Sokha Hotel

The room was spacious and comfortable.
The window could not be opened.
There was a bathtub, and the hot water was plenty, but the shower pressure was weak.
It was nice that there was a large 1.5L bottle of drinking water and a small 300mL bottle of drinking water.
You can watch some movies on the TV, but the batteries in the remote control ran out and it no longer worked.

I was surprised when I poured the drinking water provided at the breakfast venue into a glass and got a purple, murky water (with impurities). The staff replaced it, but no replacement water came...

The front desk was terrible.
Check-in and check-out took too long.
There was staff, but they did not organize the waiting guests.
I was told to wait 5 minutes, but I waited, but they did not process it immediately and were doing something else.

Vehicles from ride-hailing apps are not allowed on the premises.
(However, some drivers will enter the premises.)

Trip.com said late check-out was until 2 p.m., but it was until noon.
