We liked our stay in this hotel. Our room was big enough and clean. We like it that they provide slippers in the room, that's always a plus for us as some of the hotels don't. We liked our bed, so soft. Breakfast has a lot of options as well. The staff in the breakfast place are friendly and attentive though they clear your table every 5 minutes. Some of the staff in the reception are accommodating some of them are okay. Overall we like this place for the room, breakfast and location.

Uptown Palace Hotel, Milan: A Disappointing Stay
My recent stay at Uptown Palace Hotel in Milan was deeply disappointing. Despite the hotel's beautiful setting and great location, our experience was marred by an unacceptable issue. Within minutes of entering our room, we realized the air conditioning wasn’t working. With outside temperatures around 37°C, the room quickly became unbearable. Although staff responded within 20 minutes, the issue was not resolved, and customer service informed us the AC could only cool to 20°C, which it never did.
Over the course of three days, after speaking with 19 different staff members, no solution was provided until the final day, when a fan was offered—an inadequate remedy for the heat. For a hotel charging over €500 per night, this level of service is unacceptable. Our stay was uncomfortable and frustrating, and the issue remained unresolved. Compensation is warranted for the discomfort we endured.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found that the rooms were spacious enough for two people, providing ample space for comfort. The bed was quite comfortable, contributing to a good night's sleep. However, I did notice an issue with the toilets on the 5th floor. They had an unpleasant smell and didn't seem to get enough air, likely due to a malfunctioning ventilation system. This aspect needs improvement to enhance the overall experience.

Had some issues with outages and outlets not working, but staff were very friendly and quick to respond and try to help. Good location short walk to subway, but kind of far from the train station. Breakfast buffet was decent, but there wasn't a ton of food options, especially for those with dietary restrictions. Overall nice and comfortable place to stay in.

I stayed 6 night here with perfect rooms and quite place. The rooms are clean and perfectly comfortable and accommodating with all necessary equipment including sleepers!! The staff are amazing!!!! Very friendly, helpful, joyful and smiling all the time. They know English as well 👍🏽 I will be back to the hotel for sure if I am coming to Milan.
They gave us romantic welcoming with chocolate for our anniversary my wife and I.

Great clean hotel. This is my second time staying here and I don't regret it. Not far from Dome Square, there is a shop nearby. Public parking is also nearby. The staff is good, though in the mornings at the reception is stupid specifically. Breakfast is ordinary, but you can eat. the rooms are clean. Can you visit here

As the theater begins with a wardrobe, so the emotions of the hotel begin with a meeting at the reception. And in this hotel there is a GURU of philanthropy, helpfulness and responsiveness, - LUCIO!?. He quickly arranged our check-in, raising the category of the room, - (clean, comfortable, with all the necessary accessories) - for which special thanks to the cleaning service of the hotel. He explained and showed , where is the parking for cars over 2.10 m high, which is very hard to find in Milan. I ordered a table in a seafood restaurant for locals for the same evening, which we could not fix ourselves, as it was Friday evening and !!! ! Recommend a new Sicilian wine which was excellent from the wine list of a restaurant within walking distance. The hotel has a great location, excellent breakfasts and pricing policy, but its main attraction is, of course, LUCIO, for which many thanks to him!
