We made a group reservation here and faced more issue:
• Booked and confirmed rooms were not available; 2 guests had to stay in rooftop room which was really not 5* standard for 350€ per night
• After our call was promissed that room will be changed another day to regular 5* twin which did not happen (my client came after lunch to the reception and you refused to change to the room as he did not come in the morning; which is not making sense due to fact that this new room should be cleaned after last guests so would not be available in the morning as hotel was; by your words; fully booked on the first night
• No one to help with luggages even they kindly asked; this should be really included in servises of 5*hotel
• Person on a phone was not very friendly; tried to persuate we made a mistake.
We sent them official complaint by email - 26.9.2025 and till (even we send reminder), no one replied.
We can not reccomend this hotel, unfortunatelly.

Not a 5 star experience at all. At best 3 star. Outrageous pricing given that. Only the location makes it worth staying here at these prices but presumably we could have found a real 5 star hotel for the same price in the area had we known to do so.

Excellent Stay – Warm Hospitality in a Perfect Location
We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Pierre during our trip to Milan with my family. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed by the incredibly kind and helpful staff. The hospitality was exceptional — everyone went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.
The room was spotless and well-maintained, with excellent soundproofing that allowed us to relax peacefully after a busy day in the city. One of the best things about the hotel is its location — just steps away from both the metro and tram stations, making it very easy to get around Milan.
We highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the city. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we would gladly stay here again!

You need to go up and down stairs to go to the toilet, and the exhaust just pulls up the toilet odor, which lingers all night. The elevator is old, and I reached out to stop the elevator door, but it closed anyway, and I almost squeezed my hand. People with children must be careful.

The hotel is in a good location, right next to the subway station, directly connected to Milan Linate Airport. It only takes 15 minutes to get to the airport by subway from the hotel. The room is not big, it is ok for one person to stay in a standard room, but the road is being built at the door, which is very messy. The breakfast is ordinary, in the basement, and the restaurant environment is not very good. The front desk service is good. The price of Milan hotels is expensive, and this price should be acceptable for such a hotel.

In the beginning had a small issue with the room but thanks to Trip.com's support team and the staff at the hotel, it resolved quickly.
I %100 recommend this hotel to anybody who wants to stay very close to the center and have it budget-friendly. (Breakfast is awesome!!!)

I stayed at the hotel for a couple of nights. The location was good, just a 15-minute walk from the center. However, while this hotel carries a 5-star rating, I found the experience fell short of expectations. The overall style of the bedroom felt dated, lacking the modern touches you’d expect from a 5-star property. The bed, in particular, wasn’t great—it didn’t even have a mattress topper, and I could feel the springs. There’s a general sense that the furnishings and facilities are a bit old and clunky, leaving the space feeling less refined than anticipated, although the bathroom was functional. The staff were friendly and professional, and the amenities were adequate, but the hotel could benefit from some updates to truly meet the standards of a 5-star experience.

Excellent place to stay when you are in Milano, close to the city centre. Beautiful Room decos and super clean. And with fresh breakfast buffet it makes it the perfect stay when we visit Milano, very time!
