Located right at the subway station, it's very convenient for business trips and offers excellent value. The room I was assigned was on a terrace, which I was initially concerned about, but after staying there, I found the airy space for drying clothes and allowing for fresh air to flow. There were no safety concerns at all. The subway is a 25-minute walk from the city center, and there's a Chinese restaurant within a 10-minute walk.

Location: Very close to Pietralata Station, and a quick walk to Termini Station (same B line).
Amenities: Clean and smells good, has a fridge (!!!), works well with air conditioning, has good hot water, and has a balcony. The room keypad is numbered, so I didn't have to worry about losing or forgetting my room key. The staff are friendly, and the reception sells water and snacks, which is convenient.
Highly recommended if you're traveling in Rome!

The hotel is located near a residential area and is very quiet. The hotel is in a good location, right next to the subway entrance. There is also a No. 211 bus at the hotel entrance to the train station, which is very convenient. In general, the hotel's location and public transportation are very convenient.
There is a large supermarket near the hotel, which is very convenient for replenishing daily necessities. The prices in the large supermarket are also low. The hotel lobby is equipped with a microwave to heat food, which is very convenient.

Quite a simple hotel. Pros: close to the metro, which is easy to get to the station and the Colosseum. There are really a lot of homeless people nearby, there is no sense of safety. If we talk about the room, then I expected something else. In the photo you can see that there is a balcony or an exit to the grass on the first floor, but in the end there are frosted windows (tinted), since they overlook the entrance so that other people do not see you, and there is also a grate behind the windows, so you do not really see the view and light. There is no iron and kettle in the room, you need to take an iron at the reception. Pros: comfortable bed, enough sockets. No water as a compliment. Also asked for a late check-out of 1-2 hours later, no one came to the meeting, they said that 1-2 hours cost 30 €, and half a day 63 €. Unpleasant. At the same time, the girl at the reception during check-in was nice. Still, it is worth going to meet the guests and not taking such money for one hour. You can say that for almost 100€ you got basic amenities, nothing more.

Opposite the subway station, a few dozen meters walk, the location is good, there are large supermarkets and large parking lots nearby, there is a sushi restaurant a few hundred meters walk, and the breakfast area is a bit small.

We were greeted by friendly staff and spacious, clean rooms. This is recommended for those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and sleep in a quiet environment at night.

This hotel is utterly disorganized and lacks accountability. There is no manager or supervisor available to address concerns; only unhelpful receptionists who seem unwilling or unable to fulfill their responsibilities. The rooms were excessively dark and humid. Despite requests, the worn and torn bedsheets were never changed. The toilet sink remained clogged throughout our six-day stay, with no attempt at repair. The receptionists were consistently unhelpful and unsympathetic. Furthermore, the hotel overbooks, forcing guests to stay in substandard accommodations that do not meet the promised quality. The one good thing in this hotel was its proximity to metro station.

The reception staff are polite, friendly, ready to help in any situation. The room is on the first floor, with a terrace. The bed is comfortable, the mattress and pillow are of good quality. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and bidet. The room has a refrigerator and a safe. Cleaning. Rooms every day. Breakfasts are simple but delicious. From the hotel doors there is an entrance to the metro (nearby).

The whole stay was perfect. The location, right in front of the metro stop, is perfect and the facilities are ideal. The breakfast is very correct and extensive. We are especially grateful to Martina who helped us at all times.
