First let me start with the fact that this is more like a 3+ star hotel, in my opinion
It was better than expected though. We paid 378 euros, for 3 nights, 2 people, booked 2 months in advance, no breakfast included (by choice, we could have paid an extra 15 euros per day but we chose to eat out)
Our room was a pleasant surprise, we bought a basic standard room, the cheapest one in their offer. Spacious enough, quite elegant, better looking than some of the pictures I’ve seen. You can see some wear and tear: curtains with holes or with some strings, leather of the bed is torn, nothing too bad. They had a beautiful lounge chair that was really comfortable.
The rooms are poorly insulated and unfortunately we had some noisy girls next to us and at midnight that was no fun.
The attention to details is missing here. We had some drinks in the minibar and it was quite nice, but no one replaced what we used during our stay. Also, one day they forgot to leave the second large towel and I had to dry myself with the face towel.
Overall, it was an okay stay, but not a 4 star one and we greatly appreciated the option to store our luggage as we had a late flight.
Lastly, do not drink the fruit water in the lobby.

I canceled the booking one month in advance and they didn't give any refund. Was 1 room for two nights and definetly in one month time that room could be reboocked easly. When I asked for a refund, even a partial one because they didn't offer anything for that money their response was blunt: 'Is not possible".....For me as a client, this ripp of attitude is the worst. The lack of commons sense is unbelivalbe. I will not recomend them

Unfortunately, everything in this hotel does not reach the advertised *4 stars*.
Neither quality, service nor price-performance ratio.
The simplest things that were expected from a 4-Star house were not fulfilled.
The hotel room door could not be locked, there was no way for a Do-Not Disturb note. During my stay the air conditioning was out of operation, the bedding like pillows and carpet was of less quality and more like in a hostel. Unpleasant for a calm night. Light in room was broken. Request to the hotel staff was only answered after 3 hours waiting. The room size in total including the bath was as large as the bathroom in a normal *4-star* accommodation.
The only positive was the location and the walking distance to the city center.

Not too great of a hotel. Run down and not modern at all. Room was full of issues. Bathroom stunk like an ashtray and smell would not go away. The shower head falls off during a shower and hits you. The hair dryer died after one minute of use. And the light switch is broken. Pretty unimpressed.

It’s a four star hotel 🏨 but it could be a three star hotel too on some aspects. It’s clean and well kept. The breakfast is tricky. It looks abundant but in reality it’s presented in such a way that’s unappealing. Mostly workers and technicians were staying in the hotel. In the night there is noise from parties 🎉 in the clubs near by.

Bad hotel that does not deserve 4 stars. The rooms are very small. Breakfast is not a good breakfast. The worst hotel I have stayed in my life. Everything in the hotel is not as in the pictures. I do not recommend it to anyone.

The hotel is nice, but I had a problem leaving because there was no one at the front desk to give me my document back which caused me to be late with my schedule.
