Excellent central location with stunning views of the sea.
Very nice buffet breakfast included.
Great bar with a beautiful terrace.
Great cleaning team - place is spotless.
Rated it lower because the rooms are a bit dated and are in need of refreshing.
And the staff - the concierge and check in staff - are not particularly helpful or overfly friendly. I would have expected a much higher touch for the price.

My wife and I stayed there on our honeymoon and we couldn’t have been more disappointed by our experience at this hotel.
The only good thing about this hotel is the view. We were fortunate to have an ocean view from our room, sadly though that’s where the good part ends. The staff are incredibly dismissive and uncaring. When we arrived we had a hell of a travel day, the trains leaving Rome were all delayed 3-4 hours due to a track failure, so when we arrived at the hotel we were tired, frustrated and looking forward to decompressing when we arrived. We informed the front desk staff of our day they said “Oh that happens all the time dont worry about it”. Not very welcoming.
When we got to our rooms the room had an odour and the beds were incredibly old and uncomfortable. When we informed the staff again we were told “Italian beds are more firm and less comfortable than we were used to in Canada!” Again very rude and dismissive. They did nothing to fix our beds or the odour in the bathroom. As we had prepaid our hotel via our travel agent we didn’t have options to look for different accommodations. Simply the cost of this hotel isn’t worth it. 4 stars, I would say 4 star view and that’s it. My advice, stay elsewhere and save yourself some money and unneeded pretentiousness. From a friendly Canadian traveller.

Stayed here during our Italian honeymoon. Overall the hotel is wonderful and you will not get a better location. The beach access is great, the pool is stunning, and the views cannot be beat. The rooms need a little updating otherwise clean. I would stay again but would like to see them update the rooms.

This hotel was amazing!! The location is wonderful! You can walk everywhere from this hotel. The front desk staff always greeted us with a smile and went out of their way to answer any questions. We arranged a private round trip transfer from Naples. Totally worth the $170 each way. Breakfast was very good and the staff was so attentive to my teenage daughter. There is a private lift for hotel guests to the beach below. You just go to the pool and grab a free towel and the staff accompany you down to the beach. The pool was never too crowded and the pool grill has amazing drinks and food. Went down to the bar one night to order a drink and a coke. They brought it up to my room so we could watch the sunset & included complimentary finger sandwiches. I travel frequently and must say I wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend this property. I’m hoping to be back to Sorrento soon & will most definitely stay here again

The location of this hotel was exactly
what we were looking for! Just a short 7 minute walk from the center of town.
Please remember, if traveling from the US the amenities we have in the states are not equivalent in Italy. Our room was okay, it was clean and had a comfortable bed to sleep in and was cleaned everyday and turned down every night. We had a view of the ocean and beach clubs below, though the window was small, it still made for good photos.
For our experience we felt like we had a good stay for the value (though we only spent 2 days in Sorrento).
We didn’t really interact with staff unless it was check in or check out.
Our favorite part was the roof top bar — it was lovely and the service was even better — GREAT cocktails and views!!!
Overall, for what we needed/looked for it was a great stay and good experience for us.

Incredibly beautiful, friendly staff and great value for money. The only minor frustration was that parking needed to be paid for. Service down at the beach could also be improved, and the beach beds needed to be rented for an additional charge even for hotel guests.
