Pleasant surprise. The hotel was reasonably priced and the location was great, right next to a metro station and near restaurants/shopping. Room was clean and had everything required and the staff was friendly. When we return to Napoli will definitely stay here.

We love this gorgeous hotel! The location is so convenient, with metro and funicular so close. There is also a taxi stand that I never saw empty. A bank ATM is right there too. This hotel is recommended by a friend in Naples. It is a bit far from the city center, but the No. 169 bus at the door goes directly to the city center. I can't praise the hotel's breakfast and facilities, but I can only say that they are just okay.

This was a very charming, romantic atmosphere. Secure parking. The staff were helpful and friendly. An extremely clean hotel. It's not new, more nostalgic. Le Cheminee is an excellent hotel. Its location close to Naples airport makes it good for both business and pleasure travelers alike, the staff are friendly, professional and extremely helpful, and the rooms are comfortable, spacious and well-appointed. There is also a good restaurant, with a lovely outdoor courtyard for al fresco dining. Highly recommended!

Really nice hotel and friendly and helpful stuff. Big and a lovely square outside room you can sit and enjoy, hotel is bid and clean and is really nice inside. We stayed three nights to attend a wedding. The church was just a few feet away and the reception was held at the hotel. It was a lovely stay with amazing views. We were able to see much of Naples either by walking or taxi.

Come for the view Lovely view of Napoli from the hotel room as well as the dining room and terraces. The hotel has many art pieces displayed across the premises, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel is huge and cavernous- religious artifacts everywhere and awful ‘modern art’. Oddly arranged rooms not like the photos on website. Staff were lovely and helpful.

Honestly we fell in love with this hotel. So much to explore with art and hidden corners and history. We dined in both nights and it was extraordinary. Giuseppe and his team took great care of. I highly recommend the Chateaubriand.

The room facilities are complete and the staff are friendly.

Need to check in from the hotel downstairs, no one is on the second floor. The location is very good, close to the train station, close to Chinese food and snacks, good desserts, comfortable mattress, fast Wi-Fi, quiet at night, but the room facilities are relatively old, suitable for transit but not for long-term stay. Breakfast was provided the next morning.

If you take the price-quality option is good. 5 minutes walk to the station, you can travel around the neighborhoods. You can walk to the farthest parts of the old city in 25 minutes, and so it starts in a few hundred meters. The room was quite large, although it may not always be comfortable. Overall, I am happy with the 6-day stay.

The bathroom shower is not waterproof and splashes easily. Hot water for shower is good, there are disposable shampoo + shower gel, no toothbrush, no toothpaste, no slippers. The boss is enthusiastic and his introduction to the city, transportation and restaurants is pretty good. The hotel is specially decorated, and each room has a different movie star theme.

Cleanliness is not bad, but it is a little old. The bedding is not comfortable. It is near the central station and the restaurant area, and the price is cheap, so it is good value for money.

The room was clean and spacious. Kitchen staff was nice. Drawback is it doesn’t have its own parking space for guests. Lady Receptionist didn’t provide an extra key card for us ( only 1 for 4 adults). We asked and they said they only give one. The surrounding area is so so.

Close to the airport but taxis are a problem...initially taxi driver wanted me to pay 35Euros and I refused then ended up paying 25Euros! The rooms are average, just for 1 night was ok, wouldn't stay longer...room had a mouldy smell, shower was dirty.

The bathrooms were dirty and had mold. The sink was clogged. You couldn’t even see through the windows because of how dirty they were. Also, you could hear everything from outside or other bedrooms.

A very nice hotel with very convenient transportation. The hotel is near the station of L9 and L2. 24 hours front counter. All staff are very kind and helpful. This hotel offers very nice Italian style breakfast. The food is in very good quality.

Fine Hotel. There is a railway station for the city center, 50mt from the hotel. It is not necessary to go araund by car. The traffic in Naples is "funny". The parking in hotel is a bit expansive. There is a parking by the hotel that is cheaper. Nice staff and good breakfast. There are good restaurants behind. One of the best hotel to stay in Naples without any problem.

The hotel service is very good, the service staff are very enthusiastic and speak English very fluently. The room is very comfortable and hygienic. There are many varieties of breakfast, including 12 kinds of cakes, all of which are very delicious. The hotel also provides this rental service, which is really good.

Excellent hotel near Agnano station which connects directly to the center of Naples (montesanto). Large and comfortable rooms, impeccable staff and a very varied breakfast with quality products. Not far from the spa (recommended for a bit of relaxation).

Reasonable stay in city centre When we walked from train station the streets have lots of rubbish and homeless people and lots of police. It’s like any big European city. Never felt bothered. Next to hotel there are street vendors. Hotel itself was nice, rooms were spacious, a bit of street noise. All the staff were friendly. The breakfast was good as well.

Such good value for money. The night staff was very kind and helpful. I think his name was alberto, he was an older gentlemen but he helped us so much and made our stay bery relaxing. Thank you and we will be sure to visit again because of him.

The hotel itself is very nice. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Walking up to the hotel from the outside can be a little disconcerting. It was okay but I would not recommend it for a Honeymoon. The staff is friendly but everything is a bit old and outdated. The breakfast room is not very pretty- no daylight. But the coffee is okay.

Nice room, too bad there was an unpleasant smell from the bathroom that woke me up in the morning along with the ****** at 7:30 that came from the breakfast room. My cappuccino didn't taste good, I think the milk was lost. But all in all it's not bad. I would go back because the location is super central and the design is very cute, but I would bring a pair of earplugs with me 🧐

I confirm three stars that it has, excellent service.. 70s/80s rooms to be reviewed air conditioning and visible humidity in the ceilings. Excellent location with private beach included. On Tuesdays there is an interesting morning market.

The room was clean, the bed was nice and firm. Bedding was fine. Breakfast was well presented. There are a few things that can be done that will make this a really great place to stay. Fix the shower head. Provide a kettle. Just basic repairs to some items like the towel rack and light fixture next to the bed. Free use of the lift when you arrive and check out.

We enjoyed our stay here for 3 nights. It was walking distance to everything we needed. The receptionist was excellent. He had a map with many points of interest marked down for us. He also reserved our airport taxi for us for early morning. I loved the old style building with the beautiful door, and stairs going up and was thrilled to have the lift option for our luggage. Stayed here for 3 nights. Easy to get to from the airport by the airport bus, bus stop is about 7 mins walk to the hotel. Plenty of restaurants and shops close by. We were able to check in early. Staff were very welcoming. We had a triple room which was a decent size, it was very clean. Maid service every day including daily clean towels. Room had a safe, sufficient wardrobe space, a mini fridge...

3 night stay out of season in January. Contacted prior to arrival to confirm late arrival, around 9.30pm. No problem with this and someone waiting for us inside. Taxi driver some trouble finding it simply as it's on a super long main road. Taxi around 15 mins from airport and many close by if needed. 5 min walk to Garibaldi for the circumvesuviana train to Pompeii /Sorrento, very handy! 5 mins or so...

Friendly and helpful staff. A bit noisy on Saturday night but other nights were fine. If you want a safe practical place then this is for you, if you want something more fancy then probably stay in Chiaia. We mainly stayed here for the Garibaldi Station as we went to other cities (Pompei, Sorrento and Positano)

I made an emergency reservation with this hotel because my flight was canceled. The front desk service is very good and welcoming. You need to hand the key to the front desk when going out, which is quite safe. The room is small and a bit old, but overall it's clean. The sink in my room was clogged and the water flow was very slow. This may be due to the old house.

Good location and price, but needs more maintenance

Decent place to stay. It's well placed halfway between the Royal palace and the archeological museum. Rooms are small but modernish and quiet. The breakfast is plain but a nice start to the day. Most of the staff was really cool, but the person we saw the most is rude and unhelpful. The wifi didn't work and the air conditioning barely functioned.

It is simple and basic and good for short stays but it is a bit rough on the edges and needs improvement.

Convenient location and good breakfast. Unfortunately the WiFi was very unstable and the window in our room faced only a tiny light well, so not much light enters the room and there was no view at all.

There were a few things I didn't like. But overall, it was good. The linens were clean, but the pillows were very uncomfortable. The bathroom door had to be lifted to open and close. And the toilet seat was broken. The staff was kind and helpful.

I strongly advise against the structure, the mattress and pillows are terrible. The bed is wobbly and noisy.

The hotel was okay and the location is good but the city itself was, not really clean.

There was no one at the reception and the checking was done online. We almost stayed on the street because no one could open the door for us until I called the hotel on the phone and they made me check in on the street, which was an ugly area to be in with the suitcases and cell phone.

We had only one night stay although enjoyed it a lot. The acceptance , staff were perfect and we had a delicious breakfast. The hotel is very beautiful, quite and has a particular orientale design. The location is in city center close to the all important tourist attractions.

This hotel is not exactly a 4 star property. It has no room service, the room safety locker was not working, there was no luggage assistance, there was no room service, the receptionist did not event speak English, fortunately it was just a one night stay so we didn’t face too much of inconvenience.
