Not really sure how this is a 4 star hotel??
The corridors were quite dirty and we found a used contact lense in our room.. the safe did not work, had to have the foreman over to fix it.
One of the staff just tried to walk into the room - she just knocked and came in straight away - this is unacceptable, also considering that she was not doing room service and wanted to check our bar on the first night of our stay?
Seems strange.
Our room door was also left open after room service (we simply pushed it open) - thankfully we didn't leave any valuables as the safe was not working yet...
On the plus side, the hotel has a great location and is well connected by public transport.
Overall, for the price this hotel is not worth it.

Cheap for a reason. It is clean and the staff is friendly. But, the room is poorly maintained. Besides, they do not offer shampoo or body soap. Instead of body soap they provide hand soap.

The stay there is ok. But i forgot a Bag in the fridge and i went back and asked for my food what i bought and forgot. They told me it was already in the trash. I think they kept it and didn’t want to give back. Even if my Food was in the trash, they could take it out and give me back. This is a very bad service that they not told reception for contacting me. My Room number was 210 and i was stay from 01.08.2024-02.08.2024.

Great location in Turin. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast had plenty of options. My only complaint is that the rooms are quite basic & clinical and the beds are rock solid.

Perfect modern clean can comfortable room, helpful front desk and an excellent spot in the middle of Turin.

The property is in a very central location and convenient to the train station and other spots in the historic center. Our problem was the description of the property did not match what we experienced. The walls between the rooms had no sound barrier and we could hear the people in the next room way too clearly. There was also a lot of noise from the floor above. Sleeping was problematic, to say the least. There is also a communal washing machine located in the main hall that has a very strong perfumed smell from the detergents used that permeates the nearby rooms.

Dreadful. Very dated, dusty, bits of wall crumbling down. WiFi didn't work. Would definitely NOT recommend.

The hotel is situated well in Turin. It is possible to walk to most places from the hotel. The price of the rooms seem reasonable and the breakfast is included. Biggest problem is the room itself. The air-conditioning does not work and therefore the room is too hot. Opening the window helps, but then there is the problem of noise from the street. I found it difficult to sleep for this reason.

The deco is a bit like an old 50s spy movie, but the staff are exempt helpfull and friendly. Good location
