We had a fantastic stay at this quirky little boutique hotel in Palermo, Sicily. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome

Staff were amazing. So welcoming. Parked our car and returned it to hotel on our departure. Breakfast was fabulous. Lots of it. Pool area was nice, relaxing.

They answered all my questions prior to arrival and they arranged airport transportation after our stay. They were also attentive offering water to us whenever we returned (it was very hot in Palermo during our stay)

Even though we showed up earlier than planned, they had no problem letting us in and went out of their way to accommodate us

The atmosphere of the place is relaxed and a bit offbeat in the best possible way — full of personality and charm. It’s rare to find a place where the customer service feels this genuine

Truly excellent structure, respectful, punctual and polite welcome, truly excellent hygiene, the owner of an out of the ordinary sympathy, located in an area where it is possible to get anywhere by taking only a few steps, excellent for those staying for competitions or for short weekends

Below the hotel there are immediately pharmacy, conad, various shops, the affiliated bar where to have breakfast (already paid with the room) and there is also a lot of choice and outdoor tables, then tobacconist, a little further up there are lidl and other things

You can see the whole city from the window and the rooms are cleaned daily. The bathroom is private and is excellent, comfortable is fine. The owner is a very nice person very helpful, kind and easy going

The strong point is definitely the price and the location. The only downside is the shared bathroom (some rooms have the shower in the room without services). In summary: a good choice if you want to spend little

Two of us stayed two nights and had a wonderful stay. It is a little strange as the entry to the rooms are next to the living space of the owners, but they are really nice even if they only spoke a little English

We have found an offer remarkable: less than 20€\night-to-head with the breakfast. Our room was large and equipped with shower. Not good for the cleanliness of the room and two shared bathrooms

The owner speaks pretty good Italian and is very friendly. The breakfast was excellent with fresh products every morning (croissants, fruit, coffee and yogurt)

Eventhough our room was clean and cosy, and the staff very friendly, tourists should be aware that this hotel is located in a pretty poor and dark district of Palermo, with way-to-narrow streets, that make it pretty easy to get lost, specially at night

Beautiful rooms in this hotel very cute in a way halfway between the station is the center of Palermo. Costs less than a b&b and the reception is open 24h with staff very courteous and helpful

Great location in the old City center all the sites are within walking distance, great host, clean rooms. Can be a little noisy at night but every major city in Italy is the same.

One thing I really have to mention is we accidentally left out coat in the closet but Giovanni helped us get it back at our next hotel! Grazzie mille Giovanni!

Modern and comfortable rooms in a lovely old building. The breakfast is wonderful, served on the roof terrace with a great view of the Palermo roof tops. Barbera and her husband are incredibly friendly and helpful

It is a 10 minute walk from the train station and a shorter walk to a bunch of restuarants and things to do. The front desk also gave a lot of recommendations that were super helpful and lots of fun

Towels were changed every two days. They shed a lot of hair, and there was white hair all over them, and the floor in the room was also covered with white hair

Since it is a two Star hotel of course the rooms are quite spartan, but they are very clean and spacious enough. The AC works, which is the most important part

The hotel is very well located and the employees are super kind with you all the time. It is also super close to Fontana Pretoria, a beautiful fountain where you have free wifi.

Mario is very crazy, a unique person, with a heart of gold. He welcomed us to the bed early in the morning having arrived by ship, no hotel would have allowed such a thing

Great location in central Palermo. Close to train and bus station. Train to/from airport in 45 minutes (€6.50 each way). Themed rooms with great attention to detail!

It’s located on a busy street so we didn’t feel too worried when going back in at night. It’s closed to the Central station so transport was very convenient

On our second to last day of our stay, we found a restaurant nearby the B&B called Trattoria Trapani (a family run) which serves really good roasted prawns
