Location is great, next to metro that connects you with all main spots in Rome, but also it's reachable by walking. Rooms are very clean, made with creative design, and well equipped with everything needed, aircondition also . Bathroom is very clean and in good condition.Shared kitchen and balcony are also very nice and comfortable to spend some time to rest and have tasty snacks left in room. You also have fridge, coffee machine, microwave. Luca is very friendly and kind host, make you feel like you are at home. Really good place to stay when you are in Rome for affordable price 👌👍😊

Not a great place broken furniture, noisy eco toilet, very uncomfortable bed made from pallets. If you checkin late they look for fee. Not really a breakfast more snacks. No air con remote in room room was stuffy had to ozone owner for it next day at first told no you can't have it as its not high season then it was delivered ti room.

Very nice b&b in a super central position. The idea behind the names of the rooms is original and perfectly implemented. Staff is nice and helpful. Big bonus: breakfast room is always open, which means you can always grab a tea or use the table to eat your take away dinner. Only shortcomings: the rooms are all facing the reception, which during our stay got noisy in the morning; and the massive use of air freshener, at least in the room Buenos Aires.

Stayed there for a few nights. The location is very good. The staff is very friendly and polite. The furniture & interior is sufficient. Just the breakfast wasn't really one: The croissants and minicakes are rather for the afternoon coffee then for the morning.

Excellent location; in front of the metro station and bus stops. Confortable stay, A/C, fridge etc. One recommandation would be towards the quality of the breakfast.

Bathroom was very small. Shower was nice and hot. Gave us snacks in our room and snacks in kitchen with some breakfast foods. Secure to stay.
