We visited Novotel Ca Granda in December’24. It was one of a kind, in a bad way: the room was small, the bathroom was dirty (especially the toilet seat), the curtains had holes🤯 The extra bed at first didn’t have a proper blanket, and some of the sheets looked old. Also, one of the towels on the first day had some blood on it 🙄
I could not imagine it was possible in Accor hotels. The breakfast was the only nice things about the hotel. The bathrooms in the lobby also have been unexpectedly stinky.
I have a lot of questions for the management of the hotel. We were disappointed with the interior and the untidiness of this Novotel. Do not recommend!

This hotel is very cost effective for stay . We stayed for 3 days . The rooms were pretty big and clean . We have 2 bottle of water refilled every day . Breakfast is available which is cheap at 15euro but the menu was bit less . You have a pool to spend some time during the stay . Reachable from city centre through all mode of public transport such as bus , tram and metro.

The room was dated but clean. I had a water leak in the bathroom which was resolved. I was near the lift which were very audible. Breakfast was great. A short tram ride and you’re at central station with good connections to all of Italy and central Milano on the subway.

I visited the hotel in terms of a business trip I had. My room was big enough, the amenities were good and the view was more than ok, but the cleanliness was moderate, especially in the bathroom. The service was very nice and all employees very very helpful and kind. My overall experience was very nice.

My room included a sleeper sofa that would not shut completely and could not be sat upon, dirty, stained carpet, a shower that could not drain properly and overflowed into the floor, which also caused a disgusting mold to accumulate on the outside of the shower. The phone was not connected to be able to call the front desk. The window had been left slightly open before I checked in on a very rainy day, so the whole room was damp and even the bed clothes were moist. Front desk manager seemed annoyed at any request. Do not recommend this hotel, which is a 30 minutes drive from the city center - not conveniently located to any sightseeing.

Great hotel for family travel. The expected novotel experience, with outdoor pool and close to city center (only 15 min by public transport)

Good expérience, i was just surprised to not have in my room a bottle of water or a cup to drink coffee or tea. Maybe sanitary situation.
