Nice hotel it was clean and very reasonable prices. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful and the location is near the Metro station which is handy. There is also a supermarket close by and some nice cafes and a couple of good restaurants. Breakfast buffet lovely!!
People working here are very service oriented, the rooms are nice. Close to the supermarket, metro, restaurants and clubs nearby. Good public transport connection to Pozzuoli and Naples. Would visit again.
Clean, comfortable and modern. There are restaurants and shops nearby which is also convenient. The only downside is being so far away from the centre of Naples. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and was comfortable in my room.
Great place to stay where exploring Napoli, 15 minutes train ride to city center. With coffee shops, restaurants and groceries all nearby. Rooms are spacious, clean and cosy, and breakfast is also very good (except coffee)
We had a comfortable stay at Hotel Cristina. Location was about a 25 minute train ride on the L2 metro away from Napoli Centrale, but it's within a 5 minute walk from the station and there's a cheap supermarket nearby that's open late (very convenient). Room was relatively large and very clean, and breakfast was solid too.
The hotel staff were amazing… from the cleaning staff to the reception staff. The hotel itself was clean. And the rooms were clean as well. No complaints for the 4 nights we stayed. Will definitely stay again.

Great place for a fair price. Near the train station and a good short walk to most of the viator bus locations for pickup
Small hotel directly infront of the main train station. Carparks are not directly available. Rooms are clean and big. Came back after years, where everything stayed the same.

Very nice B&B located in the heart of Spaccanapoli. Tastefully furnished, with large spaces, it has everything you could want: soap, shower detergent, cotton buds, towels, hair dryer, air conditioning, TV. The manager who welcomed us was very kind and helpful. In short, everything was perfect. I only have two notes to make: inside the room there is a slight smell of mold and, for those, like me, who...
Excellent location a few steps from Spaccanapoli, convenient to public transport and the metro. Nice room, little support, clean linen, very comfortable bed. The only flaw: the room is resigned every other day. But good value for money
Upon our arrival, Polina welcomed us, a very helpful and kind girl who waited for us beyond the scheduled time (due to a delay in our train). The room is clean, quite small but equipped with everything you need including air conditioning and a wardrobe. In the bathroom there are towels, some courtesy products, shower gel in the shower and a fairly high-performance hairdryer. Unfortunately the sink...
Very comfortable, clean and tidy room. Clean and well-organized bathroom with towels, hairdryer and some small hygiene amenities. Room with air conditioning. Small balcony overlooking the main road. Perfect area. We are very satisfied and if there is an opportunity we will definitely return. The lady is very kind and helpful.
Excellent location, very kind and professional. The rooms are very clean, the bathroom is new, I gave it a 4 only because there is something missing to place the suitcase or some hangers. Excellent b&b, we really enjoyed our stay
We couldn't ask for better! Very central location: we practically visited almost the entire center on foot. Impeccable cleanliness and fresh and pleasant furnishings. Natascia welcomed us with kindness and availability. We stayed for 3 nights with our 4 year old daughter who slept on a single bed next to our double. Great experience!

Room service, room was clean every day, jacuzzi in the room.
A really nice hotel, in a great area, next to the metro, 5 min from Toledo street The staff in the hotel are super nice, and the place has a nice breakfast of ham cheese and fruits :)
SPA service was very great. Room very lovely and clean!
The hotel itself is very good , the stuff are very friendly , the rooms are very modern and clean. But it is not suggested for people the have problems with stairs because there isn't an elevator especially since all the rooms are on the second floor.
Good Hotel, very clean. Perfect position.

Forcing an increase in the climate tax, and only in cash
Small but comfortable, facing the street but not too noisy, clean and good. Very close to the station. Breakfast is simple but enough, cost-effective. No hair dryer, but you can ask the front desk.
It was remodeled and the staff was friendly. I don't know who the cleaning person is, but they cleaned it as if it was their own room, so it was a very pleasant trip.
It remains one of my favorite hotels in Naples, obviously when the price is right with my expectations. Central, but not noisy, when I asked for a quiet room, they immediately did their best to change the booked one, for a really quiet internal one. Large, clean room, sheets and towels changed every day, nice and pleasant room. Plus excellent and abundant breakfast. Well done
Walk using the main street is easier. Just next to Hotel Colombo which is easier to identify than the hotel Casablanca sign (which shows a logo you might not be able to recognise). Good breakfast variety.
Very nice accommondation.Close to everything.Good service,quiet and clean.Highly recommended.
Very nice breakfast. Good shower. Nice personnel. Nice location. Alright price.

It's conveniently located right near Napoli cental station. Internet reception was poor on upstairs. Otherwise it's a good hotel to stay.
Great location and price for the quality. One of our plugs didn't work. The area feels very safe and the room quiet when the door to balcony is closed.
It was very convenient and hardly and noise.. Very reasonable and it's basic.. Hardly any amendies..
Don't expect the quality to be any better than the price and location. But be prepared to feel like you're always using the backdoor of the building.

Convenient hotel for those who are passing through and have to stay short. Clean "minimal" room but smelled of smoke. Very thin walls because all night I was woken up by people passing in the corridor and by the drain in the bathroom of the next room (very noisy). Average breakfast. About 25 minutes by car from the center.
Staff and owner very kind and very helpful. New rooms, new heating with air conditioner. Great restaurant nearby. For me a perfect stay.

Very beautiful Napoli I like it
Enjoyed my 2nd trip to Naples with day trips to Pompei & Mount Vesuvius.
In the room, no box for keeping bag and personal belongs
The staff is very Nice, the shower has cold water, but in general it’s ok
This hostel is conveniently located in the heart of Naples, just a short walk from the subway station. The dorm rooms were spotless, cleaned every day. It was helpful to have staff always available at the front desk. However, when I needed to use the hostel's phone, I encountered an inconsistent policy: some staff would allow it, while others wouldn't. It became clear there was no shared guideline...
Two gentle mens are very supportive and knowledgeble. One lady with an eye glasses was very mean and when I asked where the laundry is, she said Google it. It didn't help.

We arrived early from our flight and immediately got a WhatsApp to advise how to find them and that the room would be ready for us, despite it being before check in time. The room was spacious, clean and had a lovely balcony, not much of a view but hey, thats not what we wanted it for...sitting out on the balcony was a joy, it was warm and sheltered...listening to the day to day sounds of a busy city...
Breakfast was included in the accommodation, and the variety and menu were good, but the parking lot clearly said there was a parking lot, but there was none in the building itself, so I left my car at another parking lot and arrived at 8pm. I was upset because they said the parking fee was included in the accommodation fee, so I thought I wouldn't stay there today. The parking fee was 40 euros, which...
We really enjoyed our stay at the 7th Floor suite. Lavia made us feel very welcome right from the moment we walked through the door and explained everything about our stay to us. The room we were given was lovely, spacious, clean and had a balcony that provided great views! Breakfast was provided in reception area and was sufficient in choice. The area where the hotel is located is great, with shops...
Not recomended Location is good, but rest is not to standard. They Even charge money to use the lift to Get to your room in the 7th floor. I would avoid this hotel.
If you want to see Naples this is the perfect place to stay. The road you are on has shops, cafes and food places right nearby which are super convenient for quick lunches etc. About 5 mins walk from the Vanvitelli metro line which takes you straight to the centre. Our European accommodations were generally disappointing, with most hotels featuring small beds and flat pillows. We stayed here after our flight home was canceled. The hotel is very new and contemporary. The staff was very helpful and booked our transfer to the Naples Airport the following morning at 3 am. The driver was right on time. The desk attendant made a great lunch recommendation for pizza. The neighborhood surrounding the hotel is pretty gritty and a bit sketchy. We did have a great time at the pub adjoining...
I can simplify the comment: everything you read below is real. One lift, breakfast with no replacement, shower is ridiculously tiny and yes, every time you use it your bathroom is flooded. Air conditioning, forget it. You choose if you want to roast inside your room (pic below) or don’t sleep because of the noisy region. Ah, minibar is also not cooling. It is as warm as the room. Newer modern hotel but needs some attention to details. Fit and finish of construction is not great. One small elevator for entire hotel.
It is far from the city, about 40 kilometers away. If you are not proficient in the language and lack travel experience, it is recommended to choose another hotel, otherwise you will have to take a taxi every time you go out, which will cost at least 200 euros a day. Great location for travel but maybe a bit sketchy, though we never felt unsafe. The rooms are great for what you pay for. The receptionists are lovely, incredibly helpful and gave great recommendations for food and travel options.
Not far from the station, overall it's not bad, except for the generator hanging on the wall which is very noisy at night and affects sleep. I could hear it even with earplugs. So I didn't sleep very well that night.
Everything was lovely! Super clean and the staff was so helpfull! Located truly in the middle of the city.
Location is great ! Budget hotel with basic amenities but that's what you are paying for. Staff is helpful and let us keep our luggage in the storage area for a couple of days while we were away. Dont expect much and you'd be happy.
Good for a short term stay in Naples - location is very good but the hotel isn’t the cleanest and nicest to stay at
He helped me carry my heavy luggage up the stairs. He asked me where I was going every day, but he was a nice guy. He showed me the way to a famous pizza place.

It was one of the safest place in the Naples however our shower didn't work properly we reported it and they didn't do anything. Staff isn't well educated in English language. We met one guy on street who was selling socks and he was speaking much better than staff in hotel. But they were really nice and helpful people (except shower) but we enjoyed our stay in that hotel. Recommend it.
Excelent situated, on the commercial road. Quiet rooms, Sandra, the receptionist was very helpful and nice.
Great position, friendly staff and comfortable super clean rooms. Loved my stay here
3 like the stars as it should be. Very central (including noise if you are on the street side). Modest rooms. 24h reception. Building is quite old and bad maintained. Personnel is kind but lacking English. 10 euros for breakfast is a bit nonsense if you are at few meters distance from 10 bars with decent pastries and coffee, I would not recommend it.
Staff made this 4 star, really a good 3 star, good location, but TV programs !! no English language at all, ciao.
Great location in the center of Naples. Close to shopping, restaurants, and many sites. A walk down via Toledo brings one to the Royal Palace, Piazza del Plebiscito, la Galleria, and outstanding views of the Bay of Naples. Good location and friendly service. Old building with spacious and clean facilities. I would stay again.
Hotel with a metro stop just a few steps away, in an old and elegant building. Friendly and very helpful staff. The room was very welcoming, air conditioned and well equipped. What a prime location for this simple, but oh so attractive hotel. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the port, where we were taken from the airport by Alibus for €5. Ring the doorbell at the hotel. 2 large, green, closed doors. The reception unlocks it and then you enter a very beautiful marble hall. Up the stairs to the small elevator. The hotel is on the 4th floor. You enter a small reception where...
First time in Napoli, so not sure what to expect. The hotel didn't look too impressive from the outside, but inside it was very good. Located on the 4th floor of an old building (there is a lift!), there was a friendly welcome at reception. Staff were excellent throughout my 4-night stay. The room was good. Very clean, and comfortable bed. Very good location close to the historic centre, and for venturing...
We were unsure what to expect based on previous reviews but were happy with the hotel. You enter via a little green door & go up 4 floors. We had 2 rooms, one was more modern that the other but both clean & functional. We liked the roof terrace. Breakfast was poor, skip this & go out. Staff friendly except the miserable man who works nights.
The hotel is super centrally located in the old city centre an is 2 stops by subway away from the central train station. The airport bus stops about 8min walk away. Though the building does not look modern or presentable from the outside, the hotel which situated on the 4th floor is completely renovated and has a modern interior. The electric appliances (aircon, rainbow light in shower, kettle, hairdryer...
This is quite cheap for Naples and it feels it. The reception is 24 hrs which helps if you are landing late, the service is effective if not effusive. The room is functional and clean, the bed was soft, the pillow quite thick. The Power points wanted thin pins on our plugs, other than one- so we struggled to charge things. The bathroom was clean but basic, the odd cracked tile, bit of hard to shift...
Booked this hotel for an 8 hour overnight layover in naples for my family of 4. Exceeded expectations. Clean, central, easy access to the port. We didn't buy breakfast, but there was a lovely rooftop terrace for morning coffee. Would recommend.

A beautiful panorama of the city and the castle is within walking distance. There is a park with a ceramics museum - I recommend it. I stayed at this property for just one night and have no complaints. The location is perfect, with easy access to public transport to the city center. It's clean and tidy. This B&B's strengths are its cleanliness and the fact that it's a true bed and breakfast: breakfast, as well as housekeeping, are no longer standard in most establishments these days.
