Very friendly and welcoming service, rooms are tidy and cosy for our stay, close to the station
We stayed at Palazzo Firenze as a family of six adults and one infant. While there were some lovely aspects — the staff were friendly and gave us great recommendations for food and sightseeing, the rooms were clean, breakfast was fantastic, and the pool area had a great vibe — our overall experience was overshadowed by a deeply disturbing incident.
While taking the elevator, which was full at the...
Overall very satisfactory. The location is a bit sketchy (not many native Italians, if you know what I mean) especially in the evening hours, so I’ve had to deduct a star for that, but they do their very best to keep the hotel secure and it’s not as bad as it initially seems upon arrival. There are more wholesome streets within walking distance. There’s a cafe two short blocks down the road and a great...
Nice little hotel. Breakfast is ok though a bit monotonous for a longer stay. The pool is nice for few hours of rest between days of sightseeing. The location is a bit dangerous. A lot of immigrants from Africa. On the street near the hotel someone stole things from my backpack while I was walking back to the hotel.
**Location:** Excellent. The hotel is conveniently located near Napoli Centrale train station, making it easy to travel in and out of the city.
**Environment:** The surrounding area is lively, with many migrants, immigrants, and street vendors. In the evenings and on weekends, the streets transform into a bustling flea market—a bit chaotic and messy but generally safe. You’ll frequently see soldiers...
Well-located near the centre and the train station. Room was decently appointed with modern fittings, bathroom good but the thin sliding doors don't provide much privacy. Room door itself let a lot of sound in; perhaps could be insulated so you're not woken at 5am by staff preparing breakfast a floor above?
Wifi wasn't working while we were there; staff were friendly but couldn't seem to do anything...

The front desk staff were very approachable, and helpful.
If road traffic disturbs you then this is not the place for you. I loved being in the city within walking distance to fabulous restaurants and Museum of Archeology.
Room was basic, spacious and clean.
The hotel was stylish and tastefully decorated. Some of the facilities needed a screw tightening here and there but these minor observations pale into insignificance with the support I received from staff when my phone was stolen. Lovely people and I’d stay there again. Good value for money.
The room is a bit small, but it is enough for one person. It is a 15-minute walk from the central train station.
The best sea food restaurant is one minute from this place
Friendly Front Desk
Amazing front desk staff! She was so helpful (I forgot her name :( )
Different (but not bad) area than we stayed the last time we came to Naples. This felt more like we were away from all the tourists, which was nice.
We were a large party. Check in was organised and went smoothly. From start to finish the staff at this wonderful hotel were attentive, helpful and charming. I would like to mention Carlo, Monica and Lucretia who were so helpful all day and every day. We had a glitch hitch with the air con in one of our rooms and the issue was sorted quickly. Breakfast and dinner were very good. Breakfast had...

This was my first experience with Una hotels. It was an excellent experience!!! The people were very friendly, the room was extremely comfortable and very quiet. The rooftop restaurant and bar area was fabulous. The views were unbeatable. Thank you very much for a great experience. I will definitely use Una hotels again!!!
2.5 star, 3 at BEST.
Don't expect to get much sleep here. Located right by the train station where the honking starts around 530 am and ironically that's when the hotel decides to turn off the ac to the rooms (from 05:00 - 06:00)
Room is super small, not enough drawers or hanging space for 1 let alone 2 people.
Bathroom is not private, it's see-through and definitely not sound proof.

We had a delightful stay for five nights at your outstanding hotel. Outstanding because all the staff were doing their best to provide your best experience.
Reception answered and responded promptly to all questions and resolved so many issues for us, before we came and during our stay.
Housekeeping was superb, as if by magic they knew when we had left for the day and came and made our room spotlessly...
Fantastic hotel with really friendly and efficient staff members. Extremely helpful answering questions about the surroundings and assisted us getting around with arranging the taxi services. Rooms were excellent, clean and had all the required amenities. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options. The view and setting on the roof top restaurant was breath taking and a lovely area to relax...
Super clean hotel, the only reason I didn't give it all fives was the outside was full of homeless and shady vendors. But there were plenty of police everywhere in Naples so we walked everywhere. It is so close to train station and pickup point for many tours. Restaurant and rooftop fantastic.
the hotel was really good. The staff are really just amazing. They welcomed us really nicely and the rooftop of the hotel had nice views and the breakfast was really good. I would have liked more variety but the quality of things they had was very good.

The hotel is ok for a 1 night stay before or after your flight. The location is very close to the airport. Our room smelt very odd, but we weren’t sure what it was. The air conditioner was also leaking down the wall. Not very clean either and not sure how it is a 4 star hotel but was ok for just the one night.
A little room for an overnight stay close to the airport- there was no window, but it did have a wonderful sky roof that could open and close and it had a blind that blocked out all the light. It’s a pity that they do not offer an airport shuttle as they are so close to the hotel. The taxi wanted to charge €15 for a 1minute ride. The walk is ok, but not great - especially if you have large luggage...
It is about 15 minutes' walk from the airport, which is very convenient for catching an early flight.
The room is small and depressing, with a bit of smell. The things are quite complete, including toothbrushes, but the noise of vehicles at night is too noisy to rest well.
Two much noise from street , constantly Ambulance and street noise disturb your sleep. Water from shower did not drain. Building too old and smell.
5 min from the airport, excellent choice for travelers. Hotel is clean and comfortable

This hotel is rated as a four-star, but unfortunately, the facilities do not match a modern four-star standard. Perhaps it was considered four-star in 1908, but not today.
The location is far from both the metro station and the beach, making access quite difficult. The entrance is right next to a busy highway with only a narrow pedestrian path, which feels unsafe.

Everything was perfect starting from the welcome at the reception, very kind staff
It's near the road, noisy, and the hotel facilities are old. But it is clean, well-equipped and comfortable. The hotel is relatively old, the environment is OK. Breakfast is simple. But it's clean and very European.
This hotel is nice and the service is excellent. Close to a church, elegant environment. The waiters were very nice and the breakfast was good. Because it is a certain distance from the city center, it is especially suitable for those who drive by themselves.
Old style, nice people, good breakfast
I have to be honest, I read some reviews and I thought: 'What have we gotten ourselves into?'. After the stressful introduction to Napolitan traffic we found the hotel, which is indeed literally next to a busy road, no pavement in between, and checked in. Our room was enormous, with good air-conditioning, a big bed and enough space to relax or play games. Francesco from reception was incredibly helpful...

The hotel is very close to the historic center, Santa Lucia, the Duomo, Via Toledo, the Maschio Angioino, and Piazza del Plebiscito. The street it overlooks is busy, but the windows are well soundproofed. The rooms are a bit small, and especially those facing a side street require you to keep the curtains closed. The curtains are heavy and make the room dark. The bathroom is small, but well-designed...
Good location. The hotel is old and can only be described as average.
Everything about our stay was easy and in many cases, better than we expected. The breakfast staff were so accommodating and the roof terrace needs to be spoken about more.... it's beautiful! The reception staff were also excellent and no request was too much for them. The room and hotel in general were very clean and the room we had was nice, clean and spacious. I highly recommend this hotel. It has a great location and is convenient for going anywhere on foot. The room facilities are new and the sanitary conditions are very good!
I like the friendly and cute receptionist. It might be good for first-time travelers.

A true gem in Naples!
I travelled solo, and I researched a lot of hotels and in the Naples area and this unique luxurious boutique hotel ticked all the boxes, importantly safety as a solo female traveller. Great location, beside Via Toledo,Metro Line 1 and the port. Great variety of breakfast available on the roof top terrace , hot tub also on rooftop, friendly staff, clean hotel, would highly recommend
What stands out most is their staff not withstanding their great location (really close to the centre of everything) and the cleanliness of the room. From the moment I booked the room to the moment when I arrived at the airport and until I checked out, they have made me feel comfortable, safe and really want to come back again. Thank you for everything.
This hotel was perfect for our needs as a spot to be after our flight from the U.S., for a quick Naples visit, then on to the Amalfi Coast and returning for a final night before our return flight. We had lovely service from both the from desk staff and the wait staff. The front desk called us a taxi whenever we needed; our breakfast was delicious every morning and the seating area was so quaint and lovely. We were here March 2020 before covid forced everyone home. We thank you for being so accommodating even in a time of crisis. Hope you are all doing well - love from Canada
Very nice boutique hotel on the main promenade. Really nicely decorated with a movie theme. Room very nice, comfortable and clean. The staff very friendly, polite and helpful. We were made very welcome. Very near lots of bars and restaurants. We decided to stay here rather than the city centre and a good choice. Good bus service into city if needed. We walked it in 40 minutes.
Not a bad hotel, but it is not in the same level of others 4 stars boutique hotel in Italy. It is a decent 3 star small hotel. We paid US$ 700 for 4 nights in a room looking a Internal square here, for US$ 740 we could stay at the Excelsior that is a lot nicer and better located.

The room is quiet, spacious and conveniently located.
Hotels are like apartment rentals.
Difficult to find, pretty noisy and not the easiest to access but the hotel itself is clean, staff is accommodating and it's centrally located. Outwardly it looks like a ghetto but don't let that put you off
Great location for exploring Naples - numerous restaurants near by - very comfortable rooms - great buffet breakfast - staff very helpful - finding location can be challenging - off a plaza and not clearly marked - have to go through a large metal gate that is locked down at times and into a large multi-story commercial building
This boutique hotel is located inside an old and imposing INPS building, very convenient for everything as it is approximately halfway along the central Via Toledo: 2 minutes from the Toledo metro stop, taxis available, 5 minutes to Spaccanapoli... in short, a privileged position. I was pleasantly surprised by the Hotel Santa Brigida, it has a great location and the facilities in the room were great. That said, I could hear too much from outside the hotel and inside which meant that I was disappointed at how little sleep I got.
Breakfast was good enough but it's a real pity that the breakfast area doesn't have a single window which would make all the difference.
The hotel is located in a apartment building on the 3rd floor. It can be difficult to identify this building as a hotel, as there is no big signs on the walls. You have to ring the doorbell to get inside the gate. There is a tiny elevator (not for people with claustrophobia)
Our room had a small balcony with overview of Via Toledo. There was only one bedside table, and few outlets to charge your phone...
Honest hotel review - 5 nights in the double superior room.
A birthday treat for my partner, so I upgraded and by the looks of it we had the biggest suit out of the 9 rooms at this boutique hotel.

convenient location, more spacious than expected yet hygiene needs improvement
The location is good and safe. Friendly and excellent staff, providing the best experience from check-in to breakfast service, and very friendly room service.
Very satisfactory stay experience, suitable for business travel
From December 27th to December 29th we stayed in this hotel in Napoli. In the room there is no cleanliness and there are flies that make it difficult to sleep at night. It is possible to hear everything the other guests say (door, children, telephone conversation). The breakfast is below normal, however some employees are rude.
Just next to the pier, it's very convenient to take a boat. However, the surrounding environment is poor and the traffic is too high.

Free parking, far from public transportation, no restaurants nearby and quieter, less safe at night. The bathroom door is closed but it can't stop the water
We stayed there 2 days. The lady reception was very helpful but the male wasn’t.
The hotel is a little far from Naples Airport, so it's best to take a taxi. There are many Chinese companies, shops, and restaurants around. The hotel service is good and the rooms are clean. If you are transiting in Naples or arriving late on an international flight, this is an ideal place to rest.
In the Chinese area, you will hear the sound of firecrackers in the distance at night, which makes you feel like you are in China. It's a pity that the restaurants close early.
Unfortunately my flight was cancelled so I could not stay at Magris
There was no refund
However I tried to contact them even before the flight was cancelled and their phone did not work
I wanted to find out about transport from the airport
Sadly the lack of communication and service before I even got there would stop me trying to re- book
Maybe it was good luck that Wizzair cancelled last minute...

This hotel is recommended by a friend in Naples. It is a bit far from the city center, but the No. 169 bus at the door goes directly to the city center. I can't praise the hotel's breakfast and facilities, but I can only say that they are just okay.
This was a very charming, romantic atmosphere. Secure parking. The staff were helpful and friendly. An extremely clean hotel. It's not new, more nostalgic. The breakfast was good, not great, but had some very delicious croissant varieties clearly labeled. There were meats, eggs, fruits, and other options. Juices, teas, coffees to choose from. The stay was inexpensive.
