The hotel staff was very helpful and professional and this made our stay at Florence really enjoyable. The rooms were clean, the staff always greeted us with a smile each time we left and returned.

My daughter and I stayed at this hotel during our trip to Florence, and the experience was truly wonderful. The location is perfect—right in the heart of the city—and the hotel itself is beautiful and sparkling clean. The staff couldn’t have been more amazing: warm, professional, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their courtyard garden is absolutely lovely, and the whole atmosphere feels so welcoming, like a home away from home. We’re already planning to stay here again on our next visit to Florence!

The location is very good. It is close to the city center and convenient to go everywhere. However, you need to book in advance, otherwise it will be too last minute. The number of rooms is limited and it will be expensive.

The floor in the room was stained and sticky probably have never been cleaned. After staying there for one week, the bottom of the hotel slippers was completely black with my foot prints looked terrifying. The rug around the bed looked dusty and dirty. For three days the supply of towels was missed or messed up. Even though I put on Do not Disturb light on, around 12 noon housekeeper knocked very hard on my door for a few times! 

When I checked in around 7pm, I was offered a smaller room that I paid for online well in advance. After I found out, I had to insisted on my concern with the male receptionist for awhile before he “found” a better room that I was entitled to. Seemed tricky… 

Nice hotel in hardware. Management issues to be improved.  Need washer and dryer on site for guest use.

Great little hotel in Florence. The staff were fantastic. The rooms were nice just a little warm without the windows open. It’s on the outskirts of the touristy area but you can walk to all the main places to visit within 25 minutes or less. Really enjoyed our stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Palazzo Montebello,and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. Check-in was smooth and efficient, setting the tone for a relaxing stay.I’m returning for sure!

From, decor, style, little details, location, breakfast, this hotel is at the top of great hotels, including staff especially Eda from restaurant who went above and beyond to help us get train times from central stations. Superb stay!
(Only small remark, TV has about 100 stations with just BBC news in English and that’s it, about 60 channels are in Italian which strange baring in mind most of the guests are not Italian).

The most beautiful, surprising and favorite hotel I stayed in during my entire European trip. As soon as I walked in, I felt the full taste, low-key luxury and artistic. The fragrance in the lobby was also nice. The staff all matched the temperament of the hotel very well. A kind of light luxury old money gentleman, a kind of professional decency that exudes after working in a hotel for a lifetime. The room is also very big! 35 square meters + large balcony. The color matching and furniture of the room are also very tasteful. In short, I really like it.

We came for a shot minimoon after our wedding, it was an amazing choice!!! Such pleasant atmosphere, amazing staff, everyone was so nice and kind and helpful. The hotel and the room itself was clean, beautiful and private. We enjoyed so much and definitely will be back!
