Excellent place to stay when you are in Milano, close to the city centre. Beautiful Room decos and super clean. And with fresh breakfast buffet it makes it the perfect stay when we visit Milano, very time!

Photos on Google look worse, it's a classical outdated hotel but with good comodities. Rooms are comfortable and clean, breakfast ok, service ok.

i had low expectations after reading some negative reviews but most of them turned out to be untrue at least for me. the hotel is comfortable, quiet and beautifully designed. the rooms were spacious - great for those with big luggages - and were fitted with all the necessary amenities. staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and proactive. we even had a meal in the restaurant Petit Pierre and found the food and service incredible. it is also located in a fairly quiet part of the city, so noise was never an issue. just an overall pleasant stay! only minor criticism i have is about the breakfast. not the best i've had but not terrible enough - you can absolutely enjoy a meal before ur day starts with the breakfast buffet!

for a 5 star hotel, the rooms should be a LOT cleaner 😂. the breakfast area barely has any food worthy to create an actual meal and the bathrooms of the rooms aren’t clean. i beg you to not waste your money on this hotel and i actually think you’re better off sleeping on the streets of Milan for a few nights!!

Avoid, This is not really a “5 star” hotel.
With 5 star you have high expectations, this hotel has nice decor but in terms of customer service and facilities it is more worthy of a 3 star hotel. The receptionist barely spoke English and showed little courtesy or welcoming. Our room was not cleaned on the first day, they just took our towels and didn’t replace them. The pillows were shallow and not puffy. The bathroom door is made of glass! Which is misted but you can still see the silhouette of someone inside doing their business which is so bizarre and off putting. The breakfast was bland and not diverse as you would expect from a 5 star. A waitress had her earphones on collecting plates which was very unaccommodating. The only positive was the decor and the bed was quite comfortable. The receptionist didn’t even ask how our stay was so putting it all here.
