A fairly new property with modern facilities and fittings. While there's work being done outside the hotel the hotel in general in a quiet and central area. It's within walking distances too attractions.

Alfredo was the sweetest and nice person I interacted with the entire stay. He made me feel welcomed and was willing to help me immediately. The staff was great in communication through email prior to arrival, so that should get four stars. However, I had requested the possibility of checking in early because my flight got in so early, weeks in advance. Unfortunately, they were not able to meet that need, stating rooms weren’t ready. There were rooms available the night before so I’m not sure if it was something they weren’t willing to assist with, or just a policy issue, I even offered to pay for early check in. Either way, I made due and got ready for the day. The room was ready at 14:00, the first room didn’t have twin beds as I requested, so I went to the front desk and they were able to get me a room with twin be capabilities. The room is a bit dated, bathroom had some things that could have been taken better care of. The beds were comfortable and got a good night sleep on them. The breakfast had a decent variety and I enjoyed both mornings of that. Overall, staff were there to do a job and they did it. I wouldn’t call this a four star hotel, maybe a 3.5, it did the job and all the big sites were in walking distance. The price point didn’t match the aesthetics or customer service in my opinion.

The room was a bit cold for Asian women but me and ma mom stayed comfortable with nice staffs

We had a 3 night stay at the hotel. We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful gentleman by the name of Francesco. He was very welcoming and helped us with any questions and also gave us some great suggestions. Our stay was good. The beds are not so comfortable as we had two twin beds and the room could do with some updating. There was no glasses or cups for drinking in the room, they only provided paper cups which became difficult when having a tea. Location is very good, easy to walk to the center, lots of shops around and convenient. Again a big thank you to Francesco!

From the moment we stepped in to the hotel we were greeted with smiles. The receptionist team were amazing. We had to drop our luggage and they happily assisted. We came back around 2 pm to check in and our bags were already sent into the room and we got upgraded to an executive suite with an amazing view of the Duomo Milano. I would like to say thank you to the receptionist team for making this an extra special trip for me and my husband And special thanks to Francesco who sorted out our key card and welcomed us with an amazing hospitality.
The distance from the city Central is also very convenient. There’s trams and you can even walk around. There’s a lot of restaurant and groceries stores.

The staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful. I asked for a simple teaspoon, and they refused to provide it unless I paid for it – absolutely ridiculous! After 10 PM, there was no food available for room service, leaving me with no options. To make things worse, they wouldn’t even allow my Glovo delivery to be brought to my room or into the hotel premises.

The lack of basic hospitality and their overall attitude made my stay extremely unpleasant. I would never recommend this place to anyone looking for even a half-decent experience.

We liked our stay in this hotel. Our room was big enough and clean. We like it that they provide slippers in the room, that's always a plus for us as some of the hotels don't. We liked our bed, so soft. Breakfast has a lot of options as well. The staff in the breakfast place are friendly and attentive though they clear your table every 5 minutes. Some of the staff in the reception are accommodating some of them are okay. Overall we like this place for the room, breakfast and location.

Uptown Palace Hotel, Milan: A Disappointing Stay

My recent stay at Uptown Palace Hotel in Milan was deeply disappointing. Despite the hotel's beautiful setting and great location, our experience was marred by an unacceptable issue. Within minutes of entering our room, we realized the air conditioning wasn’t working. With outside temperatures around 37°C, the room quickly became unbearable. Although staff responded within 20 minutes, the issue was not resolved, and customer service informed us the AC could only cool to 20°C, which it never did.

Over the course of three days, after speaking with 19 different staff members, no solution was provided until the final day, when a fan was offered—an inadequate remedy for the heat. For a hotel charging over €500 per night, this level of service is unacceptable. Our stay was uncomfortable and frustrating, and the issue remained unresolved. Compensation is warranted for the discomfort we endured.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found that the rooms were spacious enough for two people, providing ample space for comfort. The bed was quite comfortable, contributing to a good night's sleep. However, I did notice an issue with the toilets on the 5th floor. They had an unpleasant smell and didn't seem to get enough air, likely due to a malfunctioning ventilation system. This aspect needs improvement to enhance the overall experience.
