Hotel looks good but nothing special compared to others. Location isn't the best. Breakfast was acceptable. Bed was very nice an pleasant. They were hosting a party and guests were bumping into other people, loud music and unexpected atmosphere.

loved the breakfast, everything was fresh; warm and tasty. especially enjoyed the green mint tea. the rooms are nice as well but it could honestly be better considerinf the price.

Unfortunately, this place was a disappointment. We planned a couple of days in Milan and were excited to be staying at this five-star hotel. Quite honestly, there was nothing star about this hotel.
We had a Junior Suite with a sofa bed. The hotel had dark decor the rooms were tired and dusty, breakfast was very disappointing. It was a 25 minute walk into the centre.
While the hotel is pleasant enough it wasn't five star and just not vale for money.

Such a well designed, clean and spacious hotel with very considered interior design. Loved staying here as it was very comfortable and the staff were beyond amazing and hospitable! Ahmad and Jean were very welcoming and helpful whenever we need anything from restaurant recs to a coffee to a perk us up! this is definitely a hotel I’m so glad to have found will be visiting again when back in Milan- highly recommend 💖 thank you again for such a great stay- also fab breakfast buffet!

We stayed in this hotel for one night. Except for the friendly receptionist and the reasonably good location, there is unfortunately nothing positive. We are absolutely not fussy but we found it really very unpleasant. The room was cleaned very dingy. As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted by a pile of dirt.
- The sofa had no cover and you could see clear stains.
- The flush in the toilet did not work and it was not even flushed - so it had urine from the previous guest in it.
- The lavabo was not cleaned, there were stains everywhere.
- The shower leaks and you could hardly open the door to the shower.
- The shower head above was so calcified (brown) that the water sprayed in all directions.
- The bathroom door could not be closed.
- The light in the bedroom did not work
It was a disappointment. Unfortunately, we can not recommend it at all.

OK hotel for the money. Although the star is clearly too high. I would have given 3-4 stars, not more. No chandeliers and flourishes, modern hotel in the minimalist style. It is walking distance to approximately 1 - 1.5 kilometers. Unfortunately, the room was with wonderful view of the wall in two meters from the window. But I resent and did not change. Funny thing - a smartphone in the room with free Internet and maps. But to turn it into a mobile WiFi access point failed.

This hotel may have been nice 20 years ago. But now it’s tired - the menus are dog eared the aircon rattles and all the staff seem like they all gave up caring a long time ago. If you’re in the mood for some dystopian travel back in time to the 1990s, come here.
