Phenomenal hotel in the Castello Distract. Quiet area off of of a canal. Staff was friendly and very helpful.Our room was spacious and very clean. AC worked perfectly. I would stay here again.

Very nice location the hotel, it’s very close to San Marco, the rooms are bigger than what I expected, they also have a very nice decorations you can also see affreschi on the ceiling. Very Venetian style! Also try the restaurant a must try.

The hotel is located just steps away from St. Mark's Square. The staff were very welcoming and the view from the balcony was beautiful, the room is well-furnished with a very comfortable bed, although it also depends on the person. They also offer breakfast. Highly recommended.

This Hotel is situated in a very strategic position, just a few minutes to San Marco. The staff was very friendly and the service was good.

Not a four star hotel. The room was very nice but the heated towel rail in the bathroom was stuck on full heat so we opened the window in early March. The soap and shampoo had no conditioner and the freebees quality was more two star than four star. We didn't eat there. The people on the doorstep trying to lure you in to eat were off-putting. The hotel is in a lovely area close enough to a vaporetto stop with interesting bars and shops in the area. The €4.50 a night to be paid in cash was explained when we arrived. There was a working lift and the WiFi was very good quality. No idea whether there was working Air conditioning and I would want that in warmer months. It was quiet and our room overlooked a deserted alleyway but you could hear the children playing at the local primary school which was joyous. It felt impersonal but I'd stay there again if they fixed the heating/cooling issues.
I left four postcards for my grandaughters with the receptionist on Thursday 7th March. He said he would post them and put them on a shelf above the reception desk. None of the four has yet arrived. Hotel ai Due Principi is located in an excellent location, just a 5-minute walk from San Marco. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the place is well-cleaned and furnished. The breakfast, although simple, satisfied my tastes. Additionally, there's an added value of a 10% discount at the hotel's restaurant for guests. Had the pleasure of staying here last month - A beautiful experience and l'll be coming back soon!

Excellent hotel. We were there for 2 nights and don't regret it. The living conditions are excellent, the breakfast is very good, the view from the window overlooks one of the canals. The hotel staff are great guys who are always kind and polite. The area is very quiet and peaceful, although it is not far from the main square. We recommend this hotel to everyone.

We enjoyed our stay. Hotel Ai Due Principi is a good 3 star hotel.
Positives: The room was clean and well stocked and equipped. The clerk on duty during the day was helpful. We got the superior room (recommended) and it was large. The Bed was comfortable (if you like a hard mattresses). The room provided plenty of storage. Storage was superior to the other places we stayed. The Shower was great. The breakfast buffet was good. The service provided by the attendant was excellent. The WIFI worked great. The hotel Ai Due Principi was conveniently located. The hotel was a short 5-minute walk to the Grand Canal waterfront and Riva Degli Schiavone. The hotel was a ten-minute walk to St Marks Piazza
What could be improved · The Service was not consistent. The Hair dryer kept blowing out. The first time we requested a hair dryer - no one showed up with one. On our way out for dinner, we saw the evening clerk delivering a dryer to another room. The next time the hair dryer blew out, the day clerk was working and he delivered one immediately, The ventilation system delivers noise and odors from the restaurant below. We quickly got used to it.
