Vicoo Mini-hotel

We have stayed at the sister property Castello Di Vicarello 3 times and love it so much we decided to stay at Vico on this trip while in Milan. We couldn’t have been happier. The property is very unique and staff is beyond friendly and helpful. There are only 7 suites so the staff is so accommodating. The room is perfect with entry and bath down stairs and bed upstairs. Location is one of the best in Milan. It feels more local but only a short walk from all the attractions in Milan. Couldn’t recommend staying here enough. We will be back on our next trip.

My wife and I recently stayed at Vico Milano, and while many reviews point out the charm of the place, the luxury, the unique and curated decor -- all of which are true and live up to the hype -- we want to be sure the staff get their due. We stayed at Vico only 2 of our 10 nights traveling across Italy, but they will be our most memorable because of the hospitality they provided and experiences they helped create. It's a small, intimate place, with a small staff, and each went well above our high expectations.

Getting Malik behind the bar was an extra treat. He makes the best negronis in Italy and introduced us to new twists on cocktails and apertivos that we'll be using regularly from now on.

What a lovely sanctuary right in the heart of Milan. This property felt like a secret hideaway and served as a perfect place to stay overnight before flying home. The service was impeccable and personal. Special shoutout to Roberta who greeted me with a warm smile and highly attentive check service in after a long and challenging day. Will definitely recommend to others and would love to come back some day myself.

Our stay at Vico Milano was nothing short of extraordinary. Despite its modest size, with only seven rooms, this hotel surpasses many larger establishments with ease. From the moment we arrived, the personal touches and attention to detail were evident, making our experience incredibly special.

The staff truly make this place shine. Their warmth and professionalism were evident from our initial greeting, through the delightful morning breakfasts, to the exquisite evening cocktails. Each interaction was a testament to their commitment to guest satisfaction, going above and beyond at every turn.

Our room was absolutely stunning. The decor was thoughtfully designed, with the bathroom being a particular highlight—truly a blend of luxury and elegance. The bed was deliciously comfortable, providing us with restful nights throughout our stay.

Overall, we cannot recommend Hotel Vico Milano highly enough. It is a hidden gem that offers a unique and unforgettable experience, one that leaves larger hotels in the shade.

We had the most incredible stay here! We were only here for 2 nights, but wished we had more time. You won’t find a more friendly or accommodating staff anywhere else. The whole property was gorgeous and our room was SO comfortable. Also in a very walkable spot. We will be back!

Amazing boutique hotel. The rooms are all very well kept and clean. The service is absolutely incredible - Roberta and Melissa were wonderful - very nice and helpful. Amazing location as it falls within walking distance of a lot of wonderful places to visit.

What a wonderful stay. The location of this boutique hotel was fantastic. We were able to walk everywhere, particularly to the tourist sites. The service also cannot be matched. Attention to detail and personal touches abound. With only seven rooms, the staff really takes a moment to get to know you and provide whatever you may need. Aesop bath products, Dyson hairdryer, and ample complimentary waters stocked daily were also a nice touch. We did not hear any of the other guests despite the hotel being fully booked. Breakfast was also delightful. Beautiful design and tucked away from the bustle of the city, this hotel was a welcome respite for two tired travelers. We loved this hotel.

This hotel was gorgeous and such a treasure on our trip! Location was perfect; we felt safe and far enough away from the tourist hub but we could also easily walk to all of our destinations. Wonderful food and drinks to discover near by and a lovely breakfast provided in the hotel in the morning! Room was so beautiful and cozy, toiletries were wonderful, we will be staying there again in the future! Truly one of my favorite hotels I've ever stayed in. Also, be sure to grab a cocktail in the hotel if you can - delicious drinks by the bartender!

My review is a little late but I absolutely had to review this hotel as my stay with Vico Milano in September was perfect and this is largely due to the hotel and it's staff.

To begin with, the location is great. Most of the city felt highly walkable from Vico Milano. It also feels very safe and secure.

The hotel's common areas are absolutely beautiful, it looks like it's straight out of architectural digest...and yet it's comfortable and welcoming.

My room was gorgeous, with a large, very comfortable bed. It was super clean and well-appointed. That said, I'm nuts about bathrooms and this one was PERFECT. It was so beautiful with great toiletries and very soft towels.

I don't like staying in huge, institutional accommodations and this was definitely a more enjoyable experience than many of the pricier, impersonal hotels in Milan.

I will definitely stay here again whenever I return to Milan.

Pro tip: Grab a cocktail at the bar during their aperitivo, the bartender makes great cocktails and is super friendly!

Exceptional. Painstakingly designed to the smallest details: from the Moroccan tiles to the bronze handles to rugs. Very small boutique hotel with exceptional service (they booked all our dinners and stayed after hours to welcome us at the hotel). The bartender makes the best, most sophisticated Negronis in town. It's very central, but hidden in a quiet secluded courtyard. All main attractions are a short walk from the hotel. The rooms are small, but very beautiful and cosy.

The only thing that perhaps could be better is breakfast: it's a lot of bread and sweets and fruits + cold cuts, but no eggs or veggies.

All in all, this is a perfect hotel to spend 2-3 days in Milano.
