The rooms at Luxor Florence were simply stunning. They are a perfect blend of modern luxury and classic charm, with plush furnishings, impeccable cleanliness, and thoughtful amenities. Each room is beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the high-quality linens to the elegant decor.

The service was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and genuine smiles. The front desk team was incredibly helpful, offering great recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. Every request was met with efficiency and grace, and their attentiveness truly enhanced our experience.

This hotel had the most friendliest and professional hotel manager and staff making my 4 night stay so much more enjoyable and easy. The rooms and bathroom were always kept extremely clean and was very spacious and comfortable and would recommend this to anyone looking to travel to Florence.

The pictures we saw before booking didn’t resemble reality at all. As soon as we entered the room, we were hit by a strong, musty smell, which was very unpleasant. The room itself was extremely dirty, and the walls were so thin that every sound could be heard. The neighborhood was bad, and we didn’t feel safe. In the neighboring room, they were showering at night, and the sound was like an animal crawling in the walls. Additionally, the money was already deducted when I booked through the hotel’s website, but upon arrival, we had to pay in cash because it turned out to be just a pre-authorization. We still haven’t received the money back, and the receptionist said it would be on the card within 1-2 weeks.
Moreover, the hotel has a contract with a garage where their staff would take your car, located a 15-minute walk away. I didn’t like this arrangement and wanted to take the car myself, but the receptionist insisted that it was a safe solution and that the garage staff would handle it.
I do NOT recommend this hotel at all.

I stayed here with my family, and we all absolutely loved it! The room was perfect spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, making it a great fit for our family. It was clear that a lot of thought had gone into ensuring the comfort of guests, and we felt right at home 🏡.
The service was excellent🤝, with the staff being incredibly friendly and attentive. They made sure we had everything we needed and even offered great recommendations for family-friendly activities in Florence.

I recently stayed at the Luxor Hotel in Florence and was thoroughly disappointed with my experience. First and foremost, the location is far from the city center, making it inconvenient for exploring the beautiful sights of Florence. Despite its high rating of 8.8, I found the hotel to be grossly overrated.
The lack of complementary supplies in the room was frustrating—there were no toothpaste, toothbrush, tissue box, or even bottled water. To make matters worse, there were ants in both the room and the toilet, which was absolutely unacceptable.
When I approached Expedia to change the hotel, the receptionist became visibly upset, even though they were my booking source. This made an already unpleasant situation even more uncomfortable. Additionally, I felt that I paid double the value for what the hotel was actually worth.
The breakfast options were extremely limited, and the bar attendant served my wife a dirty spoon. Overall, if you want to enjoy Florence, please do not choose this hotel. It was a terrible experience, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

One of the most comfortable stays we've had in Italy by far! We didn't feel like leaving the room to go sightseeing coz the room was super comfortable.
We got a room with a kitchenette, which includes most dishes and cutleries including a kettle!! In addition to this if you go to the reception area you get unlimited free hot beverages all the time! Literally all the time! They make you most drinks without any hesitation how many ever times you ask them. Very solid service!
The staff is very flexible, they pack you breakfast if you let them know in advance.
We got dinner delivered to us from outside and we could eat it in the cafe area and they even offered us their cutleries to use.

The staff was very nice, but I was really disappointed with our room, which was kind of dirty, damaged, and not very comfortable. The shower was broken and just pouring water everywhere. This ended up being by far the worst hotel of my 2 week trip, even though the price was similar to others around Italy. I wouldn't recommend it unless you just need a quick place to spend a night next to the train station. The layers of exterior doors kept the sound down, so that was good.

A lovely hotel with reasonable rate ran by a family. It was a delightful stay and especially enjoyed the personal touch and hospitality offered by the staff. The owner is a lovely lady who always takes the time to stop by our table to chat with us during breakfast. And speaking of breakfast, it was delicious and one of the highlight of our day. Room is clean and lovely but can benefit from a stronger AC at the height of Summer.

This hotel is better than the outside looks. The rooms are spacious for location. Shower is amazing. The staff is awesome. They go out of their way to make sure that you are taken care of. If one thing is lacking is breakfast . The food is not what is expected. We stayed a three places in 11 days . In rating this food was sad to say in last place as far as breakfast and it was not even close. Sorry food was not good . However they make up for it in customer service.the noise level was high but so was Rome so I guess it’s a city thing but walls are thin and unfortunately our last night was loud and uncomfortable due to that and that only.
