The hotel service is very good, the service staff are very enthusiastic and speak English very fluently. The room is very comfortable and hygienic. I made an emergency reservation with this hotel because my flight was canceled. The front desk service is very good and welcoming. You need to hand the key to the front desk when going out, which is quite safe. The room is small and a bit old, but overall it's clean. The sink in my room was clogged and the water flow was very slow. This may be due to the old house.

This hotel is not exactly a 4 star property. It has no room service, the room safety locker was not working, there was no luggage assistance, there was no room service, the receptionist did not event speak English, fortunately it was just a one night stay so we didn’t face too much of inconvenience. The place was clean, but the breakfast was quite average as the croissants were burnt and there was no milk or bread, which are very basic breakfast items. There is parking available inside, but it fills up quickly. Another downside for me was that the pool closes too early in the afternoon.

Its a bit far from the center but the hotel offers free shuttle to the nearest metro station. It was all ,good staff was amazing and friendly. Set a little out from the main town, this little gem of a hotel is a must stay. The staff are friendly and very helpful. They offer a shuttle bus to the metro station near by or can arrange taxis if you need them. Food was superb!

Had a great stay at La Mummarelle Accommodations! The room was comfortable: quiet, air conditioned, comfy bed and pillows, good wifi, black-out curtains. The variety of breakfast food is good (and tasty!), so you don't need to have this extra expense somewhere else. The location is really good and the staff made me feel very welcome.

This is an ideal hotel if you want to be close to the car rental and the airport. You don't have to do it for the accommodation or cozy location (no 4* that are indicated). I had to get up at 03.30 for my flight and that is fine. Just walking to the airport is nice. There was a bathtub, and the room was very clean and spacious. It was close to the airport so it was easy to catch an early morning flight. There was no shampoo etc. so if you are concerned about that, you should bring your own.

Cool hotel in an excellent location, just a couple minutes walk to Christmas Alley and Spaccanapoli. The staff was super friendly and helpful.
