We came by for evening cocktails but wished I had stayed here for a week! Stellar venue with truly exceptional service. Amazing very unique cocktails and canapés in a refined setting.

Amazing place and really amazing private beach and pool. The food in the restaurant is amazing and really delicious... if we expect something new and amazing for a 5 stars you should definitely go there.

A lack of concern by the staff for two issues we raised. It did take a few hours for the manager to react but when he did his actions were above and beyond

Love this place! I can't imagine anything more romantic than strolling through a flower-filled garden, dining at their world-class restaurant (vegan and gluten-free menu, y'all, I mean homemade vegan basil mayonnaise and creamy pasta!), right above the beach!

We had lunch at the restaurant and every dish were amazing. I had the special nhoques of the day and a yogurt mousse with raspberry as desert. The tuna tartar was something unique. I heavily recommend it!

Next to the Greek Amphitheater! The views, gardens and service are all spectacular. They have 3 restaurants including a Michelin star

The sister property is Villa Sant’Andrea and you can use both property amenities including the new beach club! Beyond worth it!

Fabio served myself and three friends when we came for drinks and lunch on the stunning terrace at the hotel. I have never seen a staff person with incredible service, honest warmth, genuine care and live of what he does

Near main street in Taormina,very friendly and helpful personal .Having balcony with the view on the sea is pure amazing .Would be great have small fridge in the room but even though it was very pleasant hotel.

The rooms are very noisy though so you hear everyone who uses the lifts, walks the hallways and opens room doors. This got frustrating especially during the night when trying to sleep

The shower is also quite small and the opening to get in and out of it is tiny and awkward to squeeze through. The pool area is so small and is impossible to get sunbeds after 11am

Very clean and modern decor (even nicer in person than the pics show online), great location (you can get everywhere in 10 mins or less on foot), amazing staff (friendly, helpful) at front desk, pool bar, and breakfast, delicious cocktails, beautiful views from the pool and restaurant, comfortable beds, and more! Highly recommend! Can't wait to come back!!

We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay at Splendid Hotel Taormina. The room was lovely, the terrace has an amazing view of the sea. It is close to the center of town yet quiet and best of all was the reception

Been to many places in the world but nothing can beat that. On top of that, the rooms are great and they have good breakfast you can enjoy with views of the coast and Etna

You take an elevator down to a cave which on one side has an opening with a beach with views of Isola Bella and on the other side of the cave you have an infinity pool with views of the coast and Etna

Service always kind and helpful. Beautifully located pool and beach hidden in a cave. Restaurant provides fine dining with a view. The only negatives are the bar prices

Hotel has beach side and pool / cove swimming accessible by elevator and carved tunnel. Lots of chairs for sunbathing and soaking up the views

Only 1 minute from the beach and 2 minutes from the funicular that takes you to the main town centre. So ideally placed to get to all the attractions of the area

Self services for breakfast then waiter service with a choice for evening meal. Room was lovely with balcony over looking the sea. You won't be disappointed with this hotel thank you x

Wonderful family run hotel who can't do enough for you. To get to the town is easy and walk down to the cable car takes just over 5 mins take the cable car up and your there. Food is lovely and waiters are helpful

The food is very good indeed and the portions are very generous. This is not a place to lose weight! The rooms are of a good size and the beds are comfortable. The whole hotel is kept spotlessly clean

I write this review from my hotel balcony on the last afternoon of my stay. This is a most friendly hotel, in an ideal location. It is the staff that make this hotel such a pleasure to stay

Missing equipment, broken toilet seat, very loud room (the hotel is surrounded by the busiest road around). Close to the city centre. Breakfast good.

I didn't live in the hotel, but visited a beauty parlour in Spa. I made a manicure and pedicure here and was satisfied with the result, although it was not the best one, which I ever had

I am satisfied with the hair cut , it was professional and stylish. The place is clean and answers the requirements against Covid 19. Masks and distancing are used by staff and clients

They agreed to finish the work if I come another day, but I didn't want again to spend my whole day in salon. Anyway , they did what they could and I can not blame them for the result

Everything was perfect, I've been here for 5 days and I'll stay 5 more. Rooms are impeccably clean with daily service, I have a wonderful view from my balcony of the sea and Ethna

The rooms are clean, comfortable beds and a cute little balcony with a bit of a view to the beach and a view up the hills and towards the cable cars that take you to the base of the Island

We had an amazing experience in their seaside room. You can see the Italian mainland from their balcony. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the bus station, and a 5 minute walk into town

The rooms were clean, the staff was very friendly, we got a lot of tips and tricks and recommendations when we checked in which were very helpful and we're grateful for that! It's really close to the city center, bus stop and cable car

The girl is an amazing host, one time at breakfast a guest child was upset and yelling and she went there, entertained and played with him so that the mother could have her breakfast

Friendly staff, right when we got there the girl offered us coffee and water, she let us keep our luggage there even if we were too early for check in

Everything, from the breathtaking and spectacular views of the coastline, to the clean and comfortable rooms, to the very central yet quiet location, to the professionalism and kindness of the staff, to the beautiful garden and the delicious food, was superb

I feel at the price point for this hotel, there should be complimentary tea and coffee in the room and parking at the hotel was a very expensive 25 euro per day (especially when the car is parked on the hotel property)

Spent one night in Taormina and stayed at this hotel (two adults and two kids). We were lucky and got a room with a big arched window facing the sea with an absolutely amazing view

The hotel has it's own beach area and provides sunbeds, umbrellas, and towels. It's an 800m walk along the (mostly pathless) road to the Funiva (cable car) and the majority of the bars and restaurants

Great beach area & restaurant is good for food and drinks. Whilst restaurant prices are on par the rental costs for sunbeds is extortionate- £30!

The property is located in a great area with private beach access. It is also a few minutes walk from the cable car station that takes you to the main town. Isola Bella is also about 10 minutes walk away

An excellent breakfast is included and featured Italian meats and cheese, scrambled eggs, assorted breads, pastries, and fresh fruit. They also serve an optional dinner (for hotel guests only) on a lovely terrace

We enjoyed our stay during our trip to Taormina. Angelo and Gianluca were friendly, wonderful hosts. We stayed in a "superior room" which was spacious and comfortable

The hotel is a short walk to the cable car to upper Taormina, a great alternative to driving up the mountain

The hosts stored our luggage before and after check out which was a bonus. Great comfortable rooms at a great price! We will be back!

Really cute hotel the balconies look straight to the pool and the sea. It has a beautiful atmosphere. There's towel service at the pool. There's no access to the beach but that's okay

In July I booked a Junior suite with premium sea view for myself and my family. I think it was a King bed with 2 singles, I Wasn't sure what to expect

After travelling around for two weeks it was a pleasure to spend 4 nights here. The hotel is in an excellent position and 5 mins away from town. We had a fantastic view of the water and Mount Etna

This was the highlight of our holiday and highly recommend any one to stay here

The hotel is clean, modern & well equipped with a terrace bar & roof top pool. Only a 2 minute walk from the beautiful Isola Bella beach (5 minutes to get back - man those stairs are steep) it's ideal for sun lounging

Housekeeping are great, breakfast is a good variety & nothing is too much trouble for the team; up to loaning us beach towels for the day. All round a great base for a great holiday & highly recommended

Window with a view of the ocean, amazing views off the terrace for breakfast or coffee. Small fridge to cool water in. Nice sized pool tucked up the hill off the top floor

The hotel has a beautiful view of the city and sea below. The staff was very accommodating, the grounds were scenic to tour, and the pool was very relaxing

It was about a 7 minute walk to the main part of town. They have a sister hotel down on the beach so you can visit the beach for free

The pool area is beautiful - with incredible views. The rooms are absolutely fine and clean and a good size - and the staff are so friendly. It is such a great value for money option in a great location

Unfortunately we could hear people moving around on the rooms above and adjoining our room and the wifi was only available on the first floor. We will definitely visit this hotel again on our future visits to Taormina

The entryway lead to a big room where we could rent a cot for the second kid. The cot was more of a portable single bed so worked for 4 nights. Then the adults had a queen bed in the same room as the cot

Perfect location if you're coming by bus (10 mins walk from the terminal) or want to be close to the funicular to the beach (walk to Isola Bella, beautiful!!). Main town is just a hop, skip and a jump away (short stroll)

Make sure you ask for a quiet room!!! Our room was overlooking the street, which was nice, BUT the noise from the other guests and the noise from the street woke us up repeatedly

It was like guests were opening our own door, the noise was so loud and near, and the cherry on top was when the garbo came in the morning to collect the glass rubbish

The rooms are very clean, the mattress are a bit stiff and the breakfast could be improved by adding fried eggs and English sausages but there is enough to satisfy you I am just a picky eater

We had a doube room, which was perfect for us, also the room was in the corner of building and we still had a amazing view from that side. All the staff was very profesional and polite

It is a really old but well taken care building! The room is so cute! Wardrobe and all furniture have drawings on it! It is located in the middle of the Main Street in the city right besides Ermenegildo Zegna store

Albergo Victoria is the perfect place to stay if you want to be right in the heart of Taormina! I spent a full week there and have nothing but praise! The location in Corso Umberto, where all the shops and restaurants are always just minutes away, makes it easy to go back to the room to get an umbrella or change clothes, or get rid of the shopping bags before dinner, etc

Exceptionally friendly staff, spotless clean, great central location. We enjoyed the balcony facing the pedestrian zone. Very good breakfast (for Italian breakfast standards)

My partner and I enjoyed a celebratory 1-night stay at Hotel Villa Ducale in a suite with a terrace and sea views, and it was definitely an experience to remember. We loved absolutely everything
