back! The staff was lovely and aside from the beautiful hotel and great stay— we feel so fortunate they were willing to help us get my necklace back!

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. I especially liked the tasteful interior design. Small but delicious breakfast buffet. I was given a quiet room towards the courtyard at my request, which I appreciated.

Super nice and trendy hotel with amazing setting and courtyard. Super clean, super quiet, very friendly staff, beautifully arranged and perfectly located. Nice Italian breakfast a tiny bit light on the green side. Very good restaurant. Definitely a keeper!

Great stay, the style and the decorations are exceptional, both in room and in common areas, a comfortable place and helpful staff. Although the location was really central (and thus very busy both day and night), once the windows closed, the silence was perfect.
Sin for the unexpected bad weather, but at least for all guests have free access to the umbrellas of the hotel.

Our room then seemed really perfect for our couple, but also as a small meeting area, with a large living room and small utility room for clothes hangers and food. I will keep it in mind for the future if ever I'll have to go back to work because the price is quite high for leisure travel. (according to my pockets!)

But it was CLEAN.

Beautiful setting, excellent service, and inventive, delicious (albeit pricey) food. A bit too quiet but I went on a Tuesday night so can't properly judge.
