Lucky to have a room facing East to see the sunrise! It’s gorgeous! Receptionist is nice and helpful, taught us where we could have fun in Taormina. Buffet breakfast was included and food variety was wide! Love this hotel! 👍🏻

This hotel is centrally located to historic sites in Taormina. We received wonderful recommendations from the hotel staff for parking, hikes, and beaches. Breakfast was terrific as well.

Cozy property just a few minute walk from the Main Street. Also next to the cable car which is a huge plus if you visit Isola Bella. Room had a small terrace and was clean and well appointed. Staff were friendly and helpful, giving a map and offering highlights. After check-in, they directed us to a lot right down the road- cash only upon exit but reasonable price. Nice breakfast spread, as well.

Had a lovely 4 night trip on my own. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast buffet with views over water. Convenient location for bus station and a short walk up to historic town. I would stay here again. Only small thing to be aware of is the lifts in the building stop inbetween floors, so as long as you can carry your luggage up/down some steps you are fine to stay here.

Very nice hotel. Especially the location is perfect! Just outside the centre of Taormina and close to a lovely and beautiful park. The service is very good and the staff is very friendly and helpful! The view is breathtakingly beautiful. At the breakfast spot there is a beautiful view! Also from the roof terrace the view is magnificent!

The hotel is very well located: close to a bus station, centre, amazing sea & Etna view! Management and staff are very friendly and helpful! WiFi reception isn’t that good, but if it’s a need - they told me that it’s a good reception in common areas. The furniture is a little bit outdated but an interior is charming. I came here with my friends in June 2024 and we had an incredible holiday. It has a stunning view over the sea and the hotel itself is very pretty. You can pay a lot more for the same view in Taormina!

Relaxed. A little out of town (20 min walk) with Bella vista! Rooms clean and quiet. Breakfast fit for a king with various choices of yum sweets and savoury. Has access to Isola Bella in 20 minute walk downstairs. Either walk back or get the town bus. I would stay here again.

The hotel is a bit old but rooms are specious and clean. We had a room with view and it was magical. Breakfast was ok nothing special. No private parking, was offered a parking voucher for €14/day but managed to find a parking spot in front of the cable car station which is next door for €10. Recommended.

Great hotel, great price, friendly staff. Stones throw from the beach at Marazzo'. Really close to Funivar (cable car) to the top of the hill. Friendly. Room is clean and everything you need. It perfect just over the street to the beach. Via cable car you can drive up to the town. Very good location. They coul only add fruits to the breakfast. For vegans it's nearly nothing.

Stayed one week as part of a Road Scholar tour. View of Mt. Etna from the roof top bar and restaurant is superb. Daily breakfasts are amazing. Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Definitely will return.

It's located at the Catania Gate of Taormina, so there's some walking distance to the main plaza and the Greek theater, but it doesn't really matter to me as Taormina is tiny and cute. They upgraded my room because it was low season, and breakfast was pretty good considering the price. Interior design, the vibe and the host, all fantastic!

We loved the position and the view from the room, priceless. Honestly the room was not so well maintained (the shower room wasn't properly clean and this is not fault of the owner but it is his responsibility to check on the cleaning staff) and it wasn't impossible to get down the room's temperature. During the breakfast I felt uncomfortable as there were just a few slices of prosciutto and cheese...

Probably the most amazing hotel experience of my life. The room was exactly as the one of the pictures. Blankets and towels of high quality. Prices are medium/high for my personal standard but in the average of taormina. Strongly suggested.

Good location (close to the car park and centre of town) Clean, staff were fantastic and very helpful. Rooms aren't big but the beds are. Some of the rooms have translucent doors to the bathroom but otherwise everything was great!

Lovely hotel in a great location, very central to everything needed. Breakfast was great, as was the access to the private beach club. Bathroom was a little small and dated but manageable for a few days.

First of all, I am satisfied with the location and lobby of this hotel. The sanitation is also very clean! But what I can't accept is that the bathroom in the classic room I booked is completely different from the one I stayed in! The shower head was broken and was not replaced until the next day! And the room is very small! I feel itchy under the quilt! The air conditioner was terrible and too loud...

I like this place, it's fantastic the view of the seaside( isola bella) during the day, evening but at night it's very dark! The dish was good even the sweet , inside the palace was neat and even the waitresses were nice, gentle. I think this location can be improved more even the dish, sweet .

I stayed at this hotel for a week in October. Our room had one plug which was in an awkward place to get to behind the TV so we had to move the table to get to the plug. There was another plug but when we tried to use it the plug came apart! The plugs didn't work to start with so we asked staff who told us that we need to switch the light on for it to work which we were never told on check in. There...
