The hotel is very close to the historic center, Santa Lucia, the Duomo, Via Toledo, the Maschio Angioino, and Piazza del Plebiscito. The street it overlooks is busy, but the windows are well soundproofed. The rooms are a bit small, and especially those facing a side street require you to keep the curtains closed. The curtains are heavy and make the room dark. The bathroom is small, but well-designed. The air conditioning works very well. In summer, breakfast is served on the rooftop, where you can get a complimentary drink on demand. The breakfast is decent but not worthy of a 4-star hotel. The selection of sweet items is good, but the savory breakfast leaves much to be desired. Cleaning is done a bit hastily. Limescale hasn't been removed from the shower and faucets for a long time, giving an annoying sense of neglect. The concierge and bar staff are very kind and helpful.

This is my first time to try staying at a culture hotel and it certainly won't be my last. Good value I guess though I wish the location was closer to the metro. The room was a good size with a large comfortable bed and high ceiling. Closet was big with a safe. There's a tub, a shower enclosure, toilet and bidet though the shower was oddly in-between the toilet and bidet. There's a refrigerator, electric kettle and plenty of power points as well as reading lamps. I was quite satisfied with my room.
Breakfast is served at the rooftop which is nice. There's also a small pool / tub at the rooftop if you wish to take a dip.

Everything about our stay was easy and in many cases, better than we expected. The breakfast staff were so accommodating and the roof terrace needs to be spoken about more.... it's beautiful! The reception staff were also excellent and no request was too much for them. The room and hotel in general were very clean and the room we had was nice, clean and spacious. If we had to be picky about one thing, we'd have liked the towels to be changed more regularly. But that didn't cause us any issues. We'd love to return again!

I highly recommend this hotel. It has a great location and is convenient for going anywhere on foot. The room facilities are new and the sanitary conditions are very good!

The staff were kind, friendly and informative which made a positive impact on my trip. The breakfast had a nice selection of items. The rooms do need refurbishing however the bed is comfortable.

Loved our stay here for two nights. We love to walk and made it to plenty of our desired attractions with a 10-20 min walk.
Front desk is very informative and helpful.
Loved the breakfast. Excellent grocery store next door. Beds are comfortable. Twin room was spacious. Even a roof top deck with some nice views.
I’d love to stay here again.

Rooms had water stains all over the walls like there had been damage that had not been repaired, the bathroom had patchy repairs on the walls like they had slapped spackle on top of screws and the shower was literally on a slope. The outside of the hotel is surrounded by graffiti and people loitering outside who are not staying there. We did not feel safe or comfortable here.
ON TOP OF THIS…
My husband and I are on our honeymoon and had an emergency at home and had to leave. The front desk showed no care to our situation and promised 3 calls to our room and didn’t deliver once while making us pay for our stay, regardless. Not telling us their cancellation policy and also not caring in any capacity that we were not only on our honeymoon that had to be cut short but also that we had to leave. The front desk staff was very unhelpful and seemed to know nothing.
Very unhelpful and overall bad stay.
