Great location. Right in the old town.
Rooms where nicely renovated and spacious.
Was a family a four and the two beds were big and comfortable. With 2 AC units for the hot Palermo whether.

This place is an absolute gem. My room was very comfortable and quiet in a great location. I was easily able to walk everywhere. The staff are so welcoming and helpful. Plus a delicious breakfast in the morning. Definitely will be back!! Thank you so much for making my stay so wonderful!

Italy keeps surprising me. I’ve seen a lot of Italy and didn’t know what to expect from and in Palermo. Again I was pleasantly surprised. By the beautiful town of Palermo but especially by the Khalisah accommodation! What a fantastic place at the edge of the old part of Palermo! They have 12 rooms. Unfortunately we only saw one. You can tell that the owner is an architect. The place was renovated marvellously!! Old elements like the doors and window arches and the old walls are still visible! A beautiful stairs to the second floor. Eye for detail everywhere!! Just wonderful! Clean, good service, great location. There’s nothing negative to mention about this place only a small recommendation to make the breakfast experience even better. You could replace some of the ‘dolce’ by a boiled egg and a tomato! Our experience of Khalisah and of Palermo was great! Italy keeps surprising me!!

we were received by the owner, who gave us loads of tips where to visit and a history lesson. I loved it!
The room we had was Bianca, the one in the photo with the pool in the terrace. this room is stunning, clean and very comfortable.
King size bed, nice tv, heating / AC, mini fridge.
the bathroom is absolutely lovely, specious and I loved the shower!!!
the terrace with a view to Palazzo Steri and the pool it’s an attraction.
We had breakfast included and it was delicious!
The girls at the reception were amazing to us, always friendly, always smiling and always ready to help.
The communication between Khalisah and us prior to our arrival was also great, they provided all information we need to get there from the airport, then from the bus stop, even sent us a map.
The location is perfect. close to every main attraction in Palermo, but nice and quiet in the night, providing a very good night sleep.
I believe this is the best hotel to stay in Palermo.

Stay here. For real. The rooms are nice, the people are helpful, the breakfast is good, and it is in a fantastic location (walkable to everything) but still quiet. Bonus, if you drive then there is actual free parking right outside which is a godsend in Palermo.

Very nice and beautiful hotel. The rooms are very clean and nicely done up. The hotel is central located and surrounded by lot of spots. Despite central location, the surrounding is calm. Sanem and her team are very nice and manage professional and with pleasure. The breakfast is very good. I am grateful for the great time in your location and wish genuine the best for you.

Excellent b&b very clean in design, very modern.
It is located in the historic district of Palermo. Excellent breakfast, excellent hospitality. Sergio, the owner, will make you love Palermo, explaining in detail all the points of interest of the city.
All in all I can say for sure that this b&b for the quality that it offers has nothing to envy to the famous 5-star Hotel.

We had a great time in Khalisah. The hosts were very helpful with recommandations for food and sightseeing. The room was clean, quit and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommanded.
