The place was clean, but the breakfast was quite average as the croissants were burnt and there was no milk or bread, which are very basic breakfast items. There is parking available inside, but it fills up quickly. Another downside for me was that the pool closes too early in the afternoon.

We did our research and were fully aware of the location. It seems the hotel is used mainly by locals and travelling contractors. We used this hotel for one overnight stay prior to catching a flight from Naples after a holiday in Ischia. We booked the family suite room. Very spacious. The hotel was very clean. Its a bit far from the center but the hotel offers free shuttle to the nearest metro station. It was all ,good staff was amazing and friendly. Just a note for future customers: we missed the vegetables in the morning for breakfast like tomato or paprika etc. If you could add that for the breakfast menu would be perfect . But overall all was fine and good thanks 😊 I recommend this hotel.

Set a little out from the main town, this little gem of a hotel is a must stay. The staff are friendly and very helpful. They offer a shuttle bus to the metro station near by or can arrange taxis if you need them. Food was superb!

Nice hotel facing the Napoli harbour. January and rainy chilly weather so you may enjoy as much you'd have liked. Great coffee here and people of Naples claim that best coffee in the world is only available here. Hotel staff is helpful and well meaning. Overall experience is very good

The hotel had a nice welcome when we arrived. The shower was small and looked dirty. The AC blew out lukewarm air. The breakfast was quite okay for Italy. Good location near the central station as we arrived by bus/train.

At first we had a room we didn’t like but we asked the receptionist if he can change our room. He did change it and he gave us a better room.  The only thing I want to complain about is the mattresses. They are very soft and every morning we woke up with a sore back

The hotel itself seems quite old, but there is no inconvenience in using the facilities. The breakfast is also pretty good, and most of all, the staff is friendly. I had a comfortable stay.

Had a great stay at La Mummarelle Accommodations! The room was comfortable: quiet, air conditioned, comfy bed and pillows, good wifi, black-out curtains. The variety of breakfast food is good (and tasty!), so you don't need to have this extra expense somewhere else. The location is really good and the staff made me feel very welcome.

The place was tastefully decorated and very appealing. I enjoyed my stay. I haven’t booked on booking.com so I received a discounted price. The door of the room was thin and could hear the cleaning staff in the morning. The sink was clocked and there is no staff members around in the evening.

It is a wonderful structure in the beating heart of the city. From the large balcony you can enjoy a magnificent view of via Toledo, the shopping street. Cozy, air-conditioned rooms with a modern style. The welcome and information on the city from the host, as far as I'm concerned, was unsurpassed !!

Beautiful hidden gem near the port, the room we booked was sensational and amazing value for money. The hotel is next to the ferry terminal so it's a great location at a reasonable price for those taking a cruise. For us, arriving and departing from the airport but staying for 2 nights to take a trip to the Amalfi Coast and Pompeii, it was not the best location - too far from the airport and highways to visit these places. This is an ideal hotel if you want to be close to the car rental and the airport. You don't have to do it for the accommodation or cozy location (no 4* that are indicated). There was a bathtub, and the room was very clean and spacious. It was close to the airport so it was easy to catch an early morning flight. There was no shampoo etc. so if you are concerned about that, you should bring your own.

If I had not seen a previous review describing the hotel entrance then I would not have believed the taxi had dropped us off in the correct location. Cool hotel in an excellent location, just a couple minutes walk to Christmas Alley and Spaccanapoli. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, more than enough options to choose from…eggs, bacon, sweets, yogurt, any type of coffee you want. Also having the car valet parked was a huge convenience and relieved a lot of stress. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is very special. It is spacious, with very nice fittings and fixtures. The two bathrooms are very large and have high ceilings. Close to the historic areas. The biggest drawback to the wonderful apartment is that it is located on a busy street with traffic noise 24 hours per day. The mattresses are very firm.

The hotel is located near the railway station. Spacious room with a balcony and a window. Huge comfortable bed. The room has a small fridge, air conditioning. The price per night is adequate for this comfort.

1) the electronic lock in my room was broken; 2) the mini bar did not work; 3) the air conditioner did not work; 4) there may not be an employee at the reception and you will have to wait for him to get the key to the room. 5) the hotel does not have a clothes steamer (as stated in the description).
