Excellent experience for the residence version during the COVID-19 pandemic (readaptation for the period, optimizing resources to meet the needs of the business itself, supporting it but also, greatly, customers). Staff, management, direction, secretarial staff, and management were all at extraordinarily excellent levels and highly efficient. Instant response and problem solving with great attention and dedication to the customer. Top marks with honors for Debora in reception (front desk - hotel receptionist service - guest and care receiving - sorting and comfort service - head), a commendable professor and a great human being, helpful, patient, empathic, and masterful in the overall management of her role within the same. A very kind presence and a sweet soul, with an outstretched hand and an open ear, with a big heart. Equally predisposed to welcoming people and therefore the hotel's guests, the director of the prestigious Mokinba chain, Fabrizio, is a big-hearted and humane person. Top levels and great kindness (even in such a delicate and vulnerable moment as the covid pandemic) and professionalism on the part of Nicola and Gavi (great people and serious professionals in line with the entire Mokinba's Mood) and the very kind, sensitive, loving Tila, always smiling and of great empathy. The diligent and sweet Fatima, the head of the housekeeping of the hotels and the friendly and attentive "big brothers" Neder and Cristian, and the sunny and determined Fabio, Veronica, Vittoria, Maurizio and especially Katia, a sublime presence with great diplomacy and delicacy. The sensitive and affectionate, heartfelt: Sara (2 prs). Furthermore, the apotheosis of hotel and tourist reception with equal opportunities was with the improvement towards my disabilities and differences. Adaptation to my special needs. I had custom-made barrier removal systems made for me. Fabrizio handcrafted the aids and immediately set about creating the conditions to overcome the few barriers that could be overcome. Barriers present for Fattori, EXTRINSIC to the hotelier. If I had to create a phrase, slogan, or in any case a summary of my experience, I would say: "Mokinba Hotels, people, passionate workers of great seriousness and passion, professionals; the beating heart of tourism in Milan, combined with the professionalism and attention to human needs that we all would like to receive in a tourist destination; the hotel par excellence. Mokinba Hotels, a space to find oneself, rediscover pleasure, the peace of listening to the silence, the tranquility, expressing our every need in this sense and finding great openness, listening, motivation and welcome, aimed and aimed at. Beyond the mere hotel; a rainbow in the storm, colorful, in a quiet corner of the charming Milan, with its isthmus of land, greenery and natural nature. Mokinba allies in the protection of serenity, in the "journey" of improving the tranquility of one's life and one's life and daily routine, summed up in a hotel stay. Thank you Mokinba, thank you guys. Congratulations to Exclusive owner, a good man who has always been there for his distinguished employees, both in their work and for it, and also, in every way, alongside the guests, day and night, mirroring the wonderful atmosphere the staff brings to their hotel, a mirror effect. The employees reciprocally turn to the owner with passion and loyalty to the much-loved work they have developed over the years, based primarily on human interpersonal relationships; serious commitment. An excellent, old-school entrepreneur, highly capable and highly creative, a mirror of his staff and vice versa, a harmonious whole; homogeneity and harmony. A dear, heartfelt, affectionate, yet simple, just as I feel: thank you, humane and for the service; with emotion and affection. See you soon! Hugs to everyone

Dear review reader. I know this a big chunk of an review but if you are planning to go to this hotel, read this. Summary at the end if you want a summary.
We have stayed there for one night and there is no other way to call it if not a nightmare.
After checking in and going to our rooms we were suffocated with the smell of alcohol. I don't know what they used to clean but it smelled like someone spilled a whole bucket of cleaning alcohol in every hallway.
Afterwards we immediately left to the event we came for and came back late at night. After coming back we went each to our rooms and then we were hit by the horrors of this accommodation one by one.
After pulling away the blanket i saw a stain on the sheets that looked like someone stepped on it and on closer look the blanket also had stains.
Our "deluxe?" rooms were on the third (top) room which only had one another room that our friends stayed in. The tiny windows were not isolated properly so we had cold wind blowing into the room at all times. We tried using the thermostat to turn on the heating, to be met with utter disappointment. After one whole hour of waiting it was still blowing cold air into the room so we turned it off (and yes we DID turn it on correctly).
After sleeping ( if you can call it sleeping) fully clothed to avoid the dirty bedding and freezing the whole night. We woke up and decided to take a quick shower to warm up. To begin with, thefloor of the bathroom was sticky. After guessing which side of the handle had warm water( the red and blue dots were broken off and weren't replaced) we started to shower. Trying to shower with warm water that turned cold or just stopped the whole time, was hell.
Talking to receptionist was like talking to a wall. Her answer to the dirty sheets was that we probably did it. To the room warming problem that we were doing it wrongly (same setting in our another friends rooms by some miracle did work though). And about the shower she just outright denied it. She then said that she doesn't do the cleaning.
Like come on, after hearing the complaints of the other guests before us, none of the receptionists bothered to check it and bring it up to the higher ups? We literally had another random person in the reception who said his door frame fell off, like wtf. Never have I or anyone else in our group have seen such a mess of an establishment.
For short
-heavy alcohol smell in the hallways
-dirty beddings
- no heating or isolation on those tiny windlws
- sticky bathroom floors
- no working showers
- unfriendly and ignorant of hotel's situation receptionist.
I don't know if the other stars fell from the sky or something but this is no 4* hotel.

DO NOT BOOK HERE! This was by far the worst hotel I‘ve stayed at!!!! The rooms stank!!! Apparently they had bes bugs a year ago and now they use so much cleaning products that you can barely breath!!

The breakfast was disgusting and I heard one of the hotel crew members spit!!

The owner never replied to my e-mail!!

Will never return and I certainly dont recommend this hotel!!

Worst experience ever. Customer service is nonexistent if you want to file a complaint. The water won't get hot, the room won't heat up, and no one is there. When you want to check out and ask for the manager, they first want you to pay the tourist tax. Only then will they call once you've paid will they say the manager isn't working today. You have to figure it out by phone. I won't be coming here again.

Let's get to the core of this review first : stay away from this hotel ! This is a 2 star property and miles away from 4 stars.
- old smelly carpet everywhere
- rancid smells in the hallways
- breakfast in some depressing cellar with a buffet that looks and tastes like it's sat there for the whole week
- staff at breakfast : when you greet them with good morning, they will answer with ROOM NUMBER. Not even a hello or goodbye. You would think that they recognize you after 5 days. And believe me, nobody wants to sneak into your breakfast room for free.
- showerhead half clogged by scaling
- if you are not on the first floor, chances of hot water and water pressure are very low. Colleagues had cold showers on several days
- ventilation or airco (if you want to call it that) are disabled. The room gets very hot so your best chance is opening the window. If you are on the main entrance side, like myself, that means you will not be sleeping as the street is noisy all night long. Also note that the subway is right next to the hotel so you will be hearing (and feeling that) until late at night and early in the morning
- i think the mattress and pillows date back to the 1980's. Hollowed out so back pain every morning.
I'll give you 1 star as it is close to the Lotto subway and the guy at the reception desk was very friendly and did his best to compensate for this disasterpiece.

I rarely write bad reviews, but this hotel was a complete disappointment. As we arrived early, we were informed that an early check-in fee of £40 applied. To make matters worse, the air conditioning didn’t turn on until 8pm. We explained our room was west-facing and too warm on a 27°C day, but they wouldn’t budge even after confirming this with the reception.

When we returned home later that night, the air conditioning wouldn’t turn on AGAIN (past 8pm). When I called the reception helpline, I was told to open the windows as the AC was on standby mode. However, our room faces the traffic, and this is simply unacceptable for a hotel to suggest. As a result, we were disturbed by noises from night buses, cars, and mosquitoes and didn’t get a good night’s sleep.

Edit: You can’t advertise as having air conditioning if the guests have no control over when they wish to use it, and it’s dysfunctional most of the time.

We booked the hotel for a week. It was a very wonderful experience. The staff were friendly. The service was very good. The location is excellent. It is worth trying.

I arrived late at 10 pm after a long trip from Frankfurt. There are no open shops nearby. The receptionist took seven euros from me as a tax for one night. The room is clean and tidy. It has all t9he amenities. The TV is a smart screen with internet. The receptionist did not even add me. There is detox water in the reception. When he went to sleep, he took it and did not leave

Staff on reception were really nice and polite. But breakfast was terrible , and also underground metro was really noisy..
