The staff at this hotel were very hospitable. They assisted with plans, dining reservations and provided parking service. Throughout our stay they called to check up on us and ask if everything was to our satisfaction. We had the Garden View rooms and I have to say I was shocked to find a very musty smell upon entering. We immediately asked to switch off the AC, the maintenance guy came and opened the AC vent which was filled with mold. Lovely hotel in a great location, very central to everything needed. Breakfast was great, as was the access to the private beach club. Bathroom was a little small and dated but manageable for a few days.

First of all, I am satisfied with the location and lobby of this hotel. The sanitation is also very clean! Nice hotel! I had a very late check-in after they closed the reception. Very strange! I chose a hotel with a 24/7 reception! They left me a note with detailed instructions on the hotel door. It said that I would find the keys to the room in the door, but they were not there!!! My sleepy brain could only think of going down to the empty reception and picking up the keys from there. Everything was perfect except that the balcony faces the main street where cars pass by at night and it makes a lot of noise. There are also garbage containers nearby and it makes a loud noise when they open them from 6 in the morning. The rest was good: clean, nice views, located near the center, good breakfast.

Although the facilities are quite old, it is a good place to stay due to the friendly staff and the location close to the downtown area!

A true luxury hotel. We had the opportunity to stay in the bungalow room and the deluxe room; both with sea view. They were each amazing and had their own special charm. Visited the Four Seasons Hotel for dinner, and it did not disappoint! There was a great singer in the court yard which just set a great vibe for the evening. This hotel has the best views in Taormina—sunrise over the sea from our balcony was unforgettable. The breakfast room and gardens are beautiful, and it’s just a 10-minute walk to the center. Parking is easy (€25/day). The room could use a few updates, but we’d stay here again 1,000 times over. A truly special place.

Our ocean view room with Terrace allows for a wonderful sunrise view in the morning with a sunset in the afternoon. Plenty of fresh air ventilating through the main doors and side window. Bed is a little hard, but it works for such an outstanding view. Wonderful breakfast, possibly the best choices of any we’ve seen in Italy over the last month.

Very good. The guy at the front desk upgraded us to a room with a sea view balcony. It was really great. The swimming pool was also very good. The breakfast was also very rich. The room was not big but had all the facilities. The only downside was that there was no free water in the room.

The room was not cleaned properly, and there were items from the previous guest in the closet and refrigerator. The front desk staff was indifferent. The desserts for breakfast were delicious, because they were not sweet, and they were the best desserts I had in Italy (also because they were not sweet)

Stayed here during winter and was given a room next to the restaurant, where there were sounds of plates and chatter. Nonetheless, the hotel offers nice views of the mesmerising ocean and a decently good breakfast. It’s located at a convenient place too.

Hotel with an amazing view! A had a room with sea view and balcony. There is an amazing view to the Ionic sea and Etna from the balcony. The hotel also have a pool and spa zone. A very good place to relax!

It's definitely dated but very clean, very relaxing and just enough away from the crowds that it was super enjoyable. The staff were so helpful and accommodating, and had parking which is so rare in taormina. Pool was terrific, no competing for lounge chairs. Room was a great size and compared to other prices, was very good value.

Booked a double room with a balcony & got allocated a single room with no balcony. Emailed hotel 3 times to refund difference in price & they are ignoring me. Real shame as good hotel in great location but no customer service & don't feel ignoring emails is the response you'd expect from a 4 star hotel. Very disappointing

The room has an unbeatable sea view, facing the sea with flowers blooming in spring, and you can also see the misty Mount Etna in the distance. The hotel is halfway up the mountain. It is a bit expensive to take a taxi from the train station to the mountain for 25 euros. Young people without large luggage can try hiking or taking the bus. Perfect location to walk to town or get down to the beach. The gardens are beautiful & relaxing! From the outside, it doesn't look like much because it is on a cliff but once inside some rooms have a beautiful view of the seas. It was very clean & the help was great! We walked in without a reservation, and were given a beautiful room with a sea view. A relaxed, comfortable ambience, and very helpful and courteous staff (thank you for helping us with our onward travel arrangements!) . Beautiful hotel close to the main area. The star to this property is the hotel staff from the concierge, to front desk and to the fabulous breakfast staff in the am. This hotel is just so classically beautiful. The location is amazing - tucked away from the main hustle and bustle but just a few steps away from the main drag. The rooms were well stocked and beautiful, full of light. Very spacious and comfortable (the linens were divine).

I stayed here last week for a week with Tui with a friend. The staff are lovely and the hotel is in a great location. Stunning views from the balconies but the food is dreadful. The hotel is a bit old but rooms are specious and clean. We had a room with view and it was magical. Breakfast was ok nothing special. No private parking, was offered a parking voucher for €14/day but managed to find a parking spot in front of the cable car station which is next door for €10. Recommended.

Great hotel, great price, friendly staff. Stones throw from the beach at Marazzo'. Really close to Funivar (cable car) to the top of the hill. There are steps up there but if it's open seriously take the cable car! Highly recommend the rooms with a sea view balcony. I'll let the photos speak for themselves :)

Friendly. Room is clean and everything you need. It perfect just over the street to the beach. Via cable car you can drive up to the town. Very good location. They coul only add fruits to the breakfast. For vegans it's nearly nothing.
