The rooms were ok but the soundproofing could be better. The breakfast is nice but the eggs weren't good. They helped me with the Sorrento/Amalfi tour and it was great cause we wanted to wander by ourselves. They offer transfer services but the drivers always wanted to charge more and they did every time. Overall, for three nights was good and the metro is at 10min by walk. (I didn't want to pay more...
An amazing staff and great hospitality
Hotel is fine inside but is situated in a fairly run down area which raises concerns about safety. However, using an uber (which use the normal taxis) removed all these concerns - no walks to train ticket office then to station. The Uber is about €13. Construction work underway during day and roof area closed. Nice breakfast.
The room is generally clean, there are mosquitoes, the air conditioner is not used, the light is dim, there is no hot food for breakfast, the shuttle bus only runs on weekday evenings and is suspended on Sundays. The location is a 20-minute walk from the central train station
Staff was incredibly helpful and kind, the neighborhood looks a bit rough but, car parking is in a lot with video surveillance, free breakfast had good variety and was staff served vs self-service.
Convenient and free parking, friendly front desk

The front desk staff was very enthusiastic. When I checked out, I didn't want to wait for the elevator and carried my suitcase downstairs. The cleaning staff came to help immediately. The hotel is very close to the Maradona Stadium. It happened to be Napoli's home game against Genoa, and the streets were full of fans 😂
Brand new hotel!!! Nice neighborhood!
Nice hotel. Like the saunna very much. Close to metra station so easy to reach city center
Nice hotel, authentic pizza downstairs
Very comfortable hotel, the spa is also very comfortable
Hotel is beautiful, could have a few sunbeds on the roof as no where to lay just sit. However the location is literally in the ghetto, it’s a run down area with nothing around you and you don’t really want to be venturing out at night in Naples or the local area

The hotel is clean and the beds large and pretty comfortable. The rooms are very basic, no coffee/kettle or bottled water provided. The hotel is very loud with traffic from nearby roads and other guests/staff. Breakfast is ok with not much variety. The hotel is about 20 minute walk to most popular tourist attractions. The hotel is dated and needs to be modernised, however the staff are polite and friendly
This hotel is a gem. Because we were visiting on my wife’s birthday we were able to upgrade to the junior suite with a terrace overlooking the bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius. The hotel staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Our terrace did not have a table or seats to sit on but the hotel staff promptly brought us up something to sit and relax on. The next morning the young lady at the front...
This is a hotel that I wish I had checked street view first. I wanted a water facing room but I wish I hadn't. It faces the water sure but that means it also facing the very busy road out front. It's also not a great walk from the beaches. The hotel is self was fine. A bit dated but OK. Dust warning for those who may be sensitive. For the price however, the staff was lovely and it offers valet parking...
I stayed here for 4 nights while at a conference. It was a truly luxurious experience. A nice walk away from the more hectic areas yet siill close enough to a metro stop (5 min) and train station (15 min). The mini gym and solarium were an extra touch. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. In particular, I remember Oriana always available to provide assistance. Minor complaint would be the heavy...
There was no drinking water in the room, only in the minibar. We gave our clothes to the laundry - we had to remind the reception to wash them. The Internet worked fine, the room was quiet.
Naples is a dirty place, but this hotel is clean and tidy. It is located between important attractions and transportation hubs in Naples, and it is also convenient to go to the beach. The breakfast provided by the hotel is also very good. There is an observation deck on the roof, where you can easily see Mount Vesuvius, the sea and Castel dell'Ovo. Very cost-effective, recommended

The location was great, can go everywhere. The service was excellent so as the room. Recommend in naples
The hotel is incredibly grand, and we were very pleased with the staff’s courteousness; they were incredibly helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. Our room had lovely amenities, and our breakfast was, similarly, very nice. Overall, for the price, we recommend it, since everything was very orderly, and we enjoyed our time, as guests in the Palazzo Caracciolo.
I liked there but the building was too old for my taste… so just so so
This hotel is in old historical building, the location is pretty good to visit the old Naples, near Duomo, and some other nice spots, unfortunately the hotel was not renovated, so the rooms and so on are not so nice as before. The staff is kind and the breakfast is pretty good.
Close to the city tourist bus station, the inner courtyard of the hotel is also good
An excellent hotel in a controversial but very colorful area of Naples. Excellent varied breakfast. We had an anniversary and the hotel staff gave us a bottle of sparkling wine and upgraded the room. If we are in Naples again, we will definitely stay there.

The hotel belongs to the core area. There is an indoor parking lot near the hotel for a fee. The breakfast is average and everything else is very good.
Not bad, breakfast with a view
Everything is fine except for the reception except for a man named Luigi who is very kind
3 faults that I found in this hotel: the badly soundproofed rooms, the light switch of the neighboring room turns on the light of my room so it is better in the middle of the night to remove the card which activates the light, and the breakfast bad quality. Otherwise for everything else everything is perfect: attentive and welcoming staff, cleanliness nothing to say, and the top location
Clean and comfortable room with good prices! It was perfect for a night in this city!!! Noises from the street are not a problem. Good isolation. Good covid measures!

The Best Hotel Experience in Naples!😊🌟 If you are planning a trip to Naples, we highly recommend staying at this hotel. It truly exceeded our expectations and delivered a five-star experience from check-in to check-out. STAFF The staff were very attentive and kind. The reception team were exceptionally helpful, friendly and welcoming. A heartfelt thank you to Alessandro and Serena for their exceptional...
The dinner on the patio was not good.
Sadly I have to offer only 3 stars. Service and location are great however the rooms needed renovating 15 years ago. It's in a sad state. Making it worse is the cost for the old room. Value not quite there anymore. I hope it's renovated at some point. It has charm and potential.
My husband and I stayed at Eurostars Hotel Excelsior the night before our flight out of Naples. The location is unbeatable—right along the waterfront with beautiful views that made our stay feel special from the moment we arrived. It’s also conveniently close to the airport, which made our departure stress-free. The hotel itself is elegant and well-maintained, with a classic charm that captures the...
Naples is only two and a half hours from Rome by car! I stayed for one night and booked a triple room with breakfast for 4,000 yuan. In general, the price is not bad, because after all, the basic cost of food and accommodation for three people in Europe is 150 euros, which is 1,000 yuan. It is an old house over 100 years old. Maybe because the wall bricks are too thick, there is no WiFi in the room...
What a pleasant stay. Thank you Serena for being such an incredible help! You truly turned our entire experience around and I could not be more grateful. This place is in a great location, very convenient. There are so many amazing food spots around that feel like hidden gems. Pros • Really good customer service from everyone but I want to point out Sapna, whos customer service was just exceptional. My husband and I stayed here for a couple of days while on holiday. A close walking distance from the metro station makes other areas of Naples accessible (though the area might be a bit shady). We recently stayed at Hotel Vergilius Billia for three nights as a family of four, and we had a very positive experience. Convenient location. But I only found out afterwards that it’s a dangerous neighbourhood. Friendly staff. Really helped us all the way. Some questionable policies - no free luggage storage available and no bringing outside food into the rooms
The restaurant is especially great value with 2 types of tourist menus, meat or seafood. We had meat that started with amazing gnocchi in tasty cheese/tomatoes sauce. The meat was grilled pork large piece, fries, big arugula salad. Water is included, as well as limoncello liquor and coffee, all for 18 euro this October 7, 2024.

We requested an early check in and were pleased to get one. The young lady at the desk was very pleasant and gave us a lot of information. The room was comfortable with everything you need. This was a great place right on Toledo Ave with lots of shopping and food options. The staff were very nice, elevator worked and was "free", 24 hour desk service, help with ordering taxi, AC worked. I would recommend this place to travelers. My only suggestion is that the lighting in the bathroom was very dim so not great for getting ready in the morning.
This hotel is in an excellent position on via Toledo, very close to the M1 Toledo Street station. Hotel has excellent air conditioning, very friendly staff, and a beautiful huge breakfast room.
Great hotel with very friendly hosts. We loved the room and the hosts at the front desk. We weren’t able to stay long but we will definitely book this hotel when we come back to Naples.
Good hotel in old building, friendly staff and breakfast was included. It's on a second floor but there is an elevator available. Only downside is that cab can't reach entrance because front of hotel in on a pedestrian street, but you don't need to walk much.

Great location right near via Toledo. The beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was nice and good. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was very good. The hotel was clean overall, but found dust on the floor. There were stains on some of the furnitures.
A wonderful place to stay. If you have a chance to meet Anna and Paola at the bar, they were very accommodating and helpful. Great people, great personalities and represented the hotel and Napoli well. The location of the hotel made it easy to walk to anywhere we wanted to go to. The only thing this Hotel has going for it is the location...just cannot see a 4/5 star review unless we just got a bad room.. Look this place is very expensive for what I see as a 3 star stay. A Refined Gem in Naples Our stay at the De Bonart Napoli also referred to as the Britanique was nothing short of extraordinary. I used it for business purposes, and the location is good and the breakfast is great. I plan to visit again, and business travelers also like it. It's a good place I want to use again.
The room is very small, very small, and the bathroom is also very small, with the shower above the toilet. But the front desk service is good, the location is good, very close to the pier and convenient transportation

Fantastic hotel with excellent staff who are super kind and helpful, rooms are nice and clean, rooftop garden is a very nice place to have a beer and relax, breakfast was great. All in all, our stay at this hotel was wonderful and made our stay in Naples bearable (the city is not what we expected, very little tourist infrastructure and very hard to get around),
Nice, clean hotel. Located very close to main street. Very good breakfast. Good quality beds. Price very reasonable, high quality-cost ratio
Absolutely wonderful experience! The rooms were great and sound isolated from the street noise. The staff is next level! They are extremely friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was in a great spot on top of the bldg and although small had everything you would want from a hotel breakfast, very high quality items. I will definitely book a stay here next time I am in town
About 10 minutes walk from Naples Central Station It wasn't far, but it wasn't close either. It's on a street so it's quiet. I stayed for 3 nights and had breakfast. I feel like I would get bored of the breakfast if I ate it three times, but the cappuccino was delicious. It seems like the room is not cleaned or the sheets are changed. Overall very satisfactory. The location is a bit sketchy (not many native Italians, if you know what I mean) especially in the evening hours, so I’ve had to deduct a star for that, but they do their very best to keep the hotel secure and it’s not as bad as it initially seems upon arrival. Nice little hotel. Breakfast is ok though a bit monotonous for a longer stay. The pool is nice for few hours of rest between days of sightseeing. The location is a bit dangerous. A lot of immigrants from Africa. On the street near the hotel someone stole things from my backpack while I was walking back to the hotel.
**Location:** Excellent. The hotel was stylish and tastefully decorated. Some of the facilities needed a screw tightening here and there but these minor observations pale into insignificance with the support I received from staff when my phone was stolen. Lovely people and I’d stay there again. Good value for money.

The hotel is ok for a 1 night stay before or after your flight. The location is very close to the airport. Our room smelt very odd, but we weren’t sure what it was. The air conditioner was also leaking down the wall. Not very clean either and not sure how it is a 4 star hotel but was ok for just the one night.
A little room for an overnight stay close to the airport- there was no window, but it did have a wonderful sky roof that could open and close and it had a blind that blocked out all the light. It’s a pity that they do not offer an airport shuttle as they are so close to the hotel. The taxi wanted to charge €15 for a 1minute ride.
