Awesome pool and poolside cabanas. Nice rooms. Great prices during low season. Breakfast was ok but the rest of the food was not great - only downside. Beautiful oasis that makes you forget you are in Phnom Penh.

Great service and atmosphere. Happy hour was perfect. The pool and surrounding cabanas were a great respite from the hot afternoon.

So tranquil. Lots of green plants around the pool. You can come here just to use the pool for a small fee. Good and drink service is good and options are varied. Happy hour specials.

Great little hotel. Perfect for us. Great breakfast. Beautiful pergolas. Rooms a little spartan but nothing to complain about, maybe the lack of hot water. If you go there get a room with pool view. The rooms in the back have no view or whatsoever. The owner and staff were really helpful and welcoming.

Phnom Penh is a nice capital but always Noisy. The 252 Hotel is really a oasis in the center of the city, excellent location to see all the Phnom Penh attraction. Room are well decorated, big and clean, with a really nice bathroom. Restaurant serve a excellent local foo, try the khmer set menu with a good french red wine. Pool area very nice. Excellent staff. I stayed here for three days (two nights). The beds are hard, make sure you ask for a soft top. The employees are formal, but friendly. Breakfast is ordered from a menu and is limited/sober. Rooms have wooden floors, which makes it a little bit noisy. There is no lift.

Beautiful location right on the river. Staff were friendly and happy to help with requests. Must go to the silk farm it is amazing to see it getting produced from hand this way.

What a delightful small resort on koh dach. The room itself was lovely and spotlessly clean, and the bed and towels also. The pool was sparkling and clean and really well looked after. Restaurant on the river was perfect and the food served was fresh and varied. I asked for stir fry veggies only and no problem. We could walk from the ferry we caught, although there is another ferry further away

Located at Riverside Phnom Penh. Nice clean and big rooms but no lift. A bit poor breakfast comparing to a mid priced hotel.

The overall stay was lovely as we only stayed here for a stop over for one night but we were very disappointed when we got to the pool that there was no water in it, we never got told this before we arrived otherwise we would of booked elsewhere due to us just wanting to chill out by the pool as we had already explored the city.

The hotel is just few years old, modern decor with good bed, balcony, fridge, kettle and it is clean. Next door is a restaurant where breakfast is served as well as lunch or evening meal. It is in a quiet location giving good night sleep. If you prefer to eat elsewhere there are plenty of places nearby. Based short tuctuc ride from the airport. Definitely value for money, I will be returning.

The best thing about this hotel is its location. There are many restaurants in the same street(st#57) including the Surin restaurant which offers a very tasty local food. A good hotel for the price paid. Room without window was $22 and a big room with balcony was $29, both including breakfast for 2. This is a good location with many massage places and restaurants near by. You can even walk to the river side in 15 mins. It is just 7-10 minutes walking from the Independence monument. Do book this hotel if you are looking for s clean hotel in good area.

Clean, convenient location, strong wifi. Basic English among staffs. A la carte breakfast with sandwich, omelette and local noodles being the popular selection. Appraise it based on what you have paid and not expect it to be a USD50 or 100 room please. They have upgraded the old carpets to vinyl flooring.

We have been here over a week already, and will stay until the end of the month. Receptionist staff are very efficient. However that taller thinner male server of drink and food should be told to wear a mask as he seems to have a cough, and he coughs while preparing the drinks!

Not gonna lie - it was a lot better then I expected. Especially the restaurant/pool area. Food menu was very good with many western style options. Probably a bit overpriced but quality was very decent. Staff very friendly. Really food first expierience in Cambodia! Room it self was small and smell from toilet sometimes was pretty bad. But overall no biggy

I stayed in the 4 bed room which was right next to the social area so it was quite loud unfortunately

The room was very small however the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was good, the bathroom was nice and clean with a hot shower. The downstairs bar and pool area were great and all of the bar staff were lovely!

Great place to stay the hotel staff is well versed in english and Very helpful too. Good Hygienic Spacious Rooms. The hotel is very close to most of the Tourist attractions.

For the price it is really value for money. Rooms condition isn't 4-5 star rated but it's liveable Love the free laundry service whenever I go there, cut down the amount of clothing I need to pack for the trip. Friendly staff as well.

Stayed at Golden Gate for 5 nights and it was ok, good location! The male receptionists are friendly and helpful except female. There is an old hair dryer in a room (better recommend you to bring your own), laundry service for free every morning and the breakfast is not bad.

Very helpful staff who can help you book tours without additional cost. Breakfast is nice and comes in a set which you can choose the main, sides and drink that you prefer.

Nice perfect place in middle of the city and affordable . And most trusted. I left my gold necklace in the bed and came back and still there... Such a very nice and trust room service. I would recommended to all people to book here.

I stayed one month in Teav and it was a very nice experience. The staff is very friendly and they pay attention to all details. The manager is very helpful as well solving any minor issue I raised to make my stay comfortable. The location is perfect (BKK1), very safe and close to attractions. I highly recommend this hotel.

I think I just passed by the KTV but I haven't visited there yet. I don't like brand KTV now because Chinese destroyed the market already. Girl that you used to sit with charge you 10$ of tip will don't look at your money if you give her less than 20$ of tip. Please think again girls threat us equally. If you don't like Cambodian guest, please ban Cambodian to get in. I just mean to some girls nowadays...

Beautiful swimming pool good location for the airport

I like almost everything about that hotel except parking space for motorcycles, it’s a bit too risky to put somewhere outside the hotel.

Quiet hotel, but way too small. Barely any room to move around the hotel. Not many amenities either. Okay for a night if you’re not claustrophobic, but wouldn’t stay longer. Decent location though.

If it's too good to be true, it probably is. A quaint little place with a charming host. The rooms are spacious with large bathrooms and very colonial furnishing. The host was very friendly and insightful about traveling around Cambodia. I'd strongly recommend this place to anyone. Thanks for a lovely stay.

I've been to Villa Paradiso for 4 nights. It's such a lovely place and relaxing. I felt like home. I really love to spend my time in cleaning swimming pool with great Italian foods and music.The spot of areas so nice cuz they have real garden inside. I really enjoyable during my journey to Cambodia.

This is not a 5 star hotel. It is a fab small 8 room hotel in an old french house. Think high ceilings, deco brown furnishings...well sort of. Lots of space. Clean. Small swimming pool. A cast iron conservatory. Lovely gentle staff. All for under 30 USD a night including breakfast. I love it. After perhaps 7 visits to Phnom Penh this hotel makes me want to return.

This is a charming little hotel in Phnom Penh. They serve you breakfast each morning, and there are tuk-tuks and taxis available nearby to take you around the town. It is pretty close to the S-21 museum if you plan to make a visit there (which you should), and a 20-min walk to the Russian Market.

I enjoy VIP room for meeting and meal there with the view of swimming pool via the glass wall.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. Pro 1) Many restaurants and supermarkets are around. 2) near airport. 3) my room is quite as it is not facing main road. But no view from window. Con: 1) The only things I don't really like is the hotel lobby. From outside, there is no signboard to tell it is hotel. All written in local language. 2) Only coffee is available in the room. No tea.

Been to Phnom Penh 5 different times on short term mission trips. Always stay in inexpensive hotels. 9 dragons has been the best of the lot. If you are on a budget, I would highly recommend it.

Rooms were (last year) clean and spacious. Very basic. Didn't really have an opportunity to experience the customer service S we didn't require much service. Worth it in relation to the affordable price and handy location. Be warned, the road it is on is very tacky and not everyone's "cuppa"!
