Hotel is greatly located in the center of town, 100% walkable, with great friendly staff. Great pool area and rooftop bar. We had city and sea views - amazing and highly recommended for a romantic Taormina stay
Staff super helpful and very nice, very easy to walk to principal streets and all main in taormina. Good parking logistics. Room in good condition.
I would've thanked her in person but she finally had a day off and it was our last day(!) If the pool had been heated then the stay would've been perfect 👌 (but this was April)
The staff at this hotel were very hospitable. They assisted with plans, dining reservations and provided parking service. Throughout our stay they called to check up on us and ask if everything was to our satisfaction
My wife and I stayed here to cap off a two week trip to Italy and had an amazing experience. We arrived late in the evening and were immediately met with the warmest welcome by Alberto at the front desk
He always made sure we were taken care of whether it was making reservations at local restaurants, or just ensuring we had everything we needed at the hotel

While the rooms are a bit dated, the pool and beach facilities make this an absolute gem of a resort! The unspoiled views of Isola Bella by the beach and gorgeous view of Mt Etna at the pool are breathtaking
We spent a fantastic week in this hotel. It was amazing to have direct access to a beautiful private beach as well as an infinity pool. There were plenty of loungers to relax
The rooms are old and outdated and in dire need of renovation. The good part about the hotel are the facilities, the pool and private beach are astonishing
The location was great, right on the sea side and close to the train station. The shuttle service provided by the hotel that takes you into Taormina was also excellent. The staff were all super friendly too
Una is a spectacular hotel. Wonderful staff, location amazing including a shuttle bus to the town. Beautiful daily breakfast, incredible views of Mt Etna and pool. Would stay again in a heartbeat
It’s not a luxury place by any means, but if you’re looking for something affordable, practical, and decently located, this is a solid option. I would consider staying here again for short trips or business visits

The whole experience was amazing The staff especially Antonella and Virginia were welcoming and attentive Virginia showed us up to our room and we even had a nice surprise in the room The breakfast everyday was excellent , the staff gave us an excellent table facing the sea everyday and were always on hand to help if needed Everyone here is very attentive and courteous and made our whole holiday enjoyable...
Overlooking the Ionian Sea, the Grand Hotel San Pietro is a beautiful hotel with landscaped gardens and excellent amenities
Unbeatable sea view, with a private car to the town
Lovely hotel with stunning ocean views Hotel is a modernized property with stunning panoramic sea views
Infact, Christian and Loretta (who work in the bar area during the evenings) are 2 staff members that I highly commend - not only for their service but for the exceptional time we spent with them
Located within a 10-15 minute walk of the shopping and sightseeing area of Taormina, makes this 5 Star hotel an excellent choice

Sweet cute beach hotel with an amazing location down near the water. Keep in mind it's rocky not sandy so flip-flops are needed to avoid an unexpected foot massage
Our family planned a last-minute trip to Taormina. Needless to say, finding a hotel on short notice wasn’t easy. Our travel agent recommended a few options, but we discovered LaPlage on our own
The seafood is incredibly fresh—something you’d expect from a coastal resort—but even the simplest dishes, like pasta or salads, are elevated to something special
Let me start by saying we are well-traveled and have high expectations for service, especially since we are in the hospitality business ourselves
As frequent over-packers, we found the room itself a little smaller than we might have liked. However, the outdoor space—with lounge chairs and a private jacuzzi—more than made up for it
We loved their breakfast as well. You cannot beat these views and you get the perfect beach with the view of isola Bella right at your footstep

Very comfortable accomodation with a stunning garden and pool overlooking the sea. Stayed for six nights so we were really settled and enjoyed a truly relaxing stay that was attentive yet private
Although we were not staying at the Four Seasons Taormina on this visit, we are already in the process of planning our stay for fall 2026 for a special celebration, and this experience only reinforced that decision
10 star experience! WOW! What a phenomenal property and people. My husband & I have stayed in some luxurious places around the world and this one is at/near the top. We enjoyed every second during our recent stay
The grounds were gorgeous and immaculate, the interior was like walking through a modernized monestary with the addition of beautiful art pieces, the food was exquisite, the infinity pool offers breathtaking views over the sea and Mt Etna, and the staff were SUPURB! Our room and bathroom were HUGE and had this dreamy frangrance that I miss coming home to
What an unexpected gesture that was so gracious and generous! I cannot recommend this property enough. I hope we have the opportunity to return one day. Thank you Four Seasons San DOmenico
The rooms were clean, elegant and had all the accessories you need. The hair dryer was awesome!! They clean your room twice a day! Not necessary but nice. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and happy

We had the most beautiful time at Mazzaro Sea Palace! I have stayed there before but wanted to take my family back to experience the amazing features this hotel has to offer
Beautiful pool area! The kids made so many friends! And we all loved Salvatore, the lifeguard! The beach area is great too with plenty of sun beds
Special thanks to the staff, Carmen, Ciccio, Nico, Viki, Franco, Claudio, Federica, Gerardo, Jo, Domizia, Wissal (Wissy) and of course others that have not been mentioned, thank you for making our memorable
She was warm, genuine, and such a wonderful person, her kindness and hospitality stood out above all. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Taormina, and I look forward to returning
The hotel itself was impeccable, spotless, elegant, and catered perfectly to all our needs. A special mention must go to Carmen, the Bar Manager, she really made our holiday unforgettable
The service throughout the hotel is wonderful! Breakfast offered a great variety of delicious food

The pool area is wonderful but the sea is even better, especially to go swimming in! There’s a gentleman who lives next door who has all the water sports that is always on the beach, which was fun! The buffet breakfast is a 10/10, they have everything
The cocktails at the pool are decent, but even better in the evening from the bar
Of the minuses I want to note the absence of normal beach ( it is in the next Bay ) and the lack of entertainment (tennis, pool. well, you , I think, understand what I mean)
Excellent hotel. The staff are brilliant.
I bought bread and cold cuts and olives and cheeses and enjoyed my italian lunch on there patio overlooking the Mediterranean sea watching local fisherman deliver to a small restaurant around the street where the owner made dishes that I requested per my taste
However the food served at the hotel itself is quite disappointing, the nicest thing on the menu is the aubergine burger and octopus salad. For a 5 star hotel it needs working on, also the spa here is terrible

Overall this a nice hotel in need of investment to bring it into the 21st century. The hotel is located in Taromina Mare, just a short walk from the beach
Nice storage space is provided. A small balcony, with side-sea views from all rooms. The bathroom needs investment, the shower is weak and very dated
The main town of Taromina is located above up steap stairs or via the cable car. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Rooms:- The rooms are dated and run down, but are off a good size
The decoration of the place, just like the bar area can only be described as an retirement home. Poor area:- Split on two level; sun deck on on and the swimming pool on the other
When you enter the dining room you get shown to your table, higher standards which are not needed when the lower hotel standards let you down. Overall, this could be a good breakfast with better quality produce
I stayed here last week for a week with Tui with a friend. The staff are lovely and the hotel is in a great location. Stunning views from the balconies but the food is dreadful

There are steps up there but if it's open seriously take the cable car! Highly recommend the rooms with a sea view balcony. I'll let the photos speak for themselves :)
Room is clean and everything you need. It perfect just over the street to the beach. Via cable car you can drive up to the town. They coul only add fruits to the breakfast. For vegans it's nearly nothing
Great hotel, great price, friendly staff. Stones throw from the beach at Marazzo'. Really close to Funivar (cable car) to the top of the hill
Lovely people! Life saver! Extremely helpful! Clean! Always available! Very well organised! Will definitely come back! A presto! G.
It's a on a cliff beautiful place the view is breathtaking.
No private parking, was offered a parking voucher for €14/day but managed to find a parking spot in front of the cable car station which is next door for €10

Wonderful view, staff are helpful and polite. Easy to venture from, parking for your auto as well. Great weekend !!!
The reception smelt awful like overflowing sewerage and there is nowhere to eat at the hotel restaurant. The staff were very kind and room was ok, it was just quite run down and dingy
I mentioned this when checking out and offered to show photos, but the lady on reception said she would send someone to go look (there was mould on numerous walls, and if it smelt of bleach on arrival I assume they know this if cleaning every day so dont see why they let people stay in the room anyway?) The access to sun loungers/ reduced rate beach which is mentioned at booking isn't explained, it...
The bus leaves the hotel once a day but again this wasn't explained, so we just went to the beaches and took our towels down on the people's for free rather than hiring sunbeds a long way away
Hotel located right next to the funicular to Taormina. The rooms are simple and slightly dated but perfectly adequate for one night. The hotel has a very nice view of the sea
Free parking is not easy in high season (high traffic area)

Cable car back, station about 3/4 minutes to hotel. Main bus terminal 180m (see hotel entrance marked on bus terminal photo): bus to beach & rail station plus regular airport buses (2 companies)
Best hotel we have stayed at in Italy : very clean, relaxed, excellent welcome. Easy walking to town & local sights. Convenient to walk down to beach about 15mins downhill
Very nice hotel located just outside Taormina, nevertheless 10 min Walk to the city centre. The pool with its fantastic view on the sea is the strong point of the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Really good Hotel, close to the center of Taormina. Parking lot very small, but the Hotel does the parking for you and they have an alternative parking space somewhere with a parking (bring & pick up) service
Pool is good, and snack bar service and food good
There's souvenir shops and a mini mart within 4 minutes walk and the cable car is also only 5 minutes away. My husband and I enjoyed the pool and the views

Beautiful hotel on the gorgeous Mazzaro bay. Was a great experience to meet the twin sister to Grand Hotel Timeo where we also stayed. Loved the beachside vibe and 'slightly" younger clientele
Excellent cocktails and food options onsite. The clearest water I’ve ever seen. Relaxing and tranquil pool with attendant and bartender
I recently stayed at Villa Sant’Andrea for one night with my wife and one-year old before moving to the nearby Four Seasons San Domenico Palace for the rest of our stay in Taormina
We initially planned to only stay at the Four Seasons, but we had to be re-accommodated at Villa Sant’Andrea for one night due to a reservation issue at the Four Seasons
This hotel is beautiful. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful and engaging. Four star food choices. The breakfast was extensive with lots of choices.
We were ultimately glad we had a chance to experience this property, as the beachfront location was beautiful, and it gave us our only beach day on this trip

After travelling around for two weeks it was a pleasure to spend 4 nights here. The hotel is in an excellent position and 5 mins away from town. We had a fantastic view of the water and Mount Etna
The view is amazing! The front desk was very patient and attentive! The stay was great
The room has a private balcony, and the view overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and pool is truly a welcome relief from the travel
The hotel is in a great location. It's perched on a cliff, facing the sea and Mount Etna 🌋, and has a pool. It's also within walking distance of town
👍 This town, made famous by the movie "White Lotus Resort," fulfilled my every imagination. The sea and streetscapes are simply breathtaking
The only downside was the old hairdryer, which I think is a common problem with European hotels. Could Dyson sponsor it, hahahaha. 😄 PS: The hotel is very close to Piazza 9 degli Abril and the ancient Greek theater

There is an unbeatable sea view on one side and a mountain view on the other side next to the swimming pool. The beach is just across the road from the hotel
The hotel rooms are quite spacious. Every window in the sea view room has an unbeatable sea view. The rooftop swimming pool is completely reserved in the morning, and there are very few people in the afternoon
Housekeeping are great, breakfast is a good variety & nothing is too much trouble for the team; up to loaning us beach towels for the day. All round a great base for a great holiday & highly recommended
Very nice hotel with a central location in Taormina. Breakfast is a highlight - easily the best we have had in this trip. Hotel also provides slippers to the beach and you can take them home
Outstanding place. The best located hotel in TAORMINA with a view of Isola Bella. Delicious breakfasts and an amazing rooftop pool. I recommend 100%.
It is very pleasant to eat breakfast and drink coffee while looking at the beautiful sea view in the morning. You can eat at the sea view restaurant opposite the hotel in the evening, which tastes good

Great hotel for a comfortable family holiday. A cozy small area, beautiful garden, nice pool, close to great beach and the sea, elegant dinner with a delicious serving of meals.
Hotel Caparena was very nice with clean rooms and great staff, we had a lovely time in Toamina! The shuttle bus was excellent we used it every day a special thank you to Salvatore, Pipo and drivers! The restaurant staff were amazing especially Nadine, Andrea, Adriano not to mention the rest of the gang! Lots of love Maria & Martin XxX
And a lovely lady with short dark hair was amazing with our son, They really made us feel welcome and special, they couldn’t do enough for us. We also spent an evening in the restaurant which the food was fantastic
The free shuttle into town and back must be reserved in advance so if you plan to use this service on the day/evening of your check in, you should call ahead to be added to the schedule
Seafront and beach area just been worked on, beach is a little pebbly but lovely. Railway line runs between gardens and the beach, not an issue at all for us but some might find it off putting
This hotel was very nice with an impressive lobby and was right on the beach. You just walk outside and down a short set of stairs, and you are on the beach

Many thanks to the staff for making my holiday special. Reception lady Yulia was the most helpful, housekeeping and the bar/beach staff did their best too. My room had a lovely view of the sea
A friendly welcome, amazing location with a Private beach, sun loungers (free when you stay at the hotel) & Beach towels provided. Nearby restaurants walking distance and a short taxi ride from the main city
Breakfast was great with many options and fresh fruits and vegetables. We stayed in Room 110 and it had an amazing view! Spacious room and comfortable bed. The hotel is clean and staff are very friendly
Would definitely stay here again! Thank you for making our stay so wonderful
We consider the fact that they kept a lot of the original elements of the decoration very positive, this makes all the charm of this wonderful place. The direct access to the sea is a major plus

The hotel is located on the highest hillside, next to a public parking lot, which makes it convenient to drive here by yourself, but it is difficult to get a parking space immediately in the peak season
The sun is bright and the scenery is picturesque. The public area of the hotel is also facing the sea. It is very cost-effective and worth recommending
Stayed for 4 nights in a jacuzzi room with garden. Really nice clean room, great service. Because it was low season the bar and restaurant were not open but it’s just a short walk into town
Comfortable and good stay, the key is that we drove here by ourselves, and there is a public parking lot next to it, 8 euros a day. After parking the car, you can walk to anywhere
The room is too close to the road. It feels like the cars on the road are about to turn into the room.

Pros: beautiful sea views, comfortable bed, very good A/C, hot water, fresh towels every day, good variety at breakfast Cons: rooms are dated and furniture looks a little dirty, you can hear EVERYTHING through the walls, music played past midnight every night we were there (Mon-Wed) and we could hear it from our room on the 4th floor, food at breakfast always tasted a little stale (fresh fruit was...
In terms of facilities, the hotel has a parking (reservation is needed) and a swimming pool. The latter however is quite deep with 2. 4 meters being the shallowest spot
Location is not convenient to the beach, but was only a ~10 minute walk from the city center. From includes a kettle and a selection of tea and instant coffee
We had a fantastic time at the Hotel Ariston, staff are very welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful, food was excellent especially the Sicily buffet well worth the money. Great pool area and lots of sunbeds

Well located, friendly staff, nice pool- balcony ocean view rooms have a great view. Our room in 330 was fine, not the Hilton but comfy. Very small TV- no cable. (Hope your Italian is good)Good breakfast. Would return.

Hotel is a bit of a hike up sets of stairs, but nonetheless convenient to the main area of Taormina. Staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Carmelo. Our room and the hotel in general had fabulous views
Hotel was excellent. The staff were extremely helpful. Views from the room of the sea and Mount Etna were amazing. Lovely swimming pool and transport to beach of sister hotel was a real bonus
