We stayed for a one night, room, service was perfect. After check out we have to pay 9€ for taking the waters from the fridge. It’s 4 stars hotel right? :)

I stayed at this hotel for a conference for 3 days. It’s a 20 mins metro ride from busy happening areas. Billed as a 4 star, it does not offer a cooked breakfast, does not have 24 hour front desk. Air conditioning in June was turned off in the night every night. So sleeping was really uncomfortable. There are no irons, you have to pay to get anything pressed. Most worryingly my colleague suffered bed bug bites. I would avoid and there will be better options elsewhere.

excellent hotel with excellent rooms. good mini bar. delicious hearty breakfast. the staff is polite and professional. The only thing is that the Internet did not work well and the connection was lost sometimes...

The main or maybe the only good thing about this hotel is its location, a few meters away from the lotto metro station, where number 1 and 5 metro lines are crossing. It is very close to the San Siro stadium and also 3-5 minutes walk from Malpensa express bus station.
Now about the room, it was very small, even the bed was small, if I were 1.90 meter tall, my legs would hang over the bed. The mattress and the pillows weren't soft enough. No cups or kettle in the room. The hotel reception doesn't work after 11 pm, so if you want to have a cup of tea after that no way. But they are glad to help during working hours.

This was a really great hotel! We had 2 rooms, one was particularly large and the other was quite small. It was clean and in good condition. The breakfast was really good. A large range of pastries, bread, cereals, cheeses, eggs, yogurt and fresh fruit. The staff (amazing and lovely) constantly replenished supplies and removed any hot food that had been on the buffet table too long. They are very helpful with where to go and where to eat and mark everything on a map for you. Really great find.

This hotel was horrible! It is located above the M1 underground, and when
the train arives (quite frequently), you can hear it quite well. Earplugs and sleeping pills help to fall asleep. The hotel is marked as 4 stars, but the shower is very small, and you have to enter it in a strange way, I think not very comfortable for older people. I actually walked to the "King" branch of the same chain. They offered to take me free of charge to this other branch they have, since it is full. I think the price I payed was quite steep in comparison to what I see the price on all the web pages that offer this hotel for the next week, but I cannot verify it.

Smallest room we have e ever get! You cant even turn around yourself. and the location of the Hotel area was the place for women's and trans's nightshift workers.
