Great, great great location amazing room spacious lots of storage clean bed was pretty uncomfortable, but they put some padding on there for us after the first night and it worked for that week. We were there we would definitely go back. The service was good for the most part. The cleaning service was absolutely amazing. We left the maids about €20 upon our departure.

Mattress was very hard. AC was inoperable. WiFi was very poor.
Reception was very professional and the building itself is steeped in heritage.

This is a very good hotel right in the heart of Palermo’s historic district! Plenty of places to walk around and discover or just stay at the hotel for dinner and a drink.

Great Location!
Nice large room (double delux)
No noise
Mattress is quite firm, we had to ask for 2 toppers.

My husband and I stayed here in October 2023. What can I say - It was perfect. The room was clean and well maintained. The service was exceptional. Check in and check out was executed efficiently and effectively. Close to all amenities. Love it

I arrived and took an Uber to a hostel and within 30 minutes I ordered a room at this hotel. It was great until the end. They offer a shuttle service and I requested a ride to the airport. The ride they provided only accepted cash and I was told that once I arrived to the airport and I was stranded because I didn’t have cash and I couldn’t use an ATM so I had to give the driver my card number. Horrible thing to do. Don’t offer a shuttle service if you don’t charge it to the room or if they don’t take card. Horrible people

Great location in central Palermo. Hotel is beautiful and inside courtyard charming. Needs to improve breakfast - served canned fruit and packaged bread. Service staff lack warmth and interest to help. Especially bad are the restaurant wait staff. For a hotel of this size, it needs a doorman and more than one elderly bellman, especially since entrance is weirdly located in an alley.

Ok so i stayed here for 2 nights and by the first night i was ready to move! The hotel from the outside is very nice and actually a pretty decent spot to walk around and check out restaurants and shops but lord are the hotel rooms old. I peeked into other rooms and they looked about the same. Old and outdated.
whenever we showered no matter what I did, the floors of the restroom is drenched because of the doors.
Let me get to the Bed situation. LORD it was the HARDEST bed ever. I am not a soft bed girl at all, I actually prefer a firmer bed but this is like sleeping on the floor. I had to ask for two different soft topper and mattress and still it was incredibly uncomfortable.
I think you really get what you pay for and if I would go back i rather stay at a more comfortable hotel than a cheap one.

Excellent location, walking distance to most attractions and very safe. Customer service is great, friendly staff at the concierge.

Had an amazing trip in this wonderful hotel. Great value for money in an exceptional area. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our trip and we will definitely be back the next time we are in Palermo.
