When you are in such a beautiful location you don’t want to be spending time inside, you want to be on the beach or exploring the town

We just had the most wonderful stay at La Plage. We arrived and were seen immediately and offered a drink whilst we checked in. We were then given a tour of the hotel and some information on the local area

We were shown to our room which was a sea front bungalow with a hot tub. Just gorgeous! We had the most beautiful view of Isola Bella

Upon our return the ladies who cleaned the rooms stopped by whilst I enjoyed a glass of wine in the hot tub to say hello and sang me happy birthday too! The service was impeccable from start to finish

The staff are AMAZING and so attentive. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this hotel and the people who work there. Thank you everyone in La Plage for making our stay so perfect

The next morning we were awake before the birds for an excursion to Etna (for my birthday), before we left someone appeared at the door with a birthday cake and a candle

The pool is also super tiny for the size of the hotel, especially since the beach aka all rocks, no sand, is not close

I would say this is the best hotel in Sicily. Everything are also FS standard, the room, BF are good as expect. The view from my room is so nice we can enjoyed the sea at the balcony

The experience this time was just as enchanting, if not more so. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the stunning rooms, spacious and beautifully decorated, offering a perfect blend of luxury and comfort

Although my room was on the smaller side and in direct line of sight to a restaurant balcony, the view was still spectacular. Even the bathroom had a great view

Stunning property great resort great vibe for corporate retreat. Walking distance to the little town and shops. Definitely a place I would like to return to

After the recent renovations this has become the best hotel on the sea of Taormina. Large rooms with terraces and sea view. Wonderful restaurant and bar areas inside and outside

Dinner location (same as breakfast) can’t be beat but would eat elsewhere- there are so many options in Taormina. A true treat and staff couldn’t have been more accommodating

Wow, what an amazing place… From the courteous welcome when you arrive, to the jaw dropping view of the bay, to the friendliest and most helpful people all day, every day, the most idyllic and delicious breakfast spot, to the beautiful beach, it’s all a fantastic place to relax and enjoy

The hotel is very nicely situated with great access to the cable car to Taormina Centro while being right on the sea. But what was really fantastic were the staff/service. Best staff I have ever encountered

By far the best part of staying at the Mazzaro Sea Palace was the superior caliber of the staff--front desk, restaurant wait staff, room keeping, pool and beach attendants, maintenance staff, concierge, and bell hops

you can see beautiful view from the room and meet very kind hotel stuffs. we loved especially breakfast we had in front of beach. when we asked room services, our room phone did not answer.

This Hotel was a perfect location for me. Close to the town either using bus(a short walk to stop) or cable car(the same short walk) & beaches especially Isabella. The hotel has its own roof terrace with its own pool

The Hotel is a little tired in places but there is a certain charm about the place. All staff were very friendly & helpful. Helpful for planning bus journeys. I would definitely recommend staying here

It's very easy to take the cable car to Taormina that's 5min walk away. We would spend days on the beautiful beach Isola Bella and go to dinner to Taormina. It was the most perfect holiday

Well located between 5-10 mins walk from the famous isola Bella. They offer a private beach deal with shuttle service very nice. WiFi is okay not the greatest and same with room, maybe a bit overpriced

Rooms are a bit old but very clean and the views from the balcony are insane to the Taormina Mare. Love to just sit on our balcony and enjoy them in the evenings. Really worth it to stay here!

I can't praise the customer service enough here, always friendly and helpful and very professional. Loved everyone working here and they made a big positive impact on our holiday

The breakfast includes typical items as well as traditional Sicilian food. Access to the pool and to Villa San Andrea’s beach is priceless!

There you can avail of a free parasol and 2 free beds. Towels cost €3 each if you don't have towels. The beach is shingle & pebbles and hard to walk on. The current is VERY strong and the gradient is very steep

NOT a beach that is suitable for children. A lifeguard watches over people bathing, but you could be swept away in the blink of an eye the current is so strong. We loved our stay here and will definitely be returning

We had a choice of cereals, fruit, yogurts, breads, ham, cheese, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, bacon and sweet pastries. The only fault was the coffee machines were always breaking down

The hotel has a beautiful pool and guest towels are provided. If you prefer to go to the beach you can pay €3 each to travel by mini bus (holds 8 passengers) to Caparena Lido

We loved the fact that this hotel was full of 'oldie worldie' character. We didn't mind that the antique carpets were worn in places. The bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly clean

They provided shampoo/conditioner, hairdryer & safety deposit box. The Breakfast buffet was delicious

Cozy hotel in the center of Taormina with sea views.... friendly and polite staff, ready to satisfy a variety of needs. The hotel has internal paid parking for ten euros, but very convenient.. and the pool is very nice.

It is the first choice for Taormina accommodation. Beautiful, clean and quiet environment. The staff are very enthusiastic. If my family and I go to Taormina for the third time, we will definitely choose here again

There's souvenir shops and a mini mart within 4 minutes walk and the cable car is also only 5 minutes away. My husband and I enjoyed the pool and the views

Very nice hotel located just outside Taormina, nevertheless 10 min Walk to the city centre. The pool with its fantastic view on the sea is the strong point of the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This is a lovely, small boutique hotel with the best location in Taormina. Sadly doesn’t have a pool but they have deals with local beach clubs who pick you and take you back which we did for one afternoon

Take beach shoes as the sand is too hot to walk on and extremely pebbly and painful too!! The breakfast has to be confirmed night before and is a little disappointing

The terrace couldn’t be used due to the wasps and the breakfast room is ruined by curtains so no view. Other than this the hotel is fabulous - upgrade to sea and Mount Etna view

A short stroll through the garden and up a few stairs delivered us into the middle of the main pedestrian mall. Fabulous location and spectacular views. We couldn't have scripted a better Taormina experience

There are few hotels to choose from in Taormina during the off-season. We didn't expect a good attitude, but it gave us a very good experience after checking in. The scenery here is really great

The hotel feels nicer than the photos posted on reservation sites and happens to be just in front of the charming public garden. The sea view was really excellent. Will come back !

The only issue was the metal shade that was supposed to roll down to block light from coming into the room was broken and we told the front desk clerk who was going to try to fix while we were out but was unable to

It is in a great location and within easy walking distance of all the attractions and the bus station. The hotel was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast varied and plentiful

A whole group of us stayed here last week for a Photoshoot. Francesco and his family could not have made us more welcome, and no request was too much trouble. We were here for work, but the beach is just 100m away

Excellent service..you can hear the sea all the time from room ..odd train went past but not an issue. Breakfast superb ..views excellent from room and dining room ..

There is also a fantastic view of the bay and the Italian mainland. I stayed in room 7 which was very nicely decorated with some very nice design features. I'd just like to say Prego and Ciao

Because it was off-season when I went there, the main building was under renovation, and I stayed in an apartment nearby, which had nothing to do with the villa swimming pool

Since it is off-season, you don't need to worry about ZTL if you drive there in February, but the hotel villas and pool restaurant areas will not be open until March or April

Extra large space, a big bed facing the sea, a balcony with sea views and Mount Etna at the same time, waking up from the bed every day will have the best mood

Breakfast is OK, but cappuccino & croissant are pretty nice;) It’s also a nice walk to the Isola Bella beach, it takes around 30 minutes to come down, but surroundings are so beautiful so that this time isn’t noticed

Old Hotel, need some renovation. Sea view is beautiful. Parking is a gift in this town.

Stated 4 stars, room a bit small and old and lack facilities like water glass, boiling water pot. Nicely decorated hotel but maintenence fair. Close proximity to Porta Catania

Antonio, the concierge, had a wealth of information about the area, was extremely helpful in organizing our stay with suggestions on day trips/restaurants/walks etc and was happy to make reservations for us for restaurants/beach clubs/and car service

Our room was large, comfortable, well taken care of throughout our stay, and had a nice view of the sea. Miriam was so very helpful in making our reservation, booking restaurants, and insuring we had a great stay

We enjoyed bantering with them at breakfast - which was excellent btw. We had dinner at Monsú as well, and are still thinking about the silky eggplant parmigiana appetizer and the salt crusted sea bass

The chef came out to say hello, a nice touch. One of the best features of this hotel is their rooftop bar which gives a panoramic view of Mt. Etna and of all of Taormina to the sea

i would love to notice Mr Antonio at the reception and Mr Francesco from the restaurant was super nice and helpful, they make our stay there even much more comfortable and helped us with every question or problems we had

Breakfast was included with our room and served at Monsú, a beautiful garden room restaurant. Armando, the maître d, and Andrea in the dining room, were wonderful as well

It is a really old but well taken care building! The room is so cute! Wardrobe and all furniture have drawings on it! It is located in the middle of the Main Street in the city right besides Ermenegildo Zegna store

Albergo Victoria is the perfect place to stay if you want to be right in the heart of Taormina! I spent a full week there and have nothing but praise! The location in Corso Umberto, where all the shops and restaurants are always just minutes away, makes it easy to go back to the room to get an umbrella or change clothes, or get rid of the shopping bags before dinner, etc

Exceptionally friendly staff, spotless clean, great central location. We enjoyed the balcony facing the pedestrian zone. Very good breakfast (for Italian breakfast standards)

Room is clean and everything you need. It perfect just over the street to the beach. Via cable car you can drive up to the town. They coul only add fruits to the breakfast. For vegans it's nearly nothing

No private parking, was offered a parking voucher for €14/day but managed to find a parking spot in front of the cable car station which is next door for €10
