Good location, clean room, ok staff. I had to ask a few times to replace the tv remote and the wifi was down the last evening. Phones in the rooms were down the whole time, making it difficult to contact the reception.

The hotel and room are very clean. The bed is not what we are used to in the U.S. Very close to the train station. Good breakfast buffet.

The location is very good, just near Naples Station. There are many supermarkets and restaurants nearby, so it is very convenient. Breakfast is served from 7am.

Naples central station is only 5 minutes away and there are many good Italian restaurants near the hotel. I think the location is really good. Moreover, there is a direct bus from the central station to the airport, which only takes 20 minutes. I had an early morning flight and had no problem getting to the airport!

The location is super good, and many day tours basically meet nearby. Breakfast options are few. If you stay for four days, you have to pay an additional tax of 14 euros. I think it is a bit expensive. If you stay in Austria for four days, you only need to pay 6 euros.

The hotel is located in a great location close to transportation like train and metro stations, and a 20 min walk to the busy food street in the Centro Storico. We found everything very good and enjoyed the big kingside bed they offer. The breakfast was second to none which I enjoyed very much as a platinum member. The location is right where we needed it. Not too close but close enough to the Naples Central Train Station.

It is a minimalist hotel, but the rooms are clean and luxurious. The location is near the train station, making it convenient to travel anywhere. You can walk or take the train. The breakfast here is quite varied.

I stayed here for one night and it was ok but not more than 2 star hotel. The room is pleasant enough, very simple and effective, however the bathroom was small and had missing finishing touches like broken tiles. Good location for transport to the centre and airport. The staff on duty was very friendly and helpful.

The receptionists were very kind and left a good impression. The bed was spacious and clean, but several insects flew into the room and were flying around, which was a problem. The most inconvenient thing was the lack of Wi-Fi. Even when I tried to connect to the internet from an outside line, it was only 3G and hardly worked at all, so that was disappointing. Hotel a bit dated, the staff is very kind, excellent parking, abundant and satisfying breakfast, terrace with enchanting view. Even if the price is a bit excessive considering the distance from the center but good for going to the DIEGO ARMANDO MARADONA stadium

I was there with my family ( 2 4 y o kids). The environment is cool, the staff is friendly and customer-centric. Excellent value for money and comfortable location, closed to the metro if used a car. I really recommend this place.

The hotel is located in the very center of Naples, it is easy to find, the room has everything you need for a rest, excellent breakfast, very nice staff, the room is clean, they clean well. I highly recommend the hotel for accommodation.

The staff was very friendly and always more than happy to help. The coffee machine and pastry corner which was available for us to use during the whole day added a fun and comfortable touch to our stay.

This is a great little hotel exactly where you want to be if you’re a tourist in Naples. Welcoming and helpful staff who gave us good dining suggestions. Easy to walk everywhere or catch public transportation. Naples is noisy but our room felt apart — simple and clean and comfortable (has air conditioning on demand) with a balcony. Nice breakfast. This hotel met all of our expectations. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the "Family" room and it was plenty comfortable and roomy for the four of us. Good location, a short cab ride from the central train station. In a vibrant and active neighborhood, so you get the real Naples feeling. Despite being in this neighborhood, room was not noisy at all.

Staff were helpful, a man dropped us off at the metro after we checked out, free of charge. It is quite far from the airport cost 50 euros to get a taxi from the airport. The hotel is such a good price, and includes a nice breakfast. The room was spacious with a decent sized bathroom and balcony. My experience at this hotel was excellent. A very friendly man at the front desk helped me and a friend find the best things to see in Naples. The room was okay, but it could have used a bit more cleaning.

The Hotel is easy to find and very near from the Napoli Centrale train station and Napoli Piazza Garibaldi metro station. The room was neat, air conditioning was cold, toilet was clean and spacious. The location is very convenient. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful.

The place is really well located, close to the shore where some of the best restaurants of the city are based. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Ciro and Salvatore, the owners, are amazing people always kind and open to give you some piece of advise for a perfect staying in Napols.

BnB Naples is close to every where in naples; metro, lungomare, the old city... the host is friendly and kind. Rooms are designed with good taste and completely fit into naples' artistic style.

Felt safe in this delightful place; female solo traveller. Great rooms with fab ensuites. Fully working Wi-Fi comfortable bed. They have a lift inside the building which is 10cent to use. Great location in area of significant history and has heaps of choices for food lovers. The front rooms are noisy at night due to the hustle and bustle of the area. But it quietens down by midnight. Lifesavers! We missed our checkin at another hotel and the good people here accommodated us for the night. They held our bags all the next day. Everyone we interacted with on property was kind, caring, and did everything they could to help. The facilities were good enough and they are located close to ferries.
