We immediately asked to switch off the AC, the maintenance guy came and opened the AC vent which was filled with mold. The room was not cleaned properly, and there were items from the previous guest in the closet and refrigerator. The front desk staff was indifferent. Stayed here during winter and was given a room next to the restaurant, where there were sounds of plates and chatter. Nonetheless, the hotel offers nice views of the mesmerising ocean and a decently good breakfast. It’s located at a convenient place too.

It's definitely dated but very clean, very relaxing and just enough away from the crowds that it was super enjoyable. The staff were so helpful and accommodating, and had parking which is so rare in taormina. Pool was terrific, no competing for lounge chairs. Booked a double room with a balcony & got allocated a single room with no balcony. Emailed hotel 3 times to refund difference in price & they are ignoring me. Real shame as good hotel in great location but no customer service & don't feel ignoring emails is the response you'd expect from a 4 star hotel. Very disappointing

This is a hotel and is well located on the beach. Taomina town is another 20 mins bus ride away. I find the more mature looming lady at the reception not so helpful. Any request or question I have, her stating point is negative or no before even going my request or matter a thought. There were problems with the faucets in the bathroom and there were problems with the hot water. The most unpleasant thing was the noise throughout the evening, which really disturbed our sleep. I won't go there again.

Love to say the hotel is right on par with everything average, mostly because of its room rate, otherwise I would expect more from them, like the quality of breakfast, the ramp that the customers got to carry down their baggages to check in at hotel. We spent 4 nights at this wonderful hotel. The service was exceptional and staff went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. The lobby looks freshly renovated and it is very beautiful. The pool has been renovated recently and it looks really nice, also the bar area is cosy. But unfortunately the bottom of the swimmingpool is dirty, leaves, ground and sand some umbrells are torn... The included breakfast spread was fabulous every single day. Rooms and entire property is spotless. The pride and attention to detail of every aspect was beyond all expectation. This hotel was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The breakfast was delicious and the woman who made our coffees every morning was so sweet. All of the staff were very nice and helpful. This hotel is the perfect way to visit Taormina. It is a 5 minute drive to the town and to the beach, and secure parking is provided at the hotel. To take a taxi into town is about 15-20 euros. The hotel is situated midway between the coast town and Taormina. Only a short 10 min walk to the coast town, but either taxi (€15) or bus to the main town of Taormina. Hotel located a few minutes (by car) from Taormina. The welcome and staff are pleasant, the breakfast is also well served and plentiful. The weak points are: its location on the edge of a busy road, as well as slightly dated bedding. Car highly recommended.
