Rooms need renovation, reception quick and efficient, location correct but near harbour. Perfect view over port from restaurant

Though the hotel is situated near the port, it’s very loud even in the night. The hotel room was very big but not that many furniture items there. And not very well equipped. The staff was very friendly and the service was very good, but the breakfast hasn’t raised up to the expectations and the hotel deserves at most a 3 star rating

Used the hotel for a short stop before heading back to the airport. Excellent location but pictures make it look a lot better than it is. It was clean and functional but no warmth. Breakfast was good. Only scrambled eggs for hot option, but lots of croissants, muffins, cereal etc. if you just want somewhere to get your head down for a couple of nights it’s great. Wouldn’t stay longer than that.

Loved my experience staying at Palazzo Sovrana and dining at Doba Restaurant. Room and cleanliness were great, topped off my an unbearable location. Wonderful place to stay. Comfortable, clean, beautifully detailed. The room facing the Opera House are fabulous. The hotel is located in a pedestrian zone where it’s easy to walk about. San Diego This is a great 3-star B&B! The breakfast is good. the hotel is very clean. The rooms are wonderful. The staff is fantastic. One night, I accidently locked myself out of my room, so I called Veronica and she sent one of her staff members to the site in only 20 minutes to open the door for me. Our stay at Amarillo was fantastic! The accommodation was modern, clean and spacious. The breakfasts were excellent and the service and support provided by Amarillo (Veronica and Danielle) was exceptional. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to our friends.

Politeama luxury suites are located on a very busy square. With the convienience of the location it also comes with heavy traffics. A loud party bus goes around the block into late night.

This was really the perfect spot for a few days in Palermo. The location is great - walking distance to everything and right across from the bus stop to the airport. The environment of the hotel was very pleasant. There were not many guests and the large garden was impressive, but it was uncomfortable that it was located somewhat far from the city. Breakfast was very common and not impressive, but the kindness of the hotel staff left a very good impression.

I've stayed here several times. The last time was in a room with a stunning terrace overlooking Palermo. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious, spotlessly clean, and the staff is always smiling and helpful. Plus, there's private parking right outside the hotel. The hotel's location is very convenient to go anywhere. There is a vegetable market at the door where you can eat seafood but the price is not cheap. The most convenient way to get out of the airport is to take a shared taxi for 8 Euros. If you take a train or bus, you still need to walk a long way. It is quite tiring to push a suitcase on a gravel road for more than ten minutes.

The sanitation is good. The staff will send me a message in advance to ask about the check-in time to confirm whether it is within their working hours. If not, they will send a tutorial to your email to tell you how to enter the hotel. The bathroom is separate from the bedroom, but you don't need to share it with others, it's just separate. Fantastic location, poor breakfast for the price we paid, and the worst is the experience of staying outside the front door for an hour and a half. The management must communicate with the guests better so that they know when to come and find someone to let them in. B&B Teatro is located in a very good place. It’s a smaller street next to the big street Via Roma. It’s walking distance from the main attractions and plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes nearby. I travelled solo as a female and I felt save in the area.
