Hotel Palazzo Priuli in Venice

Mixed feelings about this hotel. Pros: location, interior, the building itself, breakfast Cons: 1. If you want to wake up at 7am from the staff disassembling and assembling the dishwashers and the incredible clatter of dishes - this is the Priuli hotel. Yesterday at 7am I had to get dressed and go to the kitchen to ask them to be quieter, because the clatter of dishes was unreal. But it continued, from 7 to 8 they disassemble dishes, plates and glasses. You will not sleep anymore. Today at 6:58am it all started again, now it is 7am again (!!) and we woke up from the clatter of glass and disassembling the dishwashers 2. We have been in the hotel for 4 nights. They have not changed our linen even once, the stains on the sheets are the same, the sheets are dirty. I didn't know that 4-star hotels don't change linens, that's very strange 3. The air conditioner doesn't work 4. If someone in the room goes to the toilet, everyone wakes up, the door is very loud and heavy 5. There are no hooks for robes or towels in the bathroom, only 1 hook above the bidet, it's not clear where to put and hang everything. There is no shelf for shampoo, washcloth, conditioner in the shower, you have to hold everything in your hands or put it on the floor. There is no hook for towels and robes near the shower or on the door either 6. From 13:00 to 17:00 in the afternoon, the hotel has refreshment for guests. But yesterday in the hotel lobby, a couple of meters from our door, there was a private party. That is, no refreshment, nothing, you sit in your room, you can't go out to the lobby, and the audibility in the hotel is strong. You sit in your room and listen to someone else's party for your own money 7. The bed and pillows are uncomfortable, my back hurts
