The hotel is listed as a four-star property, but in reality, it would be more accurately rated as a three-star. Aside from a lounge and a restaurant, there were no other facilities available. There was also no coffee or tea provided in the rooms.
The breakfast was very typical of Italy, primarily consisting of sweet pastries, croissants, and toast. There was a very limited selection of toppings, with little to no options for items like bacon. The coffee was weak and served from a thermos, and if you wanted a cappuccino, it came at an additional cost. As a traveler from the Nordics, this was a disappointing breakfast experience.
We had two rooms, both of which were fairly worn and showed signs of ingrained dirt, especially on the doors and other surfaces.
On the positive side, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel’s location is excellent – right along the canal in the lively Navigli district, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and bars. It’s also just a short 5-minute walk to the nearest metro station.

Great rooms, especially the bathrooms, and nice courtyard for breakfast and dining. Great locations in Navigli near plenty of cafes and restaurants. Highly recommend

Fun, bohemian style hotel right on a canal with lots of restaurants steps away. Common areas are stylishly decorated and the outdoor back patio is a quiet refuge from the bustling streets. Very nice breakfast included. Our room was perfectly nice, except the bathroom door wouldn't close without picking it up and the air conditioning was off for the season so the room was hot. Unfortunately, there were no screens on the windows and Milan is known for mosquitos. I would suggest inquiring about the AC before booking if temp is important to you.

Whose idea was to put the family room facing the main street? Honestly, it is beyond stupidity plus not telling people when booking the room on the phone that “hey, with a 5 year old kid don’t book this room” is mean. The party goes by the canal until 2am, then at 5.30am the binmen empty the glass bottle bins. For 290€ per night the floor was dirty, the showerhaed had a thick layer of limescale on it like it was never cleaned in the past few years…. on the positive side there are rooms not facing the street and the concept of the hotel is nice. The reception area and around is designed perfectly.

The rooms were nice and clean. The shower was huge. The staff was very helpful, and we enjoyed spending time in the hotel‘s patio during the afternoon heat.

Great location in the Nagavali neighborhood. Less than 10 minutes from the metro and near a few tram lines. Cool neighborhood in general.
Good breakfast selection with pastries, yogurts, fruits and some hot food (maybe eggs and a meat). Didn’t eat the hot food.
We stayed in two types of rooms due to availability. The first room was a better class and overlooked the water. Great size for two people. The second room on the courtyard, while cute by the courtyard, was small for two people (had a desk and chair in the room that took up space). The smaller room did have some discoloration from humidity in the shower (they said it wasn’t mold but iffy on that) but the staff said they’d address it once we left.
Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Didn’t eat at the restaurant but it was always packed each night.
They offer you robes and slippers and two pillows per person (or bed had 4).

This is right on the canal at the center of Navigli nightlife. The local restaurants and bars are very noisy even during the week until about 12:00 midnight. Wednesdays they pick up trash and recycling, starting with glass (the noisiest) at 6:30. If your priority is sleep, don't take a canal view room. The breakfast was excellent, everything anyone would want. Even the fresh fruit, although not cut up, was perfectly ripe. Service was excellent, friendly. The bed was comfortable, nice sheets, the shower was excellent, the decoration was a bit lacking (grey painted desk and night stands, glaring lights). I found the room too warm at night and couldn't find a way to adjust that with the thermostat but I never asked the front desk, I just opened the window (until 6:30). There was no secondary lock on the door so I placed some heavy shoes such that they would make a noise if the door was opened.
