⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Hotel, Great Location – Don’t Let the Bed Bug Comment Scare You!
At first, I was a bit unsure after seeing a review mentioning bed bugs — but honestly, I think that may have just been a one-off or a disgruntled guest. Everyone gets them! Personally, I had no issues at all.
The hotel was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. I didn’t make it to breakfast during my stay, but I did catch a glimpse one morning on my way out — and it looked absolutely delicious.
The room itself was clean, comfortable, and cleaned daily, which I really appreciated. The only minor letdown was that the safe wasn’t working — we were told it would be fixed, but unfortunately it wasn’t during our stay.
Other than that, everything else was spot on. Big shout-out to the cleaning staff — they did a fantastic job.

Hotel was good and clean but quite small.
Shower space is super tiny! I’m super tiny already and couldn’t shower properly, can’t imagine bigger size person to use the shower space.

This is an older building that’s currently being renovated. We had a spacious corner room, spacious bathroom but aircon vent was dirty. Reasonably convenient location to tram/metro. Offered luggage storage post check out. Friendly staff.

The room smelled like mold, I asked for a refund and it was denied. Stuck paying for 2 nights and I ended switching hotels. Terrible customer service. Also the wifi didn’t work.

I liked the location, very quiet place. Supermarket within walking distance. Also 15 minutes walk to the central station and 5 minutes to the nearest metro

The room was clean and spacious enough, the only think is that the didn't have good isolation so I was hearing people in the street all night.

I don't know why the score for this hotel isn't higher.
The location is good, (I went walking to the train station as well as to Duomo), staff are very friendly, the room is clean, the price is fair.
If I had to make something better would be the soundproofing as I am a light sleeper but I think it's an Italian thing, their houses are just like that. Anyway, contributing with my 5 stars here.

Made a booking in this place for a business trip my client was having. They hapilly took my payment and now they won't issue and send me the invoice (it's been a month since I'm asking and almost two months after the stay is finished).
I made numerous calls to this place and sent tons of email, unfortunately they're not responding or telling me that they WILL send me the invoice 9but they don't know, when).
If this is the quality of their service, I strongly don't recommend staying there.
