The location is the only thing this hotel has going for it. Everything else was a huge disappointment. This is nowhere near what you would expect from a four-star hotel.
The air conditioning didn’t work. The in-room safe was broken. The beds were by far the most uncomfortable I have ever slept in – almost impossible to get any rest.
The windows did nothing to block out the constant noise from the heavy traffic outside, making it even worse. The bathroom was worn out and badly in need of renovation.
Overall, this hotel feels neglected and outdated. I will definitely not be coming back, and I would not recommend it to anyone expecting even basic four-star standards.

Extremely disappointing experience. During checkout, I was surprised to find that I was charged for breakfast, despite not having availed it even once during my stay. I was never informed that breakfast was being billed by default, nor was I asked to confirm my consumption. This feels misleading and unfair. It’s important for future guests to be aware and double-check their bills carefully to avoid such hidden charges.

I arrived today and did not feel welcomed at all. The staff didn't explain breakfast times or cleaning schedules, and I wasn’t even provided with the Wi-Fi password, but it's in the room. To make matters worse, I was given a room with no window view, even though I specifically mentioned my preference during booking. This room is incredibly depressing and is affecting my anxiety.

Additionally, I couldn’t shower properly because the bathroom was so cramped. I’m a size 14/16, and I kept hitting the walls. Considering how expensive this hotel is, it’s not worth the price.

I asked to change rooms, but the staff was unsympathetic and told me there was no other option, despite the fact that the room is extremely quiet. There's is no bar as advertised on the hotel website, totally misleading customers. They have a mini fridge & I only used water should be €2 but he charged me €3 & said that's the price. Despite on the menu showing €2. I couldn't bother so I paid the €3 as I wanted to get out. I highly recommend booking elsewhere to save your money for better service and rooms that at least provide tea/coffee, unlike King Mokina Hotel. I’m extremely disappointed and can’t wait to leave.

Be aware of THEFTS! The worst experience ever! If I could give this hotel ZERO stars, I would. Our stay at Hotel KING MOKINBA MILAN, Corso Magenta 19, was an absolute disaster. The third day of our stay and while we and our friends were dining out a lot of our belongings were STOLEN FROM OUR ROOM.
A lot of valuable brand new products, such as 4 pairs of shoes, 1 jacket, 1 lady bag, 2 wallets, jewelry and CASH were STOLEN.

When we reported immediately this to hotel management, I was met with “suspicious” indifference. The manager didn't give any solution to the situation. No apology, no compensation, no attempt to make things right. It's as if they couldn't care less about their guests' security or satisfaction.
Unfortunately, we realized the same indifference from the local Police.

This level of negligence and disregard for guest property is beyond unacceptable, especially for a hotel that touts itself as a four-star establishment. It makes me seriously question their standards and integrity altogether.

Do yourself a favor and stay FAR AWAY from this place. There are plenty of other hotels IN MILANO ITALY that will care about your experience and ensure your belongings are safe.

The worst hotel ever! Our belongings were STOLEN from our room the third day of our stay and while we and our friends were dining out.
The hotel management totaly incapable, not even an apology.
STAY AWAY! AVOID! AVOID! FOR SAFETY REASONS!

The service is too bad, they don't even provide slippers, and they can't boil hot water. They are too unfriendly to Chinese people.
