The only downside was it’s on a busy street so light sleepers would have a hard time. However this is not something the property can control.
We loved this place! Great location in Milan, very clean and modern, and loved the small balcony and view. Great communication from the host. Overall a great experience, we highly recommend this rental and the host!
Location is fanastic. The street wonderfull. In very good conditions everything.
Regarding room service, the offered once, but they forgot to go. But when I arrived I requested fresh towels and the arrived in 3 minutes . Because of they forgot to clean the room, they offered us one breakfast in the next door restaurant.
I will defently will return!
I didn’t like the service at all. The address on the email was different than the address we actually had to go to for our room. This meant we had to walk a few blocks with all of our luggage to the apartment. Also, they only communicated through WhatsApp which I don’t use too much, instead of communicating through email. If I asked for more coffee in the morning, I would get it at 10:00 at night. Very unreliable service.
The staff are true professionals. Everyone was kind, helpful and made us feel welcome. A special thanks to Nadia, our amazing housekeeper from Georgia, who took great care of us every day. And huge thanks to Vientiane for always being ready to help and making our stay even better.
Thank you to the whole team for an unforgettable experience. We would love to come back!
